Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 28/01/2025
Found 600568 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

Search | Add | 3 | Ambition Demolition | Ambition Demolition was formed in April (2016) with Alan Cattermoul on guitar & vocals, Clive Buff Cooper on Bass & vocals and AL Stone on drums. Some good fun Punk Rock tunes followed, and in less than four months we had managed to get together an albums worth of 12 songs!! Our first 6 track EP, Punk for Life, was recorded at the end of 2016 in true DIY style and is available from the band. We have a bit of variety in our locker so hopefully there's something for everyone in the set!?!?! Also, we have more songs in the pipeline, and it's really nice to have the pleasure & option of moving the songs around to suit every situation!! We had our first gig @Frog & Fiddle in Cheltenham Glos. Saturday 24th September 2016 with lots more gigs now played supporting, amongst others, UK Subs, The Lurkers, Subhumans, DeRellas, Hands Off Gretel, and Reno Divorce from the States. We've also played a number of festivals in 2017 including Bash the Bishop, Degeneration, Juzbcuz, No More Heroes, and Rebellion. Many more gigs in the pipeline and we'll put flyers for all those and more up on here as soon as we can!! We'll have merchandise at all gigs too, so keep your eyes open for that and a new album in the pipeline.

Search | Add | 3 | Evil Farm Children | Taking their name from a synopsis of the B-grade, horror flick, Blood on Satan’s Claw, EVIL FARM CHILDREN is a raw and raunchy trio from Canada’s capital with a reputation for intense stage shows. Their sound is real rock’n’roll, with a roots-rock flavour. The band can easily do a rocking surf instrumental with the fervor of Dick Dale, and, in a heartbeat, shift gears to roll right into a rockin’ rockabilly rave up, or a Stooges influenced, feedback infused, pounding rock’n’roll song. Formed in the summer of 2005, this trio was regularly playing many of Ottawa’s live music venues, as well as traveling to play various clubs in Toronto, Montreal, London, Hamilton, Peterborough, and several other towns in Southern Ontario. They performed at the 2008 Ottawa Blues Festival, one of the most popular music festivals in North America. Their original material, as captured in their recordings (see below) matters most, but for their live shows, the band likes to have fun by whipping out some heavily “Evil-ized” versions of songs by the likes of Max Webster, Dick Dale, Black Sabbath, Tom Waits, Deke Dickerson, Link Wray, The Cramps, and The Runaways.

Her musical work began in 2004 with the children's concert "God Loves Children" in a kindergarten. Since then, there have always been smaller events in which she has taken part. In 2010, the starting signal was given for larger concerts in the Main-Rhön region, at which Doris Kampmann and her “stage children” have already thrilled several thousand children and parents. The motto of the concerts is always “participate, watch and listen”, so the children are involved and have a lot of fun thanks to a sensible rhythm. Search | Add | 3 | Al Gilliom | Al Gilliom | Al Gilliom’s music will peel back your defenses and hit your soul. His music melds a multitude of genres, including (but not limited to!): classical (Chopin), rock (Nirvana), and contemporary (The Piano Guys). Throwback to Al’s younger years: beginning life at just 1lb 11oz, the doctors played classical music into his isolette. Born into a world bursting with classical music, the spark never left. He would sit mesmerized, watching his grandmother’s hands dance across the piano keys. The piano awakened something inside of him— this language allowed him to take his life experiences and translate them into a universal medium - sound. In the face of adversity, music brings hope into his life. Through teaching and sharing his compositions, he continually discovers the ability to ignite this feeling in others. Al’s dream is to share his life stories with you through his vulnerable music. 2 years ago, Al released an improvisatory solo piano album, 'A Place Of Peace'. As Al’s grown and changed as a person and a musician, and the stories that have burst forth from his fingers into original compositions that are unlike any he’s recorded before. Al’s excited to offer a deeper glimpse into his world on his upcoming album, ‘The Light In Dark Spaces’. Introverted to the core, Al is the definition of a wallflower. (Well, let’s be honest. You won’t find him at a party. He’d rather be at home practicing the piano, drinking a cup of tea (or homemade hard cider) or reading a book.) In addition to making music, Al enjoys tending to his small homestead farm (with goats and chickens), cooking delicious meals, trying not to kill his houseplants, and reading paperback books. |

Search | Add | 3 | Dubaptism | John Karagiannis & Nikifors Virlios | Dubaptism is the brainchild of longtime friends and producers John Karagiannis and PayLipService. John and Nikiforos have been proudly and successfully running TechHead Recordings over the past 10 years, as well as TechHead Toolbox and Amaze Me. One of their latest flicks is Deeptechno.fm, an online radio station that broadcasts selected dubby, deep and detroit techno music. Dubaptism has sprung out of their love for the later and in this new alter ego, John and Nikiforos now express themselves through chaotic dubs, dubby techno and detroit influences. Their prime goal is to wager on the combination of solid, detailed productions with the passion of their newly discovered aesthetic. |

Search | Add | 3 | Crackerjack System | The ‘system’ was born in the summer of ‘98 when four friends came together as the group now simply calls itself Crackerjack System. The original members - Ian Minton, Matt Traynor, Simon and Josh Bader – began their musical crusade as a cover band practicing in the Baders’ basement. As the summer proceeded, the band (then known as ‘Fat Pinch’) started to flourish and create their own material. They showcased at a few clubs around downtown Toronto in order to develop a following. As the summer came to an end and they started to expand, Matt parted from the band on good terms to pursue other musical endeavors while the three remaining members met up with new bassist, Scooter. By late ‘98, ‘Fat Pinch’ became Crackerjack System and dream turned into reality. Scooter helped write and record their first demo entitled ‘Sixty-Nine Degrees,’ and booked as many shows as possible. The main goal was to get their name out and become known throughout the city’s indie scene. The Thornhill four-piece was prompted to go back into the studio and lay down some new tracks as well as put up a website to attract listeners from all areas of the world. The band teamed up with PeopleSound.com in the UK to market ‘Sixty-Nine Degrees’ and CJS was worldwide. With help from students studying at The Trebas Recording Institute in Toronto, ‘Eight Hours’ was recorded in hope to make a second CD release through our British distributors. Unfortunately, Scooter left the band because of creative differences and the group was left to find another bassist yet again. The new CD was shelved and Crackerjack System went on a short hiatus.

Search | Add | 3 | Jet Corporation | The Jet Corporation was founded in 1984 with John Oglow and Danny Bloudoff. While the group initially recorded in a house on the east side of Vancouver, a downtown warehouse space was acquired in the spring of 1985 which was converted into an after hours nightclub on the weekends while serving as the group's studio space during the week. The late night parties held on the weekends were an opportunity for the group to showcase their latest recordings among the rest of the strange sounds which were to be heard. Eventually, the popularity of the parties drew the attention of the local law enforcement which forced the closure of the facility. These encounters with the police are commemorated in the recording V.C.P.D. which was released on the Security cassette compilation. The group also released a limited edition cassette of its recordings titled Antimatter which was reviewed in Profile magazine in the August, 1985 issue.
