Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 10/01/2024
Found 593861 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

Search | Add | 3 | Humaniztikz | The Project assumes promoting Polish artists from hip-hop circles. However, the use of new sounds and blending various styles are going to distinguish the project from all the others. The lyrics are going to be rapped in different languages by various artists invited to particular productions. The whole project is going to be compiled under the name of Humaniztikz. Humaniztikz are various musicians and artists not necessarily connected with Polish hip-hop. Musical participation of so many artists is going to give birth to a new quality of hip-hop expected. The project was founded by [a=Muslee].

Search | Add | 3 | Mackaronny Iceberg | The immense vocal skills of MC MackaRonny Iceberg are matched only by the production skills of The Mack and his shady collaborator Dr. Lundek. Born and rased in the small norwegian mountain town of Rřros, He moved to Trondheim to major in Astrophysics at the Norwegian University of Thecnology and Science. Meanwhile Dr. Lundek (Responsible for some of the beats) Was loafing around doing nothing, until he moved to Oslo for a programming job. The bastard. Anyway -all's well and hip-hop is everywhere!

The sharply outlined songs, the warmth of the analogue sound and the familiar themes are the perfect (self)relief for an overproduced and saturated world. The full sense of comfort comes as an album, which gatefold is also a board game, and a book with the entire history of Wolf Manhattan, released by Stolen Books Publishers. |

Search | Add | 3 | Gatos Del Mundo | Gatos Del Mundo | [a=Gatos Del Mundo] is an art-punk trio from Croatia. The band was formed in April 2012. Gatos Del Mundo are: [a=Pavle Valerjev], [a=Krešimir Vunić] and [a=Ivan Milin]. All three have played an important role in the Croatian underground music scene. Valerjev and Vunić battled for ten years as members of the noise-rock group [a1567623], while Milin banged the drums as a member of several punk bands (Trn u oku). [a=Gatos Del Mundo] has their own approach to punk rock and their aim is to make it unexpected and exciting. Adopting the aesthetics of hardcore-punk, art-rock, psychedelia and avant-garde composition they create their own unique expression. Besides the standard drum-bass-guitar line-up of every punk trio, they do not hesitate to use electronic loops, synthesizers and vocal effects. Gatos del Mundo’s vibrant approach has already made some impact on the local scene. August 2013 saw the release of their Transmitter EP. Right now they are planning their first LP release. |

Search | Add | 3 | The Fabulous Pharoahs | A Newark, New Jersey group comprised of Ed Stevenson (Lead Vocals, Drums), Aubrey Fisher, (Lead Guitar), Fred Dawson (Tenor Sax & Organ), Bill Rylander (Rhythm Guitar), and Bobby Walker (Bass). They were a garage band playing songs of the day and R&B standards. Stevenson formed his own record label, Three Star Recording, and that winter their first single, "Route 66" c/w "Church Key" (written by Aubrey & Ed) was released. With a single to their credit they began playing at WAMS Radio functions for airplay. Early in 1966 an away gig in Bluefield , West Virginia drew hundreds of spectators who came to see these Philadelphia area recording artists and, while in WV, the Pharaohs appeared on TV's Judy Compton Daytime Show. At the end of the school year, Bobby left the group to further his education at the U of D whereas Bill moved from home to spend more time with the band and took over on bass. That summer The Pharaohs took on a heavy schedule, playing six or seven nights a week at bars, clubs, and dances within a fifty mile radius. But their hearse and trailer also took them as far away as Hollywood where they appeared on the nationally syndicated Pat Boone Show. When school started again the schedule had to go back to weekends to allow for study as Fred was still at Christiana High School and Aubrey and Ed were enrolled at Thompson's Business School . Tragedy struck when Aubrey's brother Jeff, who was being considered as a member, was killed in a car crash. In the Spring of '67, they recorded their second single, Chuck Berry's "Talking About You" c/w Raiders cover "Sometimes", complete with picture sleeve. Ed was sick and in no condition to sing but the session proceeded and is etched in time on the 45. The following winter, a third single, "Hold Me Tight" c/w "Sometimes I Think About", a Blues Magoos cover, was recorded at Cameo Parkway Recording Studio. But friction between key arranger/songwriter, Aubrey Fisher, and Lee Stevenson over royalty agreements had become irreconcilable and two weeks before the group was to appear on Philadelphia's after school TV dance show, The Jerry Blavatt Show in promotion of their new single, Aubrey left the group. With only a few days to prepare, Gene Quaciari, formerly of New Castle's "The Lynx", assumed the lead guitar spot.
