Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 05/01/2026
Found 619583 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

His early compositions range from commercials (Chocomel 1967, unreleased) to whole super-8 operas. In 1970 he toured the world with his brother [a672612] as "The Bauknechts". Although rumour has it that Dieter died in a carcrash in july 1977, some people are sure he created on of the most important german experimental groups: "MIESES GEGONGE" in the mid 80s and produced the seminal "ABWASSERMUSIK" Lp with H.N.A.S. in 1985. In 2002 german DOM ELCHKLANG label started a CD re-issue series of Bauknecht's outstanding early solo compositions. | |

| Search | Add | 3 | Fatter Faction | Dan Spier, Steve Scott, Ben McCusker | Audio architects/musicians Dan Spier and Steve Scott spend many years in their garage studio in Staines, Middlesex, remixing, bootlegging tunes to play-out to the free-party masses. A lack of direction was rectified when past free party cohort and vocalist Ben McCusker (aka KRUDE) dropped into the studio and was blown away by the lawless, gritty tones bouncing off the studio walls. Bringing with him a peerless vocal style that flies between sardonic, sarcastic social observation to raw urban prose, the Fatter Faction were formed, proper, December 2003. Their infectious, nihilistic tunes are best described as the musical equivalent of being smashed in the face. A calamity of cross-genre, distinctly British sounding tunes that stops anyone within earshot dead in their tracks. |

| Search | Add | 3 | Know Boundaries | Know Boundaries | Jermel D. Randolph - Lead Vocals Aaron Blacker - Vocals, Guitar, Keys Dave Osmalov - Lead Guitar, Keys J Granberg - Bass Guitar Joey Banks - Drums, Programming We are Know Boundaries, a 6 piece band hailing fom Madison, WI, USA. We focus on energy in our music along with well delivered Hiphop styled lyrics with a rock edge (we call it ULTRA ROCK HIPHOP). We have our own sound but we share your problems. If you want the whole story, here\'s our official Bio: In a culture that seems all too content to ignore the atrocities, injustices, and contradictions of the world, Madison, Wisconsin’s KNOW BOUNDARIES assaults the ears of listeners and offers them the opportunity to “eat the red pill” and truly see the reality of the world around them. By combining the mediums of Hiphop and rock into an organic, modern, tour-de-force, KNOW BOUNDARIES takes listeners on a musical ride exposing them to a wide variety of musical and intellectual influences. Fusing the “boom-bap” of THE ROOTS, the sonic freedom of The Mars Volta, the bombastic energy of ONYX, the intellectual curiosity of Saul Williams, the rawness of Rage Against The Machine, and the fluid creativity of Jack Kerouac, KNOW BOUNDARIES creates a distinctly unique, yet completely accessible sound that is sure to ‘maraud for ears’ at an astonishing rate. Since forming only a few years ago, response to KNOW BOUNDARIES has been immediate, and their resume abounds with awards and accolades. In only a short time, they have garnered national label interest, received corporate sponsorship through Budweiser’s “True Music” program, showcased at numerous industry conferences, received the Madison Area Music Award for both Best Hiphop Group or Artist of 2004, & Madison’s Best Hiphop/Urban Song for "the slingblade", and opened up for nationally touring groups such as THE ROOTS, the Black Eyed Peas, Cypress Hill, the Gin Blossoms, Sound Tribe Sector Nine, 3 Days Grace, Caroline Spine, Buckcherry, Fastball, & Something Corporate. Unlike many genre-blending groups, KNOW BOUNDARIES gets props from both Hiphop and rock camps. The six members of the band are well-educated, articulate musicians that bring their own individual vibes to the table resulting in the one-of-a-kind KNOW BOUNDARIES sound. Think Muse meets Blackalicious, Mars Volta meets Little Brother, Radiohead meets Outkast, and Nine Inch Nails meet THE ROOTS. If you're into poetry, politics, & music, KNOW BOUNDARIES will more than satisfy. |

| Search | Add | 3 | Lindley Band | 14a Holly Bank Road, Lindley, Huddersfield HD3 3JE T: 07792722190 Email: bookings@thelindleyband.net With the advent of keys and valves on brass instruments in the late 1820’s all brass ensembles became viable. Lindley must have been one of the first all-brass bands to be formed in Great Britain. The first evidence of the band is in the late 1830s when it was recorded in the Parish register that a group of players from the village of Lindley organised to play at a Sunday service at St Stephen’s. Lindley Brass Band is also recorded in the minutes of the Lindley Zion School being engaged to perform for their Whitsuntide parade in 1835 and so must have been in existence some time previously in order to achieve a suitable standard to be able to perform in public. The school minutes record that a fee was paid plus beer for band members. One can only speculate what may have happened as the following year it was minuted that milk was to be provided for the younger members of the band! | |
