Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 10/01/2024
Found 593861 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

Born in 1947 to a poor family in Korea, she was only 3 years old when Communist forces in the north began attacking their fellow Koreans in the south in 1950. When the first bomber roared over the family’s village in rural South Korea, Kim’s father told the family to lie flat on the ground and cover their faces. But Kim looked up just as a bomb exploded, and after that day, she could only see shadows and faint outlines. Read more at Billy Graham clink link below.

L'any 1963: "El cavaller Godia", "Maria Roser", "El modernitzat", "Un cel més blau". L'any 1964: "Una núvia estrangera", "A Emili Vendrell", "El paraigües", "Les veles".

Search | Add | 5 | Slave Kamp | "Alabama's most controversial rap group" Slave Kamp was created by GMAN (Geoffrey Robinson) in ’93 and started off with JQ (Jarvis Qualls), Whyze Up (Sean Alexander), Laylo (Terrance Casey), and D.J. 7-11 (Johann Robinson). This number grew “Wu-Tang style” over the next couple of years as other underground lyricists and producers from Alabama, Tennessee, and Georgia began supporting and performing with group. A family was born, and by 1996, the Kamp’s music was being played all over Alabama via mix tapes, demos, and their first full length underground tape, which included the instant underground hit “Us vs. Them”. Slave Kamp’s sound is southern cooked with a unique flavor. The music and the message speaks for itself. Those who listen primarily to the beats will automatically be hooked to the bass driven tracks complimented by the original (no samples) sounds of southern blues/jazz/soul inspired music. Heads who peep out the lyrics will no doubt be impressed by, not only the skills of these talented poets, but the overall positivism of the group's message.

Search | Add | 5 | Kirril | Kirril Schreiber | Kirril is a dark industrial music producer from Groningen, The Netherlands. Heavily inspired by a chaotic lifestyle involving squatting and illegal parties, Kirril started working on music with second hand gear, sometimes found on the side of the road or in squatted buildings: Old 90’s computers, cassette decks, beaten up pianos and broken down mixers. Living in squats sometimes meant living without electricity, making time to make music sparse and fragmented by mainly focusing on short loops, quick fragments and tracks to use live. After a period of squatting, Kirril gained experience in sound design for movies and theater as a mix engineer for bands, and making obscure, dark dance music for illegal events. All of this combined with the various musical skill sets of various collaborators were important elements in the development of Kirril’s sound. But the goal remained the same: To make bleak, dystopian, dark psychedelic music, inspired by the turbulent nightlife. This all results in a body of work that does not fit into one category: sometimes dark and melancholic, sometimes collapsing onto itself in glitched out and industrial influenced madness. |

Connecting people and trying to facilitate the creation of art has been my goal since the very beginning. From bringing artists together into the same room, to curating a vibe in the space before they step in. I’m always trying to push boundaries in the process. I look at mixing and engineering as a real way to do that. A way of helping artist’s translate what they are hearing (or not hearing) in their head to what they want the world to hear out loud.
