Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 30/03/2026
Found 621899 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

| Search | Add | 2 | Ella Dot Motions | Calvian "Vian" Pangerti | In 2012, Vian had known as a member in one of Malang’s dance crew. Furthermore, he also was known as music editor and mixer in some of the dance competitions. When he and his family had moved into Banyuwangi, he decided to act in EDM music as a DJ. In the middle of 2013, he began to learn anything about EDM was he got an influence from his first’s favorite EDM track “Water of Nazareth” by Justice. Tried to make a simple track, but he felt that genre hadn’t his passion. Since in the end of 2013 were Djakarta Warehouse Project 2013 had to attend, he got many pieces of knowledge when he tried to find much information about that festival’s lineup, such as Breakbot, Alesso, David Guetta, until Zedd. He felt so interesting progressive house, and he tried to learn how to produce it with his first’s project name “E.L.L.A”. He always tried to find something new about EDM, and learn all about it. Many genres he had learned, and he realized if Dubstep is so hard for him to produce. When he was 17, he has his own passion in EDM were always give a mellow and sad story like ambient. He tried to combine among ambient with progressive house, and that was an origin of Ella Dot Motions were dot means the end of the sentence or anything, while motions mean mood or feels were always contained in his track or in his lyrics. In a fact, he always put Ella’s name in his project name because that’s his first-love girl name was met him for a moment and gone. In other hands, she was his first inspiration to decided his EDM world’s journey. 2015 is the year of electronic dance music were have many new styles had appeared, and Vian also had become as a student in English Department in Jember University. He always writes any song’s lyrics and tried to produce it in his own EDM style. In the middle of 2015, he accidentally found an EDM style was so comfortable with him, and that had no differences with his style. When he tried all about that style, he realized if he adopted a Chillout-ambient style, and he decided to still adopt that EDM style and mixed with that chillout-Ambient until now. In 2017 early, he decided to cover his identity and his appearance when performed. Sometimes, he becomes a ghost producer or produces songs for another artist without writing his name on that song’s credit. Just his family and his friends know about him and his personality while all of his info on his social network’s account had deleted by himself. |

| Search | Add | 2 | Blacky B. | Blacky B. was born in Naples on July 27, 1974, from an early age his life is marked by music. He spent his childhood, playing subbuteo and playing music on the dad's turntable. At 13 years explode passion for sounds arriving from London (acid house) and New York (rap), parents give him two turntables and mixer so begins to become familiar with the console, later, his attention is focused on Chicago and Detroit . Rap, house and techno, will remain in the years its landmarks. In the spring of '92 leave turntables and mixer, to explore his passion for music, began to listen to everything and begins to attend one of the social centers of its city (Naples): OFFICINA99, was impressed by 99Posse and Almamegretta. In those years, meets some people who formed the neapolitan's rap underground scene: Domasan, 'Nto, Lucariello. The craving for try and understand the music led him to discover a record store in his district, he meets Diego (KrAtOS) and Paul, with them in the summer of '96 creates a music project: ΞΥΝΑΨΙΣ, a sound hybrid, industrial, electro, dub, the project does not take off it remains only a tape collecting dust. Friendship with Lucariello him to be part of VentoDiVino, a project created by the same Lucariello, the line-up consists of two mc and Blacky B. VentoDiVino course, even as was in fashion at the time called themselves: triphop. With VentoDiVino plays in two evenings in a mini festival dedicated to emerging bands, organized by OFFICINA99 among the participating bands there are also 24Grana. After a short met Maurizio and together create a hip hop project: "Funghi Ladri" money is few and play with a synthesizer lent by friends, with Maurizio produces various beats, the experience not last long. So a few years later they meets again with KrAtOS and after many sleepless nights, spent between the monitor of a pentium, drum machines and risked a complaint for disturbing the peace at night, born MassInternalStandHarD, productions of minimal 4/4, he began working with the first software, together produce a demo (rare): Nacth Hart Nacth Napule, a sort of electro-techno. MassInternalStandHardD will be the first projects electro-Neapolitan to appear on Vitaminic. Together they create a sound very varied and KrAtOS also turns out to be in line with the electro sound of those years. One of the main influences: Orbital, Underworld, Leftfield, Scorn, these 4 rimanarranno over the years (still today) for their two points the reference above of any fashion. Over the years, for the second time their part ways, Blacky B. begins to produce music independently. In those years, the work brings KrAtOS in Greece and Blacky B. in Rome and then in Bari, they work far and each to their own ideas and is at this time that after several attempts with various projects never took off, Blacky B. begins to have the clear idea of working on an album, without imposing any limit of genre: dub, techno, house, hiphop, there must be all in what he does. Between 2007 and 2009 using the forum of Dj Gruff, meet online other producers for most of hiphop and takes part in a project exclusively online: LooperatorItaliani: produce loops on which to freestyle scratch. Still producing loops on his own, until he found with 16 loops, so he creates the looper: Slurp. The initial idea was to evolve individually each of the 16 loops, but in reality it will work only on one: the loop 8 of the looper, and that is how create the track Slurp 08. In the summer of 2012, continuously influenced by the music he hears, Blacky B. resumes contact with KrAtOS they decide the re-birth of the ΞΥΝΑΨΙΣ project, producing two tracks: "Mystical Synthesis" and RDM (Rural Dub Mantra). In September 2012 Blacky B. and Danny Boy give life to a new project: OKIDNA currently with only the production of Geish-a. The summer was very productive, and so Blacky B. finally decides to end the work begun years before to release an album. December 2012 is all set for the album, work dedicated to his friend D.RaD. (R.I.P.) dubmaster of Almamegretta, the album is entitled "Dub Knob", 6 of January 2013 released the album on Bandcamp and later, on February 17, Dast Record. | |

Songs wrote themselves, piling up on their bedroom floors. The duo moves between indie-folk and dream-pop. At times broad and spherical, at times intimate and quiet, softly plucked guitars sit beside drums and a synthesizer. A balancing act that the band masters effortlessly. What unites each of the songs are the haunting harmonies, delicate melodies and choruses that get stuck in your head. ‘Alas The Sun’ released their debut album ‘You And Your Love’ in the fall of 2019. | |

Through the years, he worked his way up as a talk show host at numerous stations across the country. In 1979, while working in Cleveland, his life was threatened because of his conservative views and, as a result, he moved to Florida and took the evening shift on Orlando’s WDBO. Over the years, he occasionally stepped beyond his radio microphone, like the country song “Green Grows the Valley” he recorded in 1968 under the name Mike Adams. In 1980 he wrote and recorded “Sick Americans” b/w ”Love Letter” for Silver Pelican Records. The A-side was a spoken word “condemnation of America’s ills” protest recording of sorts, a contrast from Byron McGregor’s hyper-patriotic 1974 hit “Americans.” |

| Search | Add | 2 | Head-Cage | Head-Cage is - Mark McKernan - Vocals, Gary Aghabekian – Guitars, Walter Rojas – Bass Guitar, and Michael Higgins on Drums. The Beginning.... Forming in Jan 2002, Head-Cage are a band who came together with one main purpose in mind – To blow people away with their sonic soup of melody and power – and that is exactly what they did. Performing their first show in late 2002, Head-Cage were asked to headline one of the opening shows at Parramatta’s Gravity Extreme Nightclub, the venue designed to promote and expose heavy acts in Sydney. The venue came alive as Head-Cage performed with “more energy and emotion then any band here to date”. They were asked to return and play again, twice more; and they did, each time showing how an emerging band can top even the most seasoned musicians. The Style.... Head-Cage are a heavy rock band driven by thunderous guitars, ultra tight rhythms and soaring melodies. Their influences range from 80’s rock, to alternative, to world and the more recent nu-metal acts but they by no means comply to the limits set by these genres. Their fierce yet organic sound stems from the fusion of all these styles, and with Head-Cage’ members having around 30 combined years of writing and performing experience, it shows why their sound has appealed to a wider range of audiences. The Progress.... The band’s first release was recorded literally overnight and was a 2 track promotional CD designed purely to book shows. This led to the first string of shows for Head-Cage with dozens of venues booking the band at first listen. By April 2003, Head-Cage had performed an average of a show-a-week and sometimes played up to 3 times per week at venues across the city. They have performed at venues such as The Gaelic Club, Bar Broadway, The Metro, The Kelts Bar, and many more with bands such as Full Scale, MM9, Japunga, Tourettes, Three Point Tilt, Melodyssey and Unsaid. Their growing fanbase ranges right around NSW from Sydney’s Northern Beaches to the city, Greater west right into country NSW. But this is only the beginning.... These guys are entertainers. They perform as if every show is their biggest and won’t hold back. Dynamic and emotionally charged songs, with well crafted tapestries of rhythm and melody; the musicianship and discipline of Head-Cage is evidence that this young and driven brotherhood is committed to succeed. So what now? In addition to constant rehearsals, writing and performing, Head-Cage are currently adding the finishing touches to their next single - Refuse Me. Working closely with producer Sean Boucher (Cog, Dreamshifter, Three Point Tilt) this release is HIGHLY anticipated throughout the sydney hard rock scene and is due to hit the stores in late April. Over the next 12 months, Head-Cage is aiming to get bigger shows and to travel interstate to spread their music to other cities and towns. The next target will be to select and rehearse material for a debut EP and to even see their material head overseas. These goals are realistic and as a unit, the band believes they are very achievable. The commitment already shown by Head-Cage is testament that with each small step, they are reaching their goals. "The right amount of energy and passion..." "A real pleasure to listen to..." | |
