Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 10/01/2024
Found 593861 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

Search | Add | 4 | La Rana Toro | La Rana Toro began its musical career in 1997. Influenced in its beginnings by the punk rock and melodic hardcore bands of the western coast, they have evolved in successive recordings towards a more elaborate sound, full of textures and nuances with multiple influences, difficult to be established in a concrete style or scene. This has led them to share stage with bands of various styles and provenances such as Bad Religion, Dog Eat Dog and Vetusta Morla to name a few. Since their foundation they have published four works and are currently presenting "Minúsculo Infinito" (2015) their last studio work. Recorded between El Sotano studios and the studio of Gonzalo, guitar and main composer of the band. "Minúsculo Infinito" houses generally slower and ethereal compositions bathed in reverb and delay, giving much importance to the dynamics of each theme without leaving aside in some moments the rockiness that has characterized them in the past.

Search | Add | 4 | Fulc | FULC | FULC was an alternative/nu-metal/industrial rock band from Leeds, UK, formed in Scunthorpe, UK. Formed in November 2000 FULC demo "Void" (2001) landed the band offers of recording contracts from 3 independent labels. Instead the band signed to Stunted Records and Management who sent FULC on a 15 date tour in February/March 2002 to start building a fanbase. By July 2002 FULC were recording “The Fallen” EP at Sawmills Studios in Cornwall, following in the footsteps of Muse, Oasis, Supergrass etc. Released on September 9th 2002 on Stunted Records, FULC embarked on a 35 date promotional tour from July to Sept. 2002, and a further 20 date tour from Oct. to Dec. 2002. The EP received excellent reviews, the most impact being a live review in Kerrang and a full page Kerrang “Rising” feature in 26th Oct. 02 issue. Never ones to stand still FULC returned to Sawmills in Jan 03 to record their debut album “Biting Insomnia” . The album was released on June 23rd 2003 on Stunted Records, with a 50 date promotional tour set up to coincide with the release. With a KKKK review in Kerrang, Metal Hammer, Powerplay magazines etc all passed comment on the quality of FULC’s songwriting. FULC hit the road again in winter 2003 for a further 20 date promotional tour, their most successful yet. Featured on BBC Radio 1 One Music FULC were no.1 in the “Lock Up” chart for 6 months and playlisted on Radio One in July 2003. FULC were personally selected by Mary Anne Hobbs to perform at a Radio One Rock Show event in Leeds in June 2003. Mike Davies ( R1 DJ ) described FULC song “Nest” as :- “Fantastic, Fulc have got subtlety down to a fine art,”Nest” rocks in all the right places without thrusting itself in your face. This is both melodic and bowel shakingly heavy and will have rock fans creaming themselves to catch them perform live “ FULC supported Vendetta Red, Span, Agnostic Front, Skindred, Fony, Vacant Stare, Spear of Destiny, Kinesis, Martin Grech and others. Tours were sponsored by Jagermeister alongside The Darkness, Violent Delight and This Girl. FULC headlined the second stage at the 2003 Bloodstock Festival in Derby, alongside Saxon and Paradise Lost on the main stage. Two further 15 date UK tours took place in 2004. Recording their final album at The Chapel in South Thoresby in Oct 2004, this was followed by tours of Germany and the UK in 2005 to promote their second album "Embrace.Destroy" which received much critical acclaim in the UK and Germany. Shortly after the release of Embrace.Destroy in May 2005 personal circumstances led to a hiatus which the band never recovered from. Lineup: Duane Walker - lead vocals, guitar Rik Clay - lead guitar, backing vocals Kris Kilmore - bass Mark Cooke - drums |

He first started with a local band, which he sang covers by his American country Influences such as Alan Jackson, George Strait, George Jones, Mark Chestnut, Randy Travis, etc. After realizing the importance of his traditional Acadian roots, he founded a French group called Zarico with whom he recorded two albums, which led to perform at the Country Rocks the Hill Concert, opening for Sugarland, Alan Jackson and Brooks and Dunn. Five albums later, the Acadian Singer Songwriter is still on the rise, as he is among the top best-sellers at his distributor. He was very fortunate that all three French albums were awarded Album of the Year at the Canadian Francophone Country Music Awards in 2011, 2013 and 2016. In 2013, LeBlanc realized another one of his dreams as he recorded his first English LP in one of Nashville, TN’s finest studios, The Tracking Room. Influences, his first cover album, was also awarded “Album of the Year” at the Music NB Awards ceremony. His latest album 20 which commemorates with his 20 years as a singer, recently won Album of the Year and Singer-Songwriter of the Year at the Canadian Francophone Country Music Awards . The album, which also includes a bonus DVD, was also nominated at ADISQ and Music NB Awards. His single Moi-itou Mojito became the most downloaded French song on iTunes Canada last April after it was discovered in one of Montreal’s famous radio talk show Puisqu’il faut se lever hosted by Paul Arcand on 98.5fm, This incredible buzz created a lot of interest from media, which led to radio interviews, TV interviews and journal / magazine articles. With all this wonderful media attention, LeBlanc was recognized at the end of the year as he made the top 5 cultural event in New Brunswick. Since the beginning of his solo career in 2010, Laurie LeBlanc has won more than eleven awards including the prestigious prize Assomption Vie ICI Acadie, which consist of a 13-date cross Atlantic Canada Tour in 2018 (selected by RADARTS members at the FrancoFête en Acadie).

Not seldom reminiscent of low-bit videogame music. Support this project by purchasing the music at bandcamp. https://onomi.bandcamp.com |

Search | Add | 4 | Travis McKeveny | Brooklyn-based singer/songwriter/gonzo haikuist. Travis McKeveny grew up on Long Island’s south shore in a decidedly musical household — his father, Gerry, is a professional guitarist, nowadays best-known as a member of the esteemed folk-rock trio Gathering Time — and by his early twenties McKeveny began tunesmithing in earnest. He hasn’t stopped since. His debut album, Last Year’s Leaves (2012), met with critical acclaim, garnering him comparisons to John Prine and Tom Waits. McKeveny’s sophomore effort, October Porches and Second Hand Fears (2015) — produced by The Infamous Stringdusters’ Andy Falco — represented a major leap forward, sonically and lyrically. Recently, McKeveny again joined forces with Falco, this time to write “1901: A Canyon Odyssey,” which appeared on the Stringdusters’ Grammy-winning album Laws of Gravity (2017). McKeveny has opened for such nationally touring acts as Todd Sheaffer (of Railroad Earth) and Chuck Prophet. With Pete Mancini he write songs and played live. He plans to continue writing, singing, and playing “till the wheels fall off,” and not a minute sooner. This year he suddenly passed away (09-16-2021) in the age of 35.

Search | Add | 4 | Caldicot Male Voice Choir | The Choir was founded in 1963. The origins can be traced to the searing heat at the base of a blast furnace, at the new RTB works (BSC Llanwern) that was completed in 1962. Several of the workers, who would regularly harmonise in song, were to become the new residents of the rapidly developing communities of Caldicot and Underwood. Many of them had experience of singing in long established valley choirs. It was decided to try and organise a male voice choir in Caldicot and after an informal meeting in the Cross pub, Ray Hogan, Len Waters and John Grindle walked around Caldicot, knocking on the doors of fellow steelworkers to see if there was any interest. Amongst those who were recruited that night was the fledgling Choir’s first Musical Director, Ralph Hodges and subsequently an inaugural meeting was arranged and then held in Caldicot Methodist Church.

Search | Add | 4 | ondrew | Born May 27, 1999, ondrew is a producer and songwriter from DeKalb, IL with significant ties to the Twin Cities. Their electroacoustic experiments bring experimental genres like ambient, noise, glitch, lowercase, and IDM to the more poppy world of bedroom mixtape production. Her early works are largely instrumental, with later works like "the revivifier" using his own voice to deliver lyrics as concerned with the abstract and ethereal as they are down-to-earth soul-searching. Previously, these lyrics and themes were voiced by his band's sangfroids' vocalists and through samples under her alias joculatrix. Future endeavors aim to incorporate elements of sangfroids and joculatrix into this main moniker.

Search | Add | 4 | Paul Macmannus | French blues and boogie singer and bass player.
