Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 05/01/2026
Found 619583 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

At the end of 2015, David Jackman launched his flagship solo project under the alias “David Ben Jack”, releasing his debut single “No Love (ft. Teri Tobin)” via The EDM Network. The single–a soulful and poppy, yet eccentric take on chilled deep house and nu-disco–features rising neo-soul singer Teri Tobin on vocals, and a remix from UK production duo Armstrong & Statye (of UB40 production fame). A week later, the track charted on JunoDownload.com as the #12 best-selling release in the funky house/club category, before getting airplay on BBC radio, and garnering support from influential DJs. Soon after, David Ben Jack was approached to produce several official remixes for legendary jazz musician Mac Gollehon’s (David Bowie, Duran Duran, Grace Jones) newest project, which was released on his LP via Tomas Doncker’s NYC-based True Groove label. The album (which contained 2 of his remixes) charted for five consecutive weeks on both the CMJ Top 40 Jazz Charts (#19) and Top 40 World Charts, and has been featured on Huffington Post, All About Jazz, and Paste Magazine, being heralded as a unique fusion of latin jazz and EDM. David Ben Jack was then commissioned to produce more remixes for the label, as well a remixes for fusion super group Gideon King and The City Blog, comprised of Island Records recording artist Marc Broussard, James Genus (Daft Punk, Herbie Hancock), Donny McCaslin (David Bowie), and other seasoned musicians. |

| Search | Add | 3 | The New Chordettes | Mr. Sandman, Lollipop, Never On A Sunday, Eddie My Love...all songs made famous by The Chordettes. In 1946, The Chordettes premiered on The Arthur Godfrey Show, and their lush vocal sound brought them a string of hits turning them into a singing sensation! Forty years later, Judy Duncan and her husband Bob decided to bring back those musical memories and reorganized the group into the current New Chordettes. With beautiful costumes, elegant choreography, slick and sassy comedy, audience participation and silky harmonies, The New Chordettes create four-part and solo vocal magic that leave every audience wanting more! They bring a rich taste of The Big Band era with such standards as In The Mood, Begin The Beguine, Stardust and Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy. These lovely ladies have recreated the original sound of the great 50’s and 60’s girl groups with songs by The Shirelles, The McGuire Sisters, The Supremes and many others. Their harmonizing and doo-wopping is a trip down nostalgia lane – a collection of poodle skirts, cat-eye glasses and the girls in love with the guys in love with their cars. Each concert is full with hit songs reminiscent of a bygone era. Roars of laughter are heard as the girls sing to unsuspecting but delighted men in the crowd. They sit on laps, rub bald heads and leave many a surprised audience member red-faced but with a beaming smile. Whether it’s fox trotting at an elegant black tie event, or bopping at a 50’s sock hop, audiences all around the world are clapping, laughing, dancing and singing along with …. the New Chordettes!

| Search | Add | 3 | Roland Friday | Roland Alphonso Cervantes Del Monte Friday, one of the all-conquering 'Kings of the Keys' during the organ heyday of mid to late-ish November 1979, acquired legendary status alongside such luminaries as Derek Moon, the Bobby Crushes, both snr and jnr, and the undisputed champion of all who have endeavoured to plink and/or plonk ever since. Sir Lesmond Dawson, nineteenth Duke (and later twelfth Duchess) of Barnsleydalemondwike. For the young Roland, it seemed the world was his lobster, but maintaining his jet-set organist lifestyle, being Europe's first £million per year male model, 'The Face of the Future - Today!', as well as undisputed world heavyweight boxing champion twelve years running, eventually took its toll. After being hospitalised due to breaking a fingernail on no fewer than one consecutive occasion during his near-legendary two-night tour of Cleckheaton in 1989, Roland shocked the world by calling time on his music career and after being stripped of his boxing titles when a random urine sample was found to contain dangerously high levels of both dandelion and burdock, he retired from all public life to run a small vole sanctuary in Sao Paolo. His music will, thankfully, live on, due in no small part to the 25,000+ Hammond organ instrumental versions of Bon Jovi's 'Living On A Prayer' he recorded in the final few days of his career. | |
