Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 24/10/2024
Found 596840 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

After winning the African Hip-Hop producer of the year, in 2004, at the tender age of 19, his influence in the South African Hip-Hop industry escalated to great heights, crafting 'classic' material for some of South Africa's top acts. Having worked with the likes of [a=Zubz], [a=Tumi], Optical Illusion, [a=Proverb], Prokid, [a=Rattex], [a=Damola], [a=Blaklez] and Ill-Literate-Skill just to name a few. Originally the band started out with texts and themes with pre-pubertal humor, and trying to shock the audience with songs about poop, make-up and hard live shows. The band went through many line-up changes, and changed name to HRPS after releasing an EP with the same name. The EP was originally released as Project Herpes, but was changed when the band changed name and line-up.

Upon returning to Duquesne University, he rejoined the Tamburitzans and completed his degree in history and political science. Upon graduating from Duquesne in 1952, Mr. Gregurich began to compose and arrange what Ruparcich called Southern Slavic music. In the same year he also organized a Tamburitzan recording orchestra, which he named Greyko. "They toured the country for over 20 years," Ruparcich said. Gregurich also established his Greyko Record Co., located in Lawrenceville, where he manufactured, wholesaled and retailed Southern Slavic music with an international flavor. Slovenian American musician, [a5805854], was his partner, confidant and business associate. He passed away in 2002

Search | Add | 3 | Exit Safe Mode | Margus Löve | Margus Löve has been a well known name to darktronica scientists over the years. The solo artist’s starting point after the change of millennium became the technoid end of drum&bass with the bubbling bass waves of speed garage and Löve’s style became substantially directed by dubstep that gained ground at the start of the 2000s. The name L-OW successfully propagated the bass-loving vibe at the prime time of dubstep, and in the background the dub-techno-esque parallel project 1DERL& got more and more off the ground. Founding of the label Processed in 2012 and the release of 1DERL&’s debut album became a spiritual turning point – the allure of the sounds of dubstep shifted to the background and darker soundscapes found a new home in cooler techno trances. Margus Löve has moved still deeper in the swamp of sounds with his new project Exit Safe Mode that is striving to cut through the safety nets and broaden the palette of sounds. The sounds are complemented by darker ambiences and rhythmic skeletons, while staying essentially loyal to the pulsating force of techno. It’s time to discover the shady territories beyond the untrodden tracks. |

Search | Add | 3 | Pad Beryll | Since 1997 the likeable Swiss DJ Pad Beryll is performing behind the DJ Desk and is ever since addicted to house music. Driven by fascination and passion he brought his style to perfection and he loves to pass his elegant and uplifting house to others in order to celebrate a great party with them. It’s due to his outstanding reputation as a talented Deejay that famous clubs such as the „Elephant Club“ located in St. Gallen, the „Bolero Lifestyle Club“ in Winterthur or „the boot“ located in Konstanz (Germany) book him regularly. The result of a long-lived friendship with his DJ-collegue Marco Berto is his resident place in the line-up of his famous Deep Love events. Since 2002 Pad is working as adviser and artist director in terms of house music for the „Firehouse Moods Club“ located in Weinfelden Switzerland. In the same club he is also responsible for the specials (i.e. special acts) at Gigs like „Delicious Minds“ which is known as the one and only House-Party of the canton of Thurgau, taking place every two months and on a regular base hosting acts like KneeDeep, Jamie Lewis, Ian Carey, Panevino and Lisa Millett. Pad has as well been elected for continuous performances at the legendary „Masters of Disaster“ events. Due to this long-standing co-operation with M.o.D. the smart DJ was from 2005 – 2009 part of the M.o.D. recordings crew, which is a Swiss house label being known for innovative and qualitative Sound. Periodically he used to mix the M.o.D. radio shows which were being broadcasted internationally and his mixes appealed in the world of house enthusiasts. Proudly Pad Beryll was in October 2007 able to release on M.o.D. recordings his first studio work – a remix of Spain’s 2Brothers of Soul. Furthermore renowned labels such as Purple Music and Tricirle Rec. released remixes as well. His first own production came out in co-operation with well-known Andrea Love „The Voice“ (Hit: Shined on me). Out of it emerged the title „Under Your Spell“ which will be released early summer 2010 by the Label Reelgroove (UK). Overall, Pad Beryll was able to achieve high esteem supraregionally and meanwhile belongs to the most experienced and popular Deejays of the eastern part of Switzerland.

Search | Add | 3 | Minimal Technology | Minimal Technology started in the early 90's in Santiago, Chile when three students ventured into designing sound pieces. After several months of studio recording, a Japanese curator and music publisher Kino Mitsouko took interest in the group. The band took a trip to Tokyo which was later viewed as an artistic experience for the group; MT made a special container-object, similar to mail art, in order to show its work. The band had only two appearances on stage, one in the room Augustine Siré School of Arts University of Chile and one in the Faculty of Architecture in the same University. They were also interviewed on a live program at the disappeared Radio Umbral, and invited to publish an article of their work in the fanzine Marginal Music.
