Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 29/07/2025
Found 602638 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

Search | Add | 4 | Exhorted | French Death Metal Band We have been friends for 25 years after meeting each other on all kinds of metal events, we finally decided, by the end of 2018, free of all commitments from our respective bands, to launch the EXHORTED project. We are sharing the same musical tastes and the same objectives in terms of creation. By the beginning of 2020, the recording process started in stages (due to the covid situation) with the participation on drums of KEVIN PARADIS, well known for his work with BENIGHTED, while the bass, guitars and vocals were recorded in a professional studio. Mixing, production and mastering were entrusted to OLI BEAUDOIN (producer and former drummer of KATAKLYSM) for an optimal enhancement of the tracks. Exhorted Metal band

Search | Add | 4 | Adege | Andrew DeGarmo | Techno DJ and Producer from Michigan with roots in Detroit. A dark warehouse, a distant strobe light and unrepentant dancing by people from all walks of life with an affinity toward the darkness of repetitive delayed out reverberating basslines and drum beats. This is what I recall of my first underground party under the Ambassador Bridge in Detroit, circa 2001. This experience spoke to me. In fact, this event set the stage for what has been 20 years of musical cultivation and growth. Many life detours have taken place along the way, but techno has been a constant through it all. |

Search | Add | 4 | Clifford Harper | Illustrator from London. Clifford Harper was born in 1949 in a working class neighbourhood of west London. After a desultory education, expelled from school at 14, with a two year probation sentence, he began a series of low paid jobs. As a teenager he was drawn to the ideals of anarchism and a growing involvement in the ferment of the 1960s led him in 1968 to ‘turn on, tune in and drop out’. Having first joined a commune deep in the Cumberland border country, in 1969 he was one of the founders of the famous Eel Pie Island commune, once described as “on the edge of anarchy”. In the 1970s he became further involved in anarchist activity and began to work as an illustrator, mainly for the radical movement, and this led gradually to ore mainstream work. Since the 1980s his work has appeared regularly in all the major newspapers in Britain and has become one of The Guardian's most popular illustrators. Heavily influenced by comic books, Eric Gill and the narrative woodcuts of Frans Masereel, Harper’s style evolved in the 1980s into a bolder, more expressionist direction, with much of his later artwork resembling wood or lino cuts, although in fact he still mainly works in pen and ink. Harper has long-term health issues and suffered a heart attack in 2006.

Search | Add | 4 | Алиса Апрелева | Татьяна Коломейцева | Alisa Apreleva is a Russian singer, composer, multiinstrumentalist, producer, and poet. Alisa Apreleva's music is rooted in a wide variety of genres: from authentic Eastern Slavic folklore to chamber to jazz to rock to film music. She uses voice and an array of acoustic instruments (cellos, harp, accordion, hang drum, piano, ethnic drums), along with looping and electronic processing, in her compositions, creating the style best described as "acoustic ambient". EthnoLoops, her most recent project, is a solo set for voice, cello and a loop station, where Eastern European and Native American traditional songs coexist with original compositions to create a universe full of joy and color. Soundscapes around EthnoLoops are build by Ishaan Chhabra, a sound architect from India. Alisa Apreleva's CD "Lucidus", including 11 compositions for voice, drums and three celli, was released in 2011. Finest musicians from Russia, United States, Mexico, India, Costa Rica were involved in production and presentation of the album, which was enthusiastically welcomed by critics, fans and musical connoisseurs in Russia, Europe, United States and Latin America. Alisa Apreleva started performing professionally early in her life as a classical singer and pianist. Since 2001, Alisa has acquired popularity as a singer-songwriter and a widely published poet. In 2003-2004 Alisa worked as an actress with “Tample” musical theater (Moscow, Russia). In 2003 Alisa graduated cum laude from the Lomonosov Moscow State University with Master’s Degree in Linguistics and Education and entered the post-graduate school. In 2004 Alisa moved to Seattle, USA. Since then she lives between two continents and writes songs in two languages. Starting from 2006, Alisa Apreleva is getting more and more popular around the globe as “the Russian singing cellist wonder”. In 2006-2008 Apreleva studied film scoring with Hummie Mann ("Robin Hood: Men in Tights", "Year of the Comet", "Dracula: Dead and Lovin It", "Language of the Heart", "Sleepless in Seattle, "Simpsons", "ALF"), within the Pacific Northwest Film Scoring Program. During 2010 - 2012 Alisa continued her music education as a scholarship recipient of Berklee College of Music (Boston, USA), majoring in Music Therapy studies. In 2010-2011 she also studied classical composition with Tibor Pusztai, composer and conductor from Hungary. Alisa Apreleva is featured on "Mi única llave" CD by José Mercé (2012, produced by Javier Limón), "Eastern Tapestries" by Christiane Karam (2012), and more. Search | Add | 4 | The Medveds | the Medveds, a byproduct of Boston, Massachusetts formed in the summer of 1994. The band’s name, which carried over from earlier garage projects headed up by frontman Ben Hunter, was drunkenly derived from a game of pin the tail on the donkey with a mid-1980s, Cleveland phonebook. The group landed on the name Keith Medved and it stuck (not to be confused with film critic Michael Medved). During their brief and dysfunctional punk rock citizenship, the Medveds earned notoriety for their volatile blend of booze and banter, as well as their crazy onstage antics. The band permeated Boston’s punk rock fraternity for nearly a decade and attracted a cultish, underground following while headlining staple clubs and local dives throughout the North East. None of which paid the bills.

К. Аедоницкого: "Васильки" "Песни рождаются сами" Инструментальные композиции: "For The Rest OF My Life" "Monday Night" "А снег идёт" (фантазия на тему песни А.
