Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 16/12/2025
Found 617983 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

She wrote and performed songs that critically touched on issues of sex, gender, chauvinism and feminism and criticized nationalism and militarism. The name "Elliot", which she adopted in the late 1980s, started as an affectionate nickname, because of her likeness to the dragon Eliot, from the musical film "Friends of the Dragon Eliot" from the 1970s. | |

He is a founder and a member of the VIS Idoli (The Idols), band that initiated the New Wave on the music and cultural scene of the former Yugoslavia in the 1980s. Their second album, Odbrana i poslednji dani (The Defense and the Last Days), music critics voted for the best album of 1982 and, what is more, the best Yugoslav rock album of the 20th century. Later on, in 1998, the album was polled as Yugoslav greatest popular music album in the book YU 100: Najbolji albumi jugoslovenske rok i pop muzike (YU 100: The best albums of Yugoslav pop and rock music). Album Čokolada (Chocolate), released in 1983, along with Riblja Čorba’s album Mrtva priroda, was the best-selling rock album in Yugoslavia up to that time. He is also well-known as the character of Spiridon Kopicl in the cult movie Davitelj protiv davitelja (Strangler vs. Strangler) for which he wrote the song “Bejbi, Bejbi” (Beogradski davitelj). He composed music for the TV drama “Šumanović – komedija umetnika” (Sumanovic - A Comedy of an Artist), in which he also played a character called Rastko Petrović. After music and acting career, Srdjan Saper entered the world of advertising. Prior to establishing McCann Erickson agency in Serbia in 1997, he worked as Creative Director and TV Director/Producer for various advertising agencies “SM Delo”, “Borba”, “Ogilvy & Mather”, “Saatchi & Saatchi” and “Idols & Friends” agencies. He is Founder and Chairman of McCann Grupa, one of the leading marketing communications networks in Southeast Europe, with operations in eight countries. |

| Search | Add | 2 | Mölnlycke Blåsorkester | Swedish brass orchestra from Mölnlycke. The association's origins are known to date back to the beginning of 1888, when Bruno Wendel hired a retired music sergeant to start a brass sextet with the help of musicians from the Mölnlycke factories, later Mölnlycke AB. Rehearsals were held in a deserted house in Stora Bråta and concerts took place on Wendelsberg, where they often had distinguished guests. After the First World War, during which musical activities were at a standstill, the elementary school teacher and bell ringer Nils Rasin (1894-1978) was hired to start the brass sextet again. After various pecuniary collections had taken place, the music could once again be heard at demonstrations, dance floors and association festivities. In the mid-1930s, shift work was introduced at the factory, which brought a new crisis to the orchestra's history. Thanks to the initiative of the energetic musician Nils Johansson (1906-2008), however, the orchestra got going again and in 1946 the Mölnlycke music society, as we know it today, was formed. Nils Rasin led the orchestra for an exceptionally long period. He was replaced in the early 1970s, for a year, by Yngve Moberg. Moberg was a retired military musician from KA4. The Music School (now the Culture School) was greatly improved in the early 1970s. The then newly employed music teacher [a1680460], a trombonist and double bassist, took over the leadership of the orchestra and an incredibly dynamic period began. The close collaboration with the Music School also meant a drastic rejuvenation of the musicians as well as an increased range of concerts. During this period, the orchestra made a number of trips to Sweden and Norway, as well as exchanges with twin towns in Estonia, Norway and England. After Stig Boström's retirement in 2001, the leadership was taken over from 2001 to 2013 by [a1345912], percussion teacher. During the period from autumn 2013 to summer 2016, the wind orchestra was led by two conductors, wind music teachers [a1201238] and Christina Lundin. Between 2016 and 2022, the orchestra was led by Jenny Björkqvist and Christina Lundin. Currently, the orchestra is led by Christina Lundin and [a5234927]. | |

| Search | Add | 2 | Banner. | Banner. is a songwriter born and raised in The Hague, The Netherlands and is known from 'nothing'. Being a self-taught guitarist since the age of fourteen, his songwriting career took off when he was eighteen, performing his songs on small stages. Currently he is studying popmusic at the Herman Brood Academy in The Netherlands with a major in vocals. Growing up by the sea, for Banner. the horizon is symbolic for a person's personality: "what you see is the sea, the reflection is what a person shows you and what's underneath the surface stays hidden." The song "Compass" can be described as conceptual and creative guitar-fingerpicking indiefolk/pop with a solid instrumental part towards the end. Influences like Queens Of The Stone Age, Fink and Sticky Fingers can be heard, and it also reminisces Radiohead, Pink Floyd and David Sylvian. | |

| Search | Add | 2 | Bentham the Band | Bentham is the musical alter ego of Ben Paulos, a Bay Area singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. After the usual trumpet in the school band, picking up guitar in high school, then jazz, Balkan and West African music in college, his first major band was Laughing Academy, in Boston, circa 1988-1993. That was an art rock trio plus singer that recorded three albums (but released one and a half), played New England and New York clubs, and garnered national airplay before folding. Laughing Academy members went on to play in Sugar, the Willard Grant Conspiracy, and Transmissionary Six. Bentham was launched in Boston, then continued in Madison, Wisconsin in the late 1990s, in a lineup featuring Ken Keeley, John Driscoll, and Rick Cavalieri. It moved to San Francisco, where the three album releases were finished and released: The Mauve Decade, Miss Wisconsin, and Pacific. | |
