Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 30/03/2026
Found 621899 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

| Search | Add | 2 | Damie Leigh | An amazing artist with more than one album cover to her credit. Damie was a provocateur; a friend of all the marginalized and the down-trodden; and a saint amongst the artist population. She made endless amounts of art and died tragically on the way to see her loved one's in 2022. She will be missed by all she made contact with. She was the artist for the second cover by Tail From the Crypt and other albums that will be linked as they are gradually uncovered. R.I.P. to this brilliant soul. May she always burn brightly. | |

| Search | Add | 2 | Donal Maguire | Dónal was affected by the charismatic Clancy brothers and their triumphal return to Ireland from the USA, in the early 60s. Whilst admiring Luke Kelly's strident style, Dónal soon became enamoured of the high style exemplified by Joe Heaney, Paddy Tunney and Elizabeth Cronin. Dónal's emigration to England as a fifteen-year-old paradoxically accelerated his interest in Irish music and culture. The London Singers Workshop helped to develop his singing and he became a resident at the Singers Club, joining Ewan MacColl, Peggy Seeger, John Faulkner, Sandra Kerr, Terry Yarnell et al. Séamus Ennis and A.L. Lloyd had earlier been resident at the club. | |

| Search | Add | 2 | DJ Panzerfaust | National-socialistic hardcore techno producer from The Netherlands. DJ Panzerfaust started playing music at small illegal raves in the Netherlands. After the assassination of the rightwing politician Pim Fortuyn by a leftwing extremist, and the brutal murder on Theo van Gogh by a Muslim fundamentalist in 2005, he started to produce political music. The mainstream Hardcore scene in the Netherlands, the biggest youth culture under Dutch white teens, a music scene which from the beginning always has been associated with patriotism and some degree of Nationalism, took a stand against their own rank en files. This as a reaction to the ongoing criminalisation by the mass media of White Hardcore Nationalists in the Netherlands. Miscellaneous commercial Hardcore DJ’s and producers took part in the concept United Hardcore (against Racism and Fascism), which tried to stop the media connecting the Hardcore scene with White Nationalism. They tried to ban White Nationalists from raves by supporting leftwing anti fascist groups and organisations. They did this because of the bad image of the gabber scene, which could cause their profits to drop. This concept made Hardcore political, and as a answer to this DJ Panzerfaust started producing underground Hardcore House for the Hardcore Nationalist. Free music for those with a White Nationalist ideology, who are not suppressed by the mass media and the mainstream. DJPanzerfaust is also known as Frontlinie, DJ Herrieschopper, and is part of the twosome Raggen en Beuken. | |

Surf instrumental band "Bamboogie Injections" appeals to classic part of the style creating original stuff on the intersection of Surf and Instrumental Rock where rough Dick Dale style doublepicking touched the smooth psychedelic surf-ballads. Nowadays "Bamboogie Injections" are ready for action along with their debut album "Wild Dandelion Stomping" (2016). Here they are: Denk - as a guitar charmer, Kate - as a psyko-bass femme (in studio & on stage) as well as keyboardessa (in studio) and Mr. Deadly Stab - as a drum guy. On June 2017 Bamboogie Injections were participants of Surfer Joe Summer Festival, 12th Edition (Livorno, Italy). | |

| Search | Add | 2 | Iako Bei | Roman Jakobej (lead vocals, bass, synths) | IAKO BEI is a project of a singer, bassplayer, song-writer and lyricist Roman Jakobej. What makes the music unique is its innovative and original interpretation of rock music where the rock's main instrument – a guitar – is absent. Instrumentally relying on drums, keyboards, bass with many pedal effects and saxophone, the songs take a wide range of inspiration from the 70‘s space prog, the 80‘s pop/art rock, the 90‘s alternative rock to the 2010‘s prog metal. This creates a challenging but enjoyable sonic cocktail. The line-up of the debut album PURSUITS IN 1IFE (2018) consists of the award-winning saxophonist Nikola Bankov, a Slovak pop star, Karmen Pál-Baláž, on backing vocals, jazz/pop singer/keyboardist Stevie Heart and a current drummer of a legendary Slovak metal band Sexit, Tibor Rusnák. The songs from the album were played on the Headbanger_FM, the biggest metal radio show in Slovakia, and the band played a live set there as well. Rudi Rus, the Headbanger_FM's radio host, spoke very highly of the band and considered the record to be one of the best Slovak albums of 2018. The album was also nominated for the debut of the year within Radio_Head_Awards of the Radio_FM. PURSUITS IN 2IFE: VORTEX FRAGORIS (2023) was completed by the end of 2021 and since 2022 the band has released 7 music videos. The line-up of the sophomore album is completely different with Viliam Stanek on drums, Lukáš Magoš on saxophone and (at the time of the recording only 15-years old) Šimon Majerník on keyboards. |

| Search | Add | 2 | Salvation Alley String Band | Salvation Alley | Hailing from Northampton, Massachusetts the Salvation Alley play original Country music. Incorporating elements of Western Swing, Bakersfield, and Outlaw country spanning from the 1940’s – 1970’s. They have made many stages around New England their home, and are as comfortable at a dive bar as they are playing a festival (FreshGrass/Green River Fest) or opening for country legends (George Jones). Ryan Quinn (guitar/vocals) has a unique songwriting approach, matching lush & tender melodies with post-apocalyptic and at times self deprecating lyrics. Matt Silberstein (Bass) & Matt Jugenheimer (Drums) always lay down a solid backbeat, and as of 2017 Annika Amstutz (fiddle) has joined the lineup. She adds precise fiddle lines that float atop the music, like a heavenly angel. Sal Al (if you’re into brevity) is currently working on their 4th album for Rub Wrongways Records entitled “Winning Hearts And Minds”. |

| Search | Add | 2 | Ivis Flies | The Quito-born Ivis Flies has been sailing for twenty years through the seas of music. Through them he has traveled to the continents of rock, folklore, jazz, funk and other genres. "After all this time I think I can reaffirm my conviction to work for music with identity, which is what I've been doing all my life," the singer-songwriter said by telephone during an interview with this newspaper. His current musical production is focused on a set of six folklore records, to give back to the Ecuadorian teachers of this genre and to promote the culture and sounds of this country. Flies has not been restricted in his profession. He has been the voice in a series of groups, one of the most popular La Grupa (1998), which among other recognitions won the best international band award at the FIMU (International University Music Festival) 2006, in Belfort, France. "It's a band with which it was very difficult for us to enter the media, to the people; We started making Ecuadorian music at a time when that music was frowned upon, "Flies says. He adds that although it was not a very commercial band, he and his companions managed, with the affection of the people, to be very dear, respected. "The rump has not been finished," he adds. Flies says that the reason for not having generated anything new at some time is due to personal complications of the members, not to the desire to return to do folklore mixed with what comes to mind. The adrenaline of being on stage, remember, connect with people, flow with what your instinct dictates is an amalgam that attracts you a lot. He also likes his role as a producer, to be like the director of a film handling that spark that makes his thoughts explode in reality. "Working on the concept, working on the idea, developing the talent of the artists is something that I absolutely love," he says. But after two decades he can not say that he has a favorite production, he keeps the experiences, the growth, the experiences and endearing friends that each of them has given him. The commercial peak, he adds, or fame can also be an index that people are reacting to a product, but their satisfaction arises when they know that their work has had real value both musical and human. Flies, father "ordinary" of three children and a lover of cinema, swimming and gardening, notes a growth in the industry of Ecuador. And although disorganization is one of the biggest problems, he says, he is optimistic. "What is done in Ecuador is a job that can compete with an international market. I think we are about to burst like a country of music, of talent ". Flies along with Danilo Arroyo are betting on Maki, an artist of "urban wave" native of Macas who opened in March the concert that Calle 13 and Manu Chao offered in the capital. He also works in the discography of the national Gustavo Herrera and the Biorn Borg group. His family has been the main support and strength for the Quito to complete his projects. "When the family is united, everything starts to work better," he says. With it he has planned, in a month or so, to travel to Los Angeles, where there is a great musical machinery that will be used to reinforce the Latin, to introduce the national in a more powerful market. "I believe that there are the tools, the industry; there are bonuses, it's something to go and propose something to try to be better ". When he puts on his headphones, he hears everything, as long as it is well done, but confesses to being a fan of "the Ecuadorian movida". To the crazy people who conform it tells them not to forget to create and compose, it is the true strength of the musician, according to the Flies philosophy. He will also continue in his own, he says, with a lot of responsibility. And even better if it's on the seashore. His career Ivis Flies began his musical studies in 1991. He joined bands like Punto Aparte, Carbono 14 and Contravía. In the nineties he also participated in several jazz groups. | |
