Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 30/03/2026
Found 621899 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

| Search | Add | 3 | Bob Livorio | A favorite radio show of Pittsburghers for 36 years was the “Saturday Morning Listening Habit” that was hosted by Bob Livorio on WKPA. Beginning on the air in the late 1950's Livorio was one of the first Pittsburgh area DJs to play R&B and "Doo Wop" which was then categorized as "race music".' "Of the hundreds of radio personalities who have passed through the Pittsburgh market in 85 years of radio, few make an impact, The Valley has in Bob Livorio at least one of a handful of radio legends that shaped the way we grew up listening to the radio - as a companion, a friend." Ron Antill WISH program director (Tribune Review Interview 2005) Livorio's show was so popular in 1961 that students from three high schools demanded Kennywood Park to play Bob's show over the park's loud speakers. They did not want to miss Bob's show while they were at their school picnics. Bob Livorio went on the air for the first time 1957. Radio and music were his passions. Bob moonlighted as a radio DJ on WKPA for three hours each Saturday morning. He worked full time as an advertising salesman for the New Kensington, Pa newspaper the Daily Dispatch . Bob played a mix of rock and ballads on his programs. "Psycho" by the Sonics and "Surfer Joe"/"Wipeout" by the Surfaris were two garage rock classics that he introduced on his show. Among his favorite ballads were I Only Have Eyes For You" by the Flamingos, "Forever" by the Marvelettes, and "Angel Baby" by Rosie & the Originals. Tommy James credits Bob as one of the DJs who broke the hit single Hanky Panky. Lovorio also supported the music of Pittsburgh artists. During the British Invasion years in the early 1960s he played the recordings of the Fenways, the Arondales, the Racket Squad, the Skyliners, and the Vogues. A WKPA advertisement highlighted the sounds of the Bob Livorio Show listing the songs High on a Hill, 69, Every Day's a Holiday, Please Love Me Forever, Stop Pretending, Lover's Island, and more. Listeners sent Bob hundreds of request letters each week. On Friday nights Bob gathered his wife and children in his living room. Together they read and sorted the requests. Bob picked his playlist forms from the requests and read the requestor's names on the air on Saturdays. Bob dedicated songs to his listeners. On weekend nights Lovorio spun records for his teenage fans at dances at Henry's in Tarentum, the New Kensington YMCA , the Birdville Fire Hall in Natrona Heights, and school sock hops. | |

| Search | Add | 3 | Mysterell | Rock group from Italy. mysterell Welcome to Mr. Mysterell … In 1997 and 1998 the danish AOR group Pangea released the albums “The First” & “Manchild”. Two albums in the AOR vein with a heavy touch. No doubt that the guitarist and leadsinger from this group Torben Lysholm had a unique voice and his talent on the guitar is among the best. The group had a great success in Japan, and in the beginning of 2000 they re-formed the group with new members and went into the studio to records songs to their 3rd album. The 3rd album has been recorded, but currently it hasnt´t been signed to any label yet, and Pangea is also adding a new frontman to the group, after Torben Lysholm decided to work with his own project called “Mysterell”. With Mysterell Torben Lysholm heads more at the musicstyle that we knows from legendary AOR bands such as Giant etc. Great AOR music with touch of west coast. Late 2004 the italian label Frontiers Records signed the project and now the album is released. This album has many highlights and the opening song “Don´t Ever Stop” take you to a music trip that don´t stop at all, with well written songs and a production that is handled great by Mr. Mysterell. Beside his solocareer Torben Lysholm is also working as a producer and songwriter, and in 2005 there will be some interesting project from his side. | |

She apparently was a suicide, the police said." "The Daily News" of New York, New York, 24 October 1947, page B58 wrote that "four empty sleeping-pill bottles were near her body. Police, listing the case as an apparent suicide, said she left a note which read: 'Dear Lord, forgive me as I never could make myself behave.'" Under her given name, she seems to have appeared in a two-reel comedy film in 1924 titled "Shattered Faith" with co-stars Lillian Kemble, Rudolph Camerson, and J. Frank Glendon, directed by Jesse J. Ormont. From "Variety," the weekly entertainment trade magazine, vol. 154, no. 13, 7 June 1944 - "Field publishing a book of bedside verse, to be entitled 'Pin-up Poems,' by Diana Johns, night-club singer, who writes her own comedy songs." Lillian's brother [a4179963] was an announcer who joined CBS Radio in 1931, working at radio stations such as WOR and WJZ in New York and acting as a master of ceremonies for several early television shows. |

| Search | Add | 3 | MOTHERBIRTH | On the surface, Motherbirth is loud, abrasive, vulgar, and chaotic. But all of this is held together with aggressive riffing, tight chops, and bottom heavy melodies, resulting in a tight unit of relentless energy. Gordon Bolles provides the grinding six string work, supported by Dragan Stojkovski's pounding, punchy bass lines. Jake Samulski's precise drumming somehow keeps all of this mayhem in order. Overhead, Bryan Musial's vocals drift in compassionate melody, then take a nose-dive with razor claws aimed right for your throat. The band recorded and released their debut EP in January of 1996 and watched as the first print of 400 sold out almost instantly. One year later they recorded their first full length album which hugely surpassed sales of their EP. Soon after, having the opportunity to open for such national acts as Coal Chamber, Pro-Pain, Crisis, and Voivod. They have taken the hardcore genre and renovated it. Motherbirth packs Buffalo venues, where they find swarms of educated fans waiting for them at the front, and sometimes upon the vibrating stage. Members of the audience match Musial word for word as he preaches his heart during tunes like, "Fade Away" and "Downtime." Not only is Motherbirth's music superb, their stage presence and image are truly enthralling. The guys are highly active, as they bounce all over the stage while never missing a note. It wouldn't be fair to say they dress to the image of their musical genre, they live it. They're a charismatic, musically honest, down to earth bunch of guys. The group formed and began writing in early 1994 and, after the addition of Musial on vocals in 1995, has grown like a weed in terms of popularity and musical prowess. | |

Produced by former Creed bassist Brett Hestla (Dark New Day, Framing Hanley, Tantric), their debut album 'Stick in the Eye' (2009) was an impressive start to what is shaping up to be an energetic adventure into active rock history. The album and impending tour with Saliva gained the band a rabid underground fan base, and spurred independent sales beyond 2500 copies from live shows alone in the first 4 months of its release. After relentlessly touring the country, Star City Meltdown headed back to Florida in 2011, and back into Brett Hestla's studio to record their sophomore full length album. The album title changed from the original name, “Razorblades & Handgrenades”, to ‘Music=War’ after the band departed from their record label in mid-2012. ‘Music=War’ reflects on the constant battle the band faced just to get label support, a solid release date, and for the album to get to their fans in the form and fashion in which it was meant to be heard. Star City Meltdown decided to “soldier up”, after putting so much effort into a project that has gotten rave reviews from rock radio insiders, and they finally worked out an independent release date for ‘Music=War’, now set for Oct. 30, 2012. The first single,"Here's To Us!", is hitting rock radio nationwide, and constant touring is on the agenda for the remainder of the year and well into 2013. Star City Meltdown takes powerful, pop laced melodies and blends them with shredding guitars and bone thumping double bass drums, to form an active rock grenade of epic proportions. One listen to ‘Music=War’, and you’ll see that the band is poised for an all out assault on the active rock world! | |

| Search | Add | 3 | Kronik Leila | Kronik Leila is a musical duo project founded in Istanbul in 2020 by twin brothers Arda Tuncer and Başak Tuncer, who came together with the idea of producing and publishing electronic music. The duo's debut as Kronik Leila was with their first single ‘Yuva’, which was recorded in their home studio and released in July 2021, and since then they have continued their production without a break until today. Fascinated by the almost limitless possibilities offered by electronic production, the brothers, who chose to progress in this field, actually have a classical music background. Both of them graduated from Dokuz Eylül University State Conservatory clarinet department. After graduating together, they travelled on separate paths for nearly 15 years. During this period, Arda completed the post-graduate programme at the Strasbourg Conservatory and the master's programme at the Turin Conservatory and furthered his career as a clarinetist with solo, chamber music and orchestra concerts in different European cities. After years of experience in the media in Istanbul as a reporter and main news anchor, Başak has gained a respected place in the sector after years of experience as a photographer. | |

| Search | Add | 3 | Shirley Jester | Raised in a musical family - her father played in Arnold's Jazz Band downtown - she was playing the piano by the time she was 5. She had the ability to play anything by ear - almost instantly. While in high school at Our Lady of Angels in North College Hill, she began working part time as a staff pianist for WKRC-TV, going full time after her 1951 graduation. There, she played music for locally produced television shows. She also met George Palmer, who was then working at the station as a news anchor. The two were married in September 1962. At 25 she started playing in nightclubs, starting at the Coal Hole*, a popular club located in the now-defunct Sinton Hotel."Shirley did her homework. She made the Coal Hole a legitimate room," said Leo Underhill, former jazz disc jockey for WNOP. Over the next 40 years, Ms. Jester performed solo and with jazz groups all over Cincinnati and nationally. She had gigs at The Top of the Crown, in the former Clarion Hotel; the Iron Horse Inn in Glendale and at Kenwood Country Club. | |
