These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?

Cântă din fragedă pruncie, încurajată și îndrumată de către învățătorul și cunoscutul animator al vieții cultural-artistice din satul natal al lui Nicolae Ceaușescu, dascălul Constantin Rădulescu. După ce se va impune pe plan național, împreună cu acest minunat și destoinic ansamblu argeșean, tânăra și talentata solistă Ana Ispas, se va simți atrasă de cetatea de scaun a Olteniei, așa că de la "Doina Argeșului" va pleca, tot prin concurs, la nou înființatul ansamblu profesionist craiovean "Nicolae Bălcescu", pentru ca apoi să reușească, în urma altui concurs, în cadrul Orchestrei profesioniste bucureștene "Barbu Lăutaru". Pornind să cucerească inimile spectatorilor din toată țara, alături de această prestigioasă formație din capitală, Ana Ispas se va bucura încă de la început de prietenia și sfaturile inegalabilei Maria Tănase, care i-a permis și interpretarea unor piese lansate de ea. Dotată cu voce caldă și cu vigoare, cuceritoare prin aspectul său fizic, va reuși să se impună într-o vreme când nu existau microfoane, lăsându-ne și astăzi cântecele sale plăcute, dintre care amintim: Cine-a zis dorului, dor; De când m-a aflat mulțimea; Busuioc, floare cătată; De-ai fi, lună, vorbitoare; Bate vântul de la munte; Mă dusei să cânt în codru; Ia mai cântă cucule; De-ai știi, neică, ce e dorul; etc ! | |

Graduating from Washington High School in nearby Two Rivers, he lived his entire life in the town of Two Creeks on the family farm. Jerome was a trumpeter and bandleader of the Two Creeks Farm Hands for 40 years and hosted the Jerome Wojta Show on radio station WAUN-Kewaunee, just north of Two Creeks. He married Phyllis Mella in 1961, and they had a daughter, Naomi. Jerome worked as a realtor when not playing music. Jerome was always inspired by trumpeter/bandleader Romy Gosz and his “lip of steel.” He learned trumpet with help of high school music teacher, and formed Two Creeks Farm Hands in 1951, taking the name from the fact that most band members lived and worked on farms. Although the band at one time featured a violin, accordion, and piano, the standard lineup consisted of two trumpets, two saxophones/clarinets, drum, and bass, with fairly stable band personnel. Band members included Emil Yindra (saxophone & clarinet), Donald “Red” Zachek (piano & accordion), Celestine Johanek (saxophone & clarinet), Ned Demsien, Eugene Johanek, and Gerald Sinkula (drums). Lamentably, the band recorded only a handful of tunes for the KL and Cuca record labels. Jerome Wojta passed away in Two Rivers on May 28, 2003 at the age of 75. | |

Questa esperienza è nata dal bisogno di concretizzare quello che abbiamo dentro o di fermare certi momenti della nosta vita. Per fare questo ci sono molti mezzi a disposizione, le parole, le foto; oppure i suoni, ogni brano è come un capitolo, tante foto che descrivono un periodo della vita. Le Cafard Non ha mai imparato a suonare, è in grado di fare poche cose e male e non ci sono stati miglioramenti in questi anni. Prima di tutto questi brani sono esigenze personali, immediate, sono nati quasi come improvvisazioni, senza prove. "Avoir le cafard" in francese significa avere il magone, indica soprattutto la nostalgia che hanno i militari che sono distanti da casa. Le Cafard è per chi si sente un po' come un soldato che non vuole combattere una guerra in cui non crede e sente solo la voglia di scappare e tornare a quello che ha lasciato e prima o poi diserterà! Le cafard è lo stato malinconico e nostalgico, in cui sono nate queste canzoni. Le Cafard è anche lo scarafaggio che disgusta i benpensanti che vorrebbero vedere sempre tutto ordinato e pulito e fingere di non notare quello che non va. L'attitudine è punk, cioè sentire un forte bisogno di comunicare anche senza avere conoscenze musicali e senza essere intonato. Suoni nati in casa, di notte. Il risultato non è sicuramente un prodotto da classifica, ma un'istantanea di un particolare momento della vita, che rimarrà come una fotografia nel tempo. |

Además de temas propios interpretan versiones de Pat Metheny, John Scofield, Thelonious Monk, Jaco Pastorius… Simultáneamente entra a formar parte de la banda de rock progresivo Onza con los cuales toca en multitud de escenarios y festivales. En 2017 graban el cuarto disco del grupo “Error de Sistema”. Forma parte durante 3 años de Nacho Salmerón Band, grupo del guitarrista de blues Nacho Salmerón con quien va de gira por Alemania con el disco “Lost Soul” además de tocar en diversos escenarios de España. Bajista del cantautor Gunnar Deutschmann de gira por Alemania durante el verano de 2015. Como guitarrista ha acompañado durante años al cantante Juan Antonio Martín, con versiones de Joan Manuel Serrat, y, aún en activo, a la cantante cubana Danubia Gámez con la Trova Cubana. En junio de 2017 lanza el disco “De noviembre a Julio” disco donde Javier pone música a los poemas del poeta arcense Julio Mariscal. Esta obra, supone la culminación de 5 años de trabajo y recoge 10 canciones llenas de sensibilidad, energía, fuerza y emoción. Es una vuelta a los sonidos clásicos de la canción de autor donde la música está al servicio de la poesía y que Salmerón ha sabido conjugar a la perfección. El resultado no deja indiferente al oyente. Algunas de sus canciones, aparecen en el documental “Recordando a Julio Mariscal” producido por el ayuntamiento de Paterna y realizado por la asociación cultural Impresiones de Paterna de Rivera. La canción de autor es su influencia fundamental y donde se siente más cómodo y feliz. Aparte de sus composiciones musicales a los versos de grandes poetas, como Julio Mariscal y Pedro Sevilla, escribe sus propios textos llenos de sensibilidad y fuerza. Ha formado dúo con el también cantautor Fernando Polavieja con quien ha tocado en escenarios como el Teatro Olivares Veas o Ateneos Culturales donde la poesía de los poetas andaluces era la protagonista. Actualmente se encuentra de gira con “De noviembre a Julio” en un directo claro y potente donde interpreta con su banda formada por el guitarrista Nacho Salmerón, el bajista Alfonso Fernández y el baterista Daniel Torres, temas del disco dedicado al poeta y temas de su siguiente disco “Comprar el Purgatorio”, que llevará a estudio próximamente, donde destacan sus textos llenos de sensibilidad y emociones. Festival Internacional de Cantautores Abril Para Vivir en Granada, Fundación Antonio Gala, en Córdoba. Convento Corpus Christi, en Bornos. Ciudad Romana de Ocuri, en Ubrique. He also was taught by Emile Angel in Paris and Julius Kyuper in Vienna. During this time(1927-1928), he won 1st Prize at Cenacolo Society competition in Rome and in 1932 won a Silver medal at an International Competition in Vienna, the first by an Asian artist. While in Rome, he sang for a welcoming party for His Eminence Cardinal van Russum of the Netherlands and charmed him with Mascagni’s “Ave Maria,” Franck’s “Paris Angelicus” and Japanese songs. He was so impressed by his “angelic voice” as he called it, he wanted to baptize him personally which he did a few months later. His baptism name was Paul. Later under the auspices of Japan Polydor where he was a recording artist, he went to Berlin and graduated from State Berlin Music Conservatory. During 1932 to 1936 he recorded many Japanese songs on 78 rpm which became very popular in Japan as well as performing in the first opera by Kousaku Yamada. While in Berlin attending school, he also recorded at Gramaphone studio in Berlin, songs from German popular movies of that time like Merry Widow and the like which became a big hit in Japan. He was an educator as well and taught at Ochanomizu University and Yokohama National University. He became president of Showa Ongaku University 1988. Born 12 June 1903, died 27 January 1993. |
