Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 16/12/2025
Found 617983 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

| Search | Add | 4 | S.E.K.H. | Masterminded by both entities behind Suspiral, S.E.K.H.´s offerings are a work of impenetrable Industrial Black Metal annihilation, a deadly alloy of dissonant guitars and oppressive electronics that immerses the listener into a dismal and dissociative transfiguration of themselves. Conceptually, through their soul-defiling music S.E.K.H. offer an exploration of Bataille´s concept of subversion and the embracement of the abyss. A sonic torment evocative of the sounds of other hallucinatory Black Metal entities like Mysticum, Diapsiquir, Blut Aus Nord or Leviathan, although with its unique abhorrent approach to the genre. | |

| Search | Add | 4 | Lorenzo Gasperoni Mamud Band | Mamud Band | With over twenty-five years of career, Mamud Band, a historic italian afrofunk ensemble, returns to the stage with renewed energy and a fresh lineup. Founded and led by artistic director and percussionist Lorenzo Gasperoni, the band has experienced years of musical evolution, collaborating with legends such as trumpeter Lester Bowie and drummers Tony Allen and Stewart Copeland. These encounters, enriched by contributions from international artists like Ivorian choreographer Jerald Dibi, Burkinabè percussionist Harouna Dembele, and Cuban drummer Rodney Barreto, reflect a global vision of music that sincerely and respectfully embraces diverse cultures and traditions. The band’s sixth album,, "The Monkey Tapes", released in 2022 under the Garrincha GoGo label, marked a pivotal moment in the band’s evolution. This work blends ethnic percussion and electronic elements, creating the signature sound of Mamud Band: a tension between vintage sonorities and the exploration of new musical horizons. Today, the band presents a renewed sextet lineup: alongside founder Lorenzo Gasperoni, we have Massimo Marcer (trumpet and electronics), Niccolò Barozzi (synth and sampler), Oscar Mapelli (guitar and electronics), Ivo Barbieri(bass and vocals), and Nico Roccamo (drums). Together, they deliver an even more refined sound, where guitar, synth, and percussion merge to create unexpected harmonic and melodic textures, enhanced by echoes and delays. The rhythm section, comprised of bass, drums, and percussion, is relentless and captivating, generating grooves that are both complex and deeply danceable. This balance between vintage and modernity celebrates the legacy of the 1970s while maintaining a continuous drive toward contemporary sonic exploration. |

He would perform at several more of their festivals, as well as the 607 Family Gathering and SHE's Night of the Shrunken Heads Festival. His live performances are filled with provocative and offensive imagery, including blood, fire, desecration of sacred, religious, and political items, nudity, and general debauchery and mayhem. This behaviour has gotten him banned from venues, record labels, and bands, to which he seems to care very little. |

| Search | Add | 4 | Remipeds | The Remipeds first appeared in the lively and flourishing music scene of post-punk London in the late 1970s. Right from the beginning, it was clear that this was no ordinary band jumping on many of the bandwagons that were making their way through the clubs and pubs of trend-crazed London. Initially confining their mind-bending live performances to the 23rd of every month and/or full moons, this band borrowed more from the future than the past or the present. A remarkable blend of rock, psychedelia, world-music, ambient, reggae and dub, techno, and postmodern juxtapositions of TV and movie themes with pseudo-political and outer-space samples, Remipeds never quite let the listener know what was going on by making sure the band didn't either. The Remipeds burned brightly for around two years. Their meteoric rise to fame, coupled with an incredible creative output in the form of songs, interpretive dances, children's stories, multi-media events, bodily noises, and more, took London and indeed most of England by storm. Their influence can be said to have penetrated every nook and cranny of popular music today. Yet despite this, most people have never heard of them. This is one of the profound injustices our research team at Pimlico University has set out to remedy. Along with what has come to be known in the literature as "The Cover-Up," we will also trace how the band was boycotted by major record companies following the "EMI Xmas Caper," in which the lads found that record company executives are singularly lacking in sense of humor when it pertains to their own persons. Living constantly at the temperature of their own destruction, and sometimes exceeding it by quite a bit, the at times overheated Remipeds came to epitomize the power of Creativity, Freedom, and Independent Music, proudly recording on their own Banana Records as a statement against the corruption so rampant in the music industry. Unfortunately, the complex challenge of reconciling order and disorder within the band's profoundly pluralistic and admittedly ample bosom simply proved too much. After a couple of years, the centripetal force created by Remipeds expelled the band members one after the other. The band disbanded in the early 80s, but not before leaving behind an astonishing body of work. Slowly but surely, we hope to present this body of work on this web site. We want to bring to the attention of today's listeners a band that was so ahead of its time, it was once humorously speculated they were in fact time travellers. In a disturbing twist, and proving that many a true word is often spoken in jest, we shall see that this bizarre conjecture may not be as outlandish as it might seem. The fate of the members is documented, of course, in Harry J. Clarke's classic tale of the road, "Me Wanta Rainbow Remiped: In Search of the Band that Changed the Music." This website will contain all the information available to us at present. It was compiled by the Ethno-Musicology department at Pimlico University by a team headed by Prof. Clifford Llewellyn. We will focus on presenting to the public a wide collection of artefacts, ranging from sound-samples to video-clips to historical segments, to published and unpublished interviews, found objects, reviews, merchandise, scholarly treatises and analyses, explorations of musical sources and influences and colleagues, drug paraphernalia, and other "Remipediana." Stay tuned, and feel free to drop us a line if you want to ask us anything, or if you have any information about the Remipeds. We are particularly interested in contacting people who saw, worked with, or were intimate with the band. www.remipeds.com | |

| Search | Add | 4 | Badge 212 | Badge 212 | Badge 212 consists of Adam Kowalski and Sean Rowader. Their music is often referred to as 'Scrum Rock', which blends the heartbreak of the blues, the angst of punk, and the tour de force of grunge. The guitar/drum outfit features a carousel-like process in which Adam and Sean switch off playing drums and guitar. Their beginnings date back to heisting power from an outlet in the back of, superstore giant, Meijer (Rolling Meadows, Illinois). This specific geographic location allowed anonymity thanks to the adjacent highway (Interstate 90) and the apathy of the nightshift. This spot remains a regular practice space for the band through all seasons of the year. Badge 212 opened for The Sturdy Beggars at Hong Manner in Champaign, Illinois in commemoration of New Year's Eve 2013/2014. Their setlist featured released and unreleased original songs. As of March 2014, the band has been recording their Double Debut Albums to be released in conjunction, Revenge of the Style, and BYC. |

| Search | Add | 4 | Olimpia Zagnoli | Olimpia is a creative female-type person born into an artistic family in Milano. She drives a Vespa and has large round glasses, but the main thing is that she can, and does, draw like an ambidextrous octopus. One with with prodigious skills, and a doppio espresso. She has been called a “millennial stronza” by a certain green-eyed monster of a certain age. Okay, she’s replaced me, but I can’t help but like her. She’s so good! Although she will admit to being influenced by Bruno Munari, Paul Rand and the other usual suspects, she creates super fresh shapely shapes, completely new voluptuous forms, in her own clean palette of brights and darks, flat as a pancake, baby. After graduating from some kind of design school in Italy, OZ burst upon the New York media scene in a colorful cloud of charm, humor, and easy-to-work-withiness (an essential new adjective when describing young people) in 2008. She then proceeded to take The New York Times, The New Yorker, and the New York subway system by talented storm. OZ’s bright visions pop up -and sometimes out- in all the best places, including Fendi, Apartamento Magazine, The Guggenheim Museum, and the G train. She thinks fast, draws faster, and eats spaghetti like a lady. Along with her father she has designed a line of objects, called Clodomiro, including plates, shirts and scarves, some of which are just plain naughty, and all of which are delightful. Clodomiro is her father’s real name. Go figure. – Laurie Rosenwald www.rosenworld.com OZ lives in Milan. OZ listens to T.Rex. OZ drinks Coca Cola. OZ wears stripes. OZ stands for Olimpia Zagnoli. | |

Agglogallos Michail) made his debut in his hometown of Athens early in 2011, captivating crowds with his own unique blend of seductive techno, minimal, and tech house rhythms. Through hard work and dedication fueled by passion, Tech1ne quickly established himself as a staple in clubs throughout Greece starting from the legendary dance floors of Luv, Fuzz and Maze to those of the currently celebrated Steam and Six d.o.g.s. Steadily infiltrating the scene, it wasn’t long before Mike became close friends with Greek producer and pioneer Mikee, and the two went on to open their own record label under the name “Deep Phase”, working with some of the hottest names in the Techno and Tech house scene, such as Stefano Noferini, Hector, Sasha Carassi , D Unity , Fabio Florido to name a few. As a talented producer and selector himself, Tech1ne delivers nothing less than primal energy through his sets, infused with seductive beats that keep audiences literally... on their toes. Tech1ne is now a regular resident at the monthly anticipated Deep Phase nights, having played alongside Raffa Barrios , Alberto Ruiz , D Deck , Matt Sassari , D-Unity , Danniel Selfmade , Dema, Marina Karamarko, Leonardo Gonnelli and Dani Sbert. Continuously producing quality music inspired by deep inner thoughts, Tech1ne already has releases on various labels under his belt including Async Records, Gastpiel Records, Tech You Very Much! , Select Case and Bompi-Hani Recordings. And with tracks supported by the likes of Joseph Capriati, Marco Carola, Monika Kruse, Luigi Madonna, Stacey Pullen, Marko Nastic, Alexi Delano, Dennis Cruz, D- Formation, David Herrero, Stefano Kosa, Ilario Alicante, Paco Osuna, Franz Costa, Someone Else, Jamie Jones, Stiv Hey, Markantonio, Tom Hades, Outway, Neverdogs and Maceo Plex... today marks only the start of a very bright future for the Athenian producer. |
