Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 29/07/2025
Found 602638 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

Search | Add | 4 | Weatherproof | Mark Remsa & Bryan Scheiner | weatherPROOF evolved in 2007 under the vision of Remsa and Event. After completion of their first demo and playing several area shows in New Jersey, weatherPROOF performed on the Hot Topic Kevin Says Stage of the 2007 Vans Warped Tour. In the early spring of 2009, weatherPROOF released their first full-length album Metropolis. The album features guest appearances from Mac Lethal, Sam Doom, and more. Over a span of four years between 2006 to 2010, weatherPROOF recorded material for what would later be released on their sophomore album Dirty Naturals. Dirty Naturals features guest appearances from Ras Kass, Orifice Vulgatron [of Foreign Beggars], Louis Logic, DJ Soko and more. Dirty Naturals also features production from Mr. Concept, Entity, The Boy of Summer, and Wizard. The album received positive reviews from a variety of media outlets. Old To The New described Dirty Naturals as one of "2013's first essential albums" and Rapmusic.com wrote "weatherPROOF's Dirty Naturals is definitely a timely LP... an impeccably-produced boom-bap record that captures the laid-back cypher feel of the early-to-mid 90s." |

Search | Add | 4 | Perla McRay | "The Voice", as you call your friends, was born in the Philippines as one of three daughters of a typical Filipino family of musicians. It so happened that Perla preferred to sing early on rather than play with Barbie dolls. Her mother was her patient teacher and trained her voice at a young age. The first local appearances in her home country followed after her high school engagements abroad at club level in Japan and in the Arab region. Greece, Portugal, Cyprus and all of Scandinavia were the next stops before Perla McRay started her show career in Germany.

Search | Add | 4 | Matheos Sprague | Matheos' eclectic and modern approach to energizing original productions and remixing has made a unique niche in the genre of electronica and dance music. Whether it's twisting classic sounds with modern beats, or updating past legends with fresh remixes, he creates a unique vibe for the dancefloor and the lounge scene. Born to a Greek mother and an Irish/American Father, Matheos has had the benefit of being raised in various places around the globe, such as Texas, Germany, Crete, Italy, California, France, Ohio, Thessaloniki, and New York, which is what has led to this new eclectic and worldly method of production and remixing. Being exposed to many different environments and cultures has had an impact on his music and creative process. After high school, which is where he started Djing at school dances and outdoor events, he went on to college at 17 in New York City at Parson's School of Design. For the first year in NYC he was a regular on the show Club MTV, which allowed him the opportunity and exposure to such diverse artists as Big Daddy Kane, Sheena Easton, DJ Easy Rock, Souxie Soux and the Banchees, The Dead Milkmen, Information Society, Samantha Fox, to name a few. His second year of college was spent in Paris, France, where he immersed himself in the European dance scene of the late 80's. He then came back to New York City to finish his degree at Parson's and upon graduating, he landed a high profile design job in Munich, Germany. After 4 years there, he came back again to NYC to work for Tommy Hilfiger. Coming back to NYC is when he started to pursue his production and remixing passions in the studio. Matheos' first project was producing an original album fusing opera and electronica. During this time he also started working with the Greek-Cypriot singer, ALEXIA, producing 3 new original tracks, and remixing her retrospective CD. On the remix front, his first project was remixing ANN MARGRET's remix project, which was used for her North American tour. After doing a remix for MERV GRIFFIN in L.A., and upon Mr. Griffin's suggestion, he was inspired to compile a remix project entitled, 'REVIVA VEGAS', which includes remixes of Vegas legends such as Sammy Davis Jr., Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra, Cher, Freda Payne, Peggy Lee, Wayne Newton, Tom Jones, and Liberace. Matheos continues to branch out on various projects such as his new 'GREEK TRAVELS' album, which fuses ancient Greek instruments and elements with modern electronica, 'Electro-Mythology'. Also in the works is a Greek remix compilation titled 'HELLENIC FLAVA', with modern club remixes of such famous Greek artists as; Haris Alexiou, Marinella, Aleki Youvouklaki, [a=Despina Vandi], [a=Anna Vissi], and Elli Kokkinou. His productions and remixes have been played in clubs and lounges around the world such as London, Mykonos, Munich, Los Angeles, Athens, New York, Miami, Paris, and Las Vegas. Matheos is deeply involved in the worlds of Fashion, Art, and Music, and will continue to gel and fuse in new ways the broad arena of global culture.
