Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 05/01/2026
Found 619583 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

| Search | Add | 2 | Kaiit Waup | Hailing from southeast Melbourne, the young songstress has been singing for as long as she can remember. Born in Papua New Guinea, Kaiit bounced back and forth between Australia and her homeland before her family eventually settled down in Melbourne. She grew up listening to alternative music, with her parents embracing the likes of Pink Floyd. Kaiit is blessed with an enchanting voice that crosses musical boundaries. Her love for jazz and neo-soul is evident in her music, drawing upon inspiration from her idols Amy Winehouse, Lauryn Hill and the contemporary sounds of Noname Gypsy and SZA. Kaiit’s artistic background in both beauty and fashion is apparent in her inimitable style and edgy aesthetic. | |

| Search | Add | 2 | Dario Raucea | Dario Raucea | Dario was born in Siracusa (Syracuse), Italy, in 1912, to Italian parents. He died in Rome in 1988. He began his studies at the age of 10. Alfredo Casella first recognised his outstanding talent, and Raucea studied with him and Bardi in Rome. He then studied in Vienna with Professor Weingarten and was a pupil of Emil von Sauer. Sauer said of him, when Dario was twenty: "I greet in you the great pianist of the new generation". Dario was widely acclaimed in Italy, Europe, South Africa, England and Australia. His memory was prodigious and included the whole of Chopin's output, the thirty-two sonatas of Beethoven, Bach's "Forty-Eight", all the piano works of Liszt and a great many works by Schumann, Schubert, Brahms and others. A press comment from 1949: “Never have I heard such ravishing piano-playing as the overwhelming performance by Dario Raucea. This incomparable Italian master is superior to any artist that has visited us during the last ten years.” - Prof. Dr. B. Kok, in “Die Volksblad,” 13th April, 1949. He toured South Africa in 1954/55, where he drew many comments on his playing, like this: "For mourners who perpetually bemoan the passing of the giants of the keyboards, there was much comfort to be obtained at the Concert last night. A young man whose fingers have the speed of light and the ability to draw forth tones of enchanting beauty, made his first appearance here. His name is Dario Raucea. Mark it well, for you will hear it mentioned in exalted places before long". A note from his nephew, posted on YouTube in 2023: "His wife and my grandmother was Laetitia Boschi Huber of Swiss origin who was a poet in her youth as well as a multifaceted and very intelligent woman with a thousand interests, so much so that in her old age she was one of the first Italian women entrepreneurs (a well-known Italian weekly magazine, "Gente", made an article about her together with Anna Bonomi Bolchini as an example of Italian women entrepreneurs). He stopped playing the piano from one day to the next. I remember when I was little, I asked him why, and he replied that if he hadn't practised for one day only, he would have noticed, after two days, his admirers would have noticed, and after three days everyone would have noticed. He adored me as I was his first nephew, but he had no temperament as easy as all artists; he could play anything of any composer, but then he was not able to cook 2 fried eggs. Besides Beethoven, he listened to Mahler, Brahms, Haydn, Liszt and Rachmaninoff, of which he said it was difficult to play his works." Notable concerts he performed (incomplete list): Roma. Sala Accademica di via dei Greci. Tuesday 8th March 1938. h16.00 - Solenne tornata accademica in commemorazione di Maurice Ravel Roma. Teatro Adriano. Wednesday 2nd May 1945. Ciclo di sinfonie, concerti e musiche celebri : concerto orchestrale diretto da Robert Lawrence, con la partecipazione del pianista Dario Raucea Cape Town. City Hall. Thursday 2nd June 1949. h 20:00 + Wednesday 15th June / Tuesday 21st June / Wednesday 22nd June. Cape Town. Stellenbosch. 17th June 1949 Birmingham. C.B.S.O. Tuesday 1st March 1955. h 19:30 London. | Search | Add | 2 | Ernie Terrell | Ernest "Ernie" Terrell | Ernei Terrell (April 4, 1939 – December 16, 2014) in Belzoni, Mississippi, was a 20th century American professional boxer who competed from 1957 to 1973. Terrell began boxing professionally in 1957 and simultaneously launched a popular singing group in Chicago with his sister, [a763718], who later replaced Diana Ross with the Supremes. During his first year of boxing, he won all five of his fights, knocking out three of his opponents. He continued to excel, winning fight after fight over the next several years. Terrell also continued to perform with his musical group, Ernie Terrell and the Heavyweights. After the World Boxing Association stripped Muhammad Ali of his title as heavyweight champion in 1965, Terrell finally got a chance for the label. He defeated Eddie Machen for the vacant title and retained it until February 6, 1967. That day, he fought in his most famous match against [a669210] in Houston, Texas and lost after 15 grueling rounds. Ali, who had changed his name from Cassius Clay after converting to Islam, took offense to Terrell using his "slave name" and repeatedly shouted, "What's my name?" throughout the match. Terrell lost his two remaining fights that year and announced his retirement in December. However, he returned to the ring two years later, beating Sonny Moore on December 15 in 10 rounds. Terrell continued to win his matches, and on June 23, 1973, he earned another shot at becoming a heavyweight champion. However, Chuck Wepner defeated him in 12 rounds in an extremely controversial decision. Terrell boxed in his last fight on September 23 of that year. After retiring permanently from boxing, Terrell became a music producer in Chicago. Terrell also had a brief stint in politics when he lost the 1987 election for alderman of Chicago's 34th ward. In October of 2004, he was inducted into the Boxing Hall of Fame. |

| Search | Add | 2 | Enrique Urbano Tenorio | Saxophonist and bandleader of [a=Peregoyo Y Su Combo Vacaná], nicknamed "Peregoyo". One of the most prolific and versatile composers and musicians of the Colombian Pacific Coast, known as the "King of Currulao". He was born in Buenaventura (Valle del Cauca) on January 10th, 1917 and died on October 18th, 2007 in the city of Cali. After learning to play the clarinet and saxophone he founded his first band called Orquesta Bahía, with which he played boleros and other Caribbean rhythms. Later, in 1962, he founded [a=Peregoyo Y Su Combo Vacaná], a band which received national and international renown. The musicians of the band came from the Colombian departments of Valle del Cauca, Nariño, and Cauca. Enrique Urbano Tenorio is considered the "[a=Lucho Bermudez] of the Pacific" because he was a musician (clarinetist and saxophonist like Bermudez) who brought the folk music of the Pacific region to the upscale salons and dance clubs. He recorded in various traditional Pacific music genres like currulao, abozao, aguabajo, jota chocoana, arrullo, and others. | |

| Search | Add | 2 | Luddgang | Luddgang are an 8 person collective from Sheffield, England. 5 of those 8 people play drums, another handles the sound bytes & samples, another the slideshows (for live performances), and the last doing the merchandise/literature table. There's no guitar, no bass, and no vocals. Imagine, if you will, intense tribal drumming similiar to that of later-day Neurosis. Overtop of this you have samples instead of guitars. Sound bytes instead of vocals. Now, if you can imagine this, you might have just somewhat of a clue as to what Luddgang sounds like. Band members were - and remain - anonymous. Some have played in other Sheffield bands including The Midnight Choir, Weakling, Dog Canute. | |
