Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 28/01/2025
Found 600568 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

On May 23, 2008, CorruptionSound created his youtube channel. It was used to upload the demos of his project, but for other kinds of videos as well. After abandoning GxSxOxGxPx in May 2009, AxBxNx became his main project that occasionally puts out releases up to this day, but the main focus was put on the video remixing. The name was chosen because of "corrupting" the sound. He's also known as KnorruptionSound. |

Search | Add | 7 | Sebbers | Lee Sebestyen | maidstone, Britain (UK) Sebbers is a DJ, vocalist, Producer and Songwriter, hailing from Maidstone, Kent. After spending many years clubbing and taking in a huge variety of music he decided it was time to write, produce and recreate many of the styles he knew and loved. Without tuition, he learned guitar, how to sing and most importantly how to lay down huge beats with even bigger grooves! His house music career started with Russian label, Big Hug Records, signing his vocal bouncer 'Chocolate Clouds', which was remixed by notable Russian talent (Dan Moshu, Andre Zenkoff, Jose & Minola Ribera). Follow up track, 'Minimal Life' gained huge support and airplay in Europe. Sebbers soon connected with UK House legend, Nick Hook, one of the scene's stalwarts who has been around since the early days of House. His label Jeepers! has seen Sebbers' work recognised by the likes of Graham Gold, Jay Kay, Anna Kiss, So called scum bags, Jason chance, Danny chase, Hetto and 6" 7' and Martin Sharp. This success clinched him a DJ Residency at TechNoir, Brighton and interest from radio network, Ideal Club World.2013 saw his first EP for Arch44 Music, No Time for Worrying, new tracks for Jeepers! and Remixes due later in the year. |

Search | Add | 7 | Howard Lovett | Howard W Lovett II | Howard W Lovett II (b. About 1950) is an audio engineer and co-owner (with his wife Lindy Lovett) of [l716272], also known as Studio South Productions. The studio was moved previously, and has been located two former locations (with no two locations ever being in operation at the same time): 1980 to 1982: [l=Studio South, Dublin, Georgia] Studio South was originally opened in Dublin, Georgia USA in 1980, until 1982 when Lovett moved his family and studio to Augusta, Georgia USA. 1982 to September, 2000: [l=Studio South, Augusta, Georgia] the studio was located at 2510 Peach Orchard Road in nearby Augusta, Georgia Lovett has been awarded for his work in producing content for local advertising campaigns, but he is probably best known for his work with jazz trombonist [a=Wycliffe Gordon] and [a=James Brown], who usually credited Lovett on his releases as "Mr. Howard Lovett." During one recording session with [a=James Brown], Lovett had setup a quick rough mix to playback the most recent take. When James Brown heard the playback, he liked what he heard, but Lovett protested, as he thought that a pass through a computer was needed to make the rough mix as good as possible. Mr. Brown put his hand on the engineer's shoulder and reassured him that his initial efforts were just right. "Mr. Lovett, the first time God does it. The second time you do it - I want God's version," he said. Background Lovett attended Florida Bible College in Miami in the late 1960's. He was singing with Joyful Noise, one of the earliest bands to play Christian folk rock. The group attracted the notice of the record label [l=Impact (7)] (the same label as the [a=Imperials]) and Joyful Noise signed a contract with [l=Impact (7)]. Joyful Noise's first album became an immediate underground success after the college banned it because of the drums on it. Howard Lovett met his wife to be, Lindy, at school in Miami. After their wedding, the couple moved to Dublin, Georgia USA., where Mr. Lovett worked at Pine Forest United Methodist Church as a youth pastor and youth minister of music and led Bible studies. In the 1970's, Howard Lovett and his family formed Loves Shares, Inc. and went on the road with a musical-comedy act. Their 4-year-old daughter, Lori, opened the show by reciting a psalm. Mrs. Lovett ran sound and some slides while Mr. Lovett appeared onstage with a sidekick, a gun-slinging cowboy puppet named Wichita. They never did any booking themselves. Word of mouth was enough to get them 225 to 250 appearances a year at churches, high schools and, once, a McDonald's at 2 a.m. But when their children indicated they wanted to be more involved in school activities, the couple decided it was time to limit travelling and look for other income. "I thought it would be fun" to build a recording studio, said Mr. Lovett, who had worked with studios in Atlanta and Florida. Small-town Dublin, Georgia wasn't ideal for such a venture, but groups came to their studio from all over the country. In 1982, Lovett released his album [r=4955881], which features a picture of his family on the back cover. Later in 1982, The Lovetts moved from Dublin to Peach Orchard Road in Augusta at the suggestion of one of their clients, an advertising agency. |

In 1987, using Philadelphia as a base, the band developed a nationwide following touring from California to New York with plenty of stops in between with occasional trips back home to Miami. By the mid 90's, they had established themselves as the hottest act in Philadelphia and broke the international scene with tours to Jamaica and Europe. Their recording "Always Something There To Remind Me" hit #5 on the Hawaiian charts and was soon followed by "Let Your Love Flow", "No Matter What Your Color", and "Book Of Rules" from their 1998 self-titled release. Although they continued to tour, the majority of their time was spent at home where they rocked SOBE crowds 5 nights a week on Ocean Drive at Mango's Tropical Cafe in Miami, Florida. Their third album "4:20 Rough" was released in 2000. In 2007 they released their fourth album titled "Anthology", which included the hit song "Top Of The Line". Through the rigors of touring, Inna Sense has not missed a beat since they started in 1987. Since 2007 Inna Sense has decided to transform their music with a new sound called "Rasta Rock". Playing for crowds up and down the east coast, the new genre has been a huge success.

Search | Add | 7 | Jeanne Artemis Strieder | Jeanne Artemis Strieder [ʒan ɑːrtɪmɪs ʃtriːder] is a composer and artist. The purpose of her work is to create solace and compassion for the invisible suffering of the many and the few. The results are individual aural bodies that seek connection with those who experience darkness. The origins for her musical mind was found by her at an early age in the european modernism, the achievements of cultures outside of europe and the innovative forms of the underground music scenes (e.g. metal, noise, glitch). Her artistic endeavours also include her internationally acclaimed Metal ensembles “Coma Cluster Void” and "Infinite Nomad", which combine the instrumentation of modern metal with her techniques of dissonant art music. As an artist, she is working with digital, traditional and mixed media. As a producer, she worked with renowned artists of the metal scene. Her music is performed around the world, in e.g. Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Iran, Italy, Mexico, United Kingdom and USA.

Currently A'mari has gain tremendous popularity and causing a buzz in the industry after composing and recording her EP entitled, Vacation". A'mari wrote her first song, “Ghetto Child” when she was 10 years old and recorded it at age 15 at Dynamics Sounds Recording Studio. At age 17, A'mari recorded “Needing You”, another suave R&B single that she also wrote. For many years, A'mari focused on radio broadcasting. After being hospitalized in 2013, A'mari made a pact with God to return back to her music career. A'mari composed and recorded multiple hit singles such as “Don’t Wanna Lose You”, “It’s Your World” and “Goddess” Somehow a year later, A'mari and her family met in a serious accident; everyone escaped death. A'mari refers to this occurrence as “an intervention by God and a continuing journey towards total rebirth". A'mari then envisioned her purpose in life-to entertain and uplift her fans through her lyrics and music. She released “Rising Star”, "Adonai", "Epistles of Love" and more hit renditions. During a brief stay in Florida, A'mari spent time among friends in the reggae/dancehall and created hip-hop renditions on dancehall beats including "Hush"," Million Bucks", "Jungle Fever", "Wet n Wild" and "Cheater Girls". In early 2015, A'mari became the first artist to be recognized by dancehall music lovers as versatile and original. A'mari is always inspired by others; she wrote Kompa music, "I Like" after meeting people of different cultures. "Love has no barriers!" A'mari relates. Currently A'mari is promoting her "Vacation" album throughout the world. "Vacation" EP is a unique blend of lovers rock reggae music blended with a soft touch of R&B. Music lovers describes it as authentic, pulsating and enticing. The artist spent time in Jamaica and felt overwhelm by the demands of relatives, friends; she escaped into the realms of music and created "Set My Heart Free" single. While in the studio A'mari feels secure-she bonds with her musician and created "Vacation" single. After spending a night away in Ocho Rios, A'mari recorded "Magic Touch" and "Touch". The honeymoon was short-lived. However shortly after, she surrendered her soul to music and her fans in final rendition entitled, "Reach". A'mari continues to compose songs based on experience. She is also an advocate for children raped and molested and uses every opportunities to educate the public of this stigma and how to prevent children from being sexually abused. A'mari is pre-destined for great things. She looks forward to going on tour in the near future. A'mari's suave persona and intrinsic qualities has earned her love and admiration universally. Despite her revealing her most deepest and darkest secrets in her songs, there is something still quite mystical about A'mari's renditions. A'mari is not just another singer; she is an emblem of love. |

Search | Add | 7 | Cobla Contemporània | Translated from the band's internet site: "In 1995, excited and eager to make new and different contributions, we created the cobla*) Contemporània. During this time, the Contemporània has developed a totally innovative way of making music (...). The live performances are characterised by the approach of a very diverse and heterogeneous public, from the children who are afraid of confetti, mothers and fathers, sardana lovers, the curious... Without a doubt, the Contemporània's "Sardaxou" leaves no one indifferent. "Sardaxou" is to make the sardana a party. Members and collaborators of the Contemporània take the best-known musical scores, arrange them to the rhythm and tempo characteristic of the sardana and perform them with the most unique instruments in the country." For example, there are Sardana-versions of well-known film music or the Radetzky March. *) A cobla is a Sardanes orchestra, consisting of 11 people with 10 wind instruments and one bass. Since the 1980s female musicians are also allowed in the coblas. Sardana (pl. Sardanes) is a Catalan musical genre typical of Catalan culture and danced in circle.

Search | Add | 7 | Romark | Ronald Markham | Romark was born on July 31, 1926 in England as Ronald Markham. Romark was a fascinating hypno-therapist and in 1971 he allegedly hypnotised an audience of smokers and 1000 of them gave up smoking. Among some of his more colourful encounters is the curse he reputedly placed on the Crystal Palace football team and an attempt to hypnotise Muhummad Ali into losing to Yorkshire boxer Richard Dunn in 1976. He is reputedly the first man to "die'" on stage by hanging for nearly four minutes before bringing himself to life again. He holds five records in the Guiness Book of Records for the longest-running one-man show. Romark is also infamous for attempting to prove his psychic powers by driving a car blindfolded which resulted in a collision with a police car. He was also an actor, appearing in Mannix (1967), Flip (1970) and The Merv Griffin Show (1962). Romark died of a stroke in December 1982 in Torbay, Devon, England, not long after being released from prison where he served a 4 and a half month stretch for embezzling cash from his mother while she was ill in hospital. |
