Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 10/01/2024
Found 593861 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

Search | Add | 2 | רון עשהאל | Ron Asael | Ron Asael (born April 9, 1995) is an Israeli rapper and musician hailing from Ramat Gan. He embarked on his musical journey in 2017, adopting the stage name "Kid Koffer" as part of the group "Tela Mobb," alongside fellow rapper Vibe Ish. Together, they released an album under the group's name, but eventually pursued solo paths. In 2018, Asael began releasing his own music under the pseudonym "Yeled Hussle." His debut album, "Why Who Died?!?," was a labor of love that took shape in 2019, eventually being released under his real name in January 2022. Produced in collaboration with the "Bubble Rap Trap" group, the album showcases a fusion of jazz-infused rap and alternative hip-hop. The lead single from the album, "Something to Play in Hell," earned a coveted spot on the Galgalatz playlist. "Why Who Died?!?" received acclaim from both audiences and critics, amassing hundreds of thousands of plays on streaming platforms. In July 2022, Asael partnered with the hip-hop record label "Hip Hop on Record" to release a special edition of his album, further solidifying his presence in the Israeli rap scene. |

Search | Add | 2 | Philip Challis | The pianist Philip Challis [1929-1996] born in Huddersfield, the Yorkshire town world famous for its magnificent Choral Society, was able to read at sight at age 4 and quickly progressed, at first with local teacher Frederick Greenwood. In 1948 he took over at short notice in a concert when the soloist Colin Horsley became ill. Challis was a student of Iso Elinson at the Royal Manchester College of Music, then went on to study with Herbert Fryer (1877-1957) who had attended Busoni's classes. Fryer was an excellent pianist and teacher - among his students were Constant Lambert, Cyril Smith, Kendall Taylor, George Malcolm, Lance Dossor. Later Challis studied with Ilona Kabos (1892-1973), wife of Louis Kentner. Her musical studies were made at the Liszt Academy in Budapest. She taught many pianists who achieved eminence (Howard Shelley, Janos Solyom, Varella-Cid, Peter Frankl etc) in England then at the Juilliard School. Challis, a pianist who excelled in the big virtuoso works of Ravel, Liszt, Scriabin and Bartok, performed widely in UK and Europe, made very many BBC broadcasts, featured in a number of Henry Wood Promenade Concerts, in solo recitals and with orchestras. He was also a successful teacher in Worthing and London but died in mid-career before reaching the age of seventy.

Search | Add | 2 | Domas Žeromskas | Domas Žeromskas | The 22-year-old Lithuanian pianist, who demonstrates both an excellent technique and eclectic stylistic taste, shows real promise as a future jazz star. Domas cites Jacky Terrasson, McCoy Tyner, Bob James, Gerald Clayton, Eric Reed, Orrin Evans, Keith Jarrett and Billy Childs as his biggest influences. His journey began with lessons from Lithuanian jazz veterans Oleg Molokojedov and Tomas Kutavičius, followed by Vytautas Labutis, who recognized Domas’s talent and included him in his own groups. By the time he turned 18, Domas had already collaborated with the majority of professionals in the Lithuanian jazz scene. While making extensive international connections, in 2018 Domas ended up at the Jazz Workshop summer program at Berklee College of Music with Terri Lyne Carrington and Rick DiMuzio, and eventually was awarded a full scholarship towards his undergraduate studies. His debut album “Infinite Itinerant”, released in February 2019, showcased his original music, composed and arranged during his teenage years, some tunes dating back to 2015. Along with an abundant team of Lithuanian musicians, including Jonas Drema, Vytautas Labutis, Mindaugas Vadoklis, Liutauras Janušaitis, Eugenijus Kanevičius and others, the album features guest performances from Braxton Cook, Gustav Karlström & Will Mallard. Since then he has toured and performed with artists such as Jacques Schwarz-Bart, Naledi Masilo, Isaiah Collier, Eric Williams, Riga Gospel Choir, Daiva Starinskaitė, Dennis Pashkevich, Leonardas Pilkauskas, Karolina Mint and others. Domas is currently based in Boston, MA where he is pursuing a Professional Music degree at Berklee College of Music. |

From 2006 to this day Eugene works exceptionally with FL Studio and forges his beats, following by his fundamentals: «If I like what I’m making, some others probably could like it too» :) Since he don’t go for profit from his music, all the tracks (including the future ones) are free to download, to be remixed and to spread all over the net. |

Search | Add | 2 | Ka$h 3 Embassy | Rap trio hailing from Atlanta, Georgia. Each music genre has a sound, a flavor an essence that makes it uniquely wonderful. Ka$h 3 is hip-hop music at it's best. This group of three, Khash,Tangoh, and N-Trigue, have been making music together since 1994. In that time, the seasoned music veterans have honed a sound that recalls the essence of hip-hop. Born out of lack, hip-hop was an outlet of expression for young African Americans. The expression was sometimes political and socially motivated, a means of providing resistance and a conscious voice to the struggles of an oppressed socio-economic class. The expression was sometimes fun and joyous, an escapist's genre providing a glimpse into the highlife and good times of African American life. Ka$h 3's music is quintessentially hip-hop. They have married the light and the dark, the ups and downs, the triumphs and the tribulations. They're the best hip-hop has to offer in one group of three.
