Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 16/12/2025
Found 617983 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

Parallel to the live project Silicon Vallée with Fausto, he explores his instrument in search of the accident, playing with the digressions it allows. He distorts the sound by hand with sensitivity. Surprises and the unexpected are the driving force behind his playing and compositions. He takes us with generosity in his soundscapes where we walk with curiosity.

| Search | Add | 4 | Subassa | Gary Subassa | Born in London UK Gary Subassa grew up into a totally non musical family and it was not until the age of 12 years that music entered his life. At school when he heard that a band was forming and nobody else wanted to be the bass player Gary offered himself to join. Having never played bass before in his life and not really knowing what a bass was it was going to be a steep hill to climb. However with the encouragement of fellow musicians Gary soon took to playing the bass and began to realise that it was a pivotal instrument in holding together the essential groove and melody of any group. In 1976 at 18 years of age punk rock exploded on the London scene and Gary was taken in its tide of energy and joined a group of anarchic travelling musicians and began touring. During this period he discovered the music of Miles Davis and after spending time exploring jazz and Motown genius James Jamerson Gary's bass playing mutated into a groove based punk/jazz. |

| Search | Add | 4 | Once The Sun | Formed in 2004 by a group of friends that had one goal, to come together and make a dream a reality. Over the last several years OncetheSun has played hundreds of shows imbedding in people’s minds their unique blend of alternative hard rock and heavy metal. Combining female and male vocals, heavy rhythms, pianos & synths, and adding emotionally wrenching and soul searching lyrics has helped OncetheSun stand out from an over saturated scene. When not playing shows, OncetheSun is always working on new material. In ’07 OncetheSun Released their first album “Shadows” and in ’08 released their 1st E.P. “Blank Stares and Broken Words”. After a year and a half of solid work, OncetheSun released 2010’s “8 degrees below” full length album. Recorded at Bobby Peru recording studio in Milwaukee and mastered at the world famous West West Side Studios, OncetheSun finally found a way to let people experience the power of their live sound. Need convincing? Listen to the leadoff single “Kisses” and the popular “Day You said Goodbye” and you will see the direction the band was musically heading towards. The years following “8 degrees below” brought many opportunities, but it also brought hardships both personal and professional. Multiple rhythm guitar changes combined with the exit of original member & male vocalist Matt Halleman sidelined the group for some time. During the downtime OncetheSun released multiple “industrial” remixes on Bandcamp and worked hard to find a permanent guitarist. The position was filled in 2014 with the addition of Nick Mitchell. It was at this time it was decided that vocals were now to be handled solely by Anna Bohn. Reinvigorated, the group (now with the official line up of Anna Bohn on Vocals/ Piano/ Synths, Nick Mitchell and Jason Rabus on Guitars, Joshua Morrison on Bass and Samuel Morrison on Drums) immediately went to work on a new album. 2016 brought the release of “The Ghost Inside Me”. Focusing on heavier rhythms, darker synths and melodies, and bigger hooks “The Ghost Inside Me” is OncetheSun’s heaviest, most complete, and most accessible album to date. This album saw the band evolve their sound. Still utilizing their mix of alternative rock and metal, this album saw a more pronounced presence of gothic doom and some powerful heavy screams. It saw Anna Bohn become the official voice and frontwomen of the band. It also showed more musical depth from the band as a whole, both in songwriting and in concept. The album has received outstanding reviews and applause from respected sites and magazines such as DeadRhetoric.com, Battle Helm, and Ion Indie Magazine. OncetheSun was also given the honor of being named in the top 10 albums on Bandcamp in 2016 by Dead Rhetoric.com. | |

But a missing children's group that brings music to children at the time, the act could see in theaters, fairs and festivals, which could ask for autographs or who heard on the radio. Thus were born Xipis, the hand of Concèntric, Josep Maria Espinás, Laura Almerich, Montserrat Angulo, Enric Frigola and Lluís Llach: children who sang for children in Catalan songs always present and, even, created especially for them. Between 1970 and 1974 made several concerts, recorded four records and left their small footprint. |

В 2006 году группа заняла первое место в Top for 2006 musical label Arisk Star.

| Search | Add | 4 | Normal Ones | Since 2006, Normal Ones have sought to find a unique approach when presenting their music, which they believe is best experienced in a live context. Their visceral, emotive live electronic compositions span many musical territories stretching from dark and melodic electro to full-spectrum spatial ambience and further influenced by punk, dub, new wave, horror soundtracks, jazz, industrial and more. Each Normal Ones live performance is presented from the heart with every intention to help elevate and inspire the spirit of anyone who cares to observe and listen. Pretension is consciously set aside so that they may be a conduit of something greater than themselves. This is ultimately the special ingredient that sets their music apart from many others in the electronic music world and beyond. | |

Meie eesmärgid on Baltimaade pärimusmuusika tutvustamine ja sarnaduste uurimine Kirde-Euroopa rahvaste traditsioonides. Meie repertuaar on õpitud vanematelt, muusikaraamatutest, teiste ansamblite helisalvestustest ning videolõikudest. Seaded on tihti originaalsed. HEDGEHOGS Since 2000, our instrumental folk music group has performed at ethnic organizations’ meetings, festivals, schools, camps, libraries, churches, etc. in Indiana and several other states of the USA, even as far away as Florida. Our goals are to spread awareness of the folk music heritage of the Baltic lands and to explore similarities between the traditions of Northeast European nationalities. Our repertoire includes tunes learned from our elders, music books, other ensembles’ audio recordings and video clips. The arrangements are often original.

To the uninitiated, All This Filth are a Metal band from Perth, Western Australia. They blend many different Metal and heavy sub genres including Groove Metal, Thrash, Hardcore, Death Metal, Industrial Metal and even hints of Sludge and Nu-Metal to create a unique blend of aggressive fury. Strongly influenced by bands such as Fear Factory, Chimaira and Sepultura, the essence of what metal really means is expressed sonically through the crushing riffs, solid drums and ballsy bass, while being dynamically shaped with electronic keys and audio samples.
