Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 29/07/2025
Found 602638 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

Search | Add | 4 | Gianluca Livi | Based on his pedigree you would expect all out hard rock with Sabbath influences or, according to the Stefano Pontani past, progressive rock similar to progsters Ezra Winston but this should not be expected. He plays ambient/electronic with some incursions in prog rock: Gianluca Livi’s today approach is free and visionary, with a very measured presence of its own instrument, the drums, while opting for electronic percussive devices as well as noise studio devices and effects.

Search | Add | 4 | Bobby Meader Music | Bobby Meader Music was just that: the singer-songwriter output of a Las Vegas native stretched over a series of self-distributed releases. The bold attempt to expand a thin, acoustic-based sound into something more substantial almost never materialized. “We didn’t finish the new album we were working on because the day we showed up in Fort Wayne – after touring a month to get there from Vegas after the holidays – our drummer told us he wanted to go home and he left us high and dry. And the drummer we had before that we had to kick out mid-tour in Grand Junction, Colorado because he started causing a bunch of trouble.” Whether or not the work-in-progress was named I Think I Learned the Most From You for either – or both – of the two ousted drummers is one thing. It’s another to guess that the Nevada four-piece has gained valuable experience from trudging through these issues without label or agent support. Meader has served as the madman behind this operation, but his intelligence comes through with his determination following suit. They have played such festivals as Treefort Music Fest in Boise, Launch Music Conference in Lancaster, Pennsylvania as as well as unofficial SXSW showcases in Austin. They continue to relentlessly tour for 12 months a year, with over 300 shows scheduled for 2016. “The time had come to trade in my Prius for a fifteen-passenger Econoline and ask buddies to play and tour with me.”

From the drum and the flute, piano and harmonium, from the E-Gittare to organ, by the trumpet for Jew's harp. This is the musical path. From the State Opera and the circus to a television and film industry to the media. He accompanied two bands, invented a cultural festival , produced many video clips. And then, after years - purchase of an organ from the 1970's years. It was like a lightning bolt. Boom! That's been a while since. But out there! Is that the Groove?

Search | Add | 4 | Domas Žeromskas | Domas Žeromskas | The 23-year-old Lithuanian jazz pianist and composer has spent his early formative years on stage alongside prominent native jazz veterans. By the time he graduated high school, Domas was already a sought-after player, known for his technical versatility and soulful, eclectic taste. At the age of 18 Žeromskas released his debut album “Infinite Itinerant”, showcasing original music composed and arranged during his teenage years, some tunes dating back to 2015. Along with an abundant team of Lithuanian musicians, the album featured guest performances from Braxton Cook & Gustav Karlström. In the following years he has been recording and touring internationally with artists such as Jacques Schwarz-Bart, Gregory Tardy, Faryi Malek, Naledi Masilo, Tom Scott, and was also part of Euroradio Jazz Orchestra, hosted by WDR (Cologne, Germany). In 2021 he started the acclaimed trio with Ian Quinton Banno on bass and Héctor L. Falu Guzmán on drums. Besides serving as a first-call rhythm section at Berklee College of Music and for a handful of seasoned jazz musicians, the group did multiple residencies in Lithuania, performing festivals, teaching clinics and working with a handful of local and visiting artists. Upon graduating from Berklee, Domas recorded “Meditations on Providence and Perseverance, Vol.1”. Featuring collaborations with Gregory Groover Jr., Nadje Noordhuis, Gregory Tardy, Alexandria DeWalt and many others, the album appeared in March 2024. The pianist currently resides in Boston, pursuing his masters at the New England Conservatory. He cites Gerald Clayton, Keith Jarrett, Sullivan Fortner and Rev. James Cleveland as influences. Domas’ original music combines Post-Bop and metrically-nuanced modern jazz with Gospel/sacred music traditions and Afro-Caribbean styles. The repertoire is also enriched by modern adaptations of his native Lithuanian composers’ songbook and Baltic folklore. |

Search | Add | 4 | Wilson Danilo | Wilson Danilo Medeiros de Jesus | Wilson Danilo Medeiros de Jesus, or simply Wilson Danilo, Born in Salvador, Bahia, died in 2013, on the eve of his 100th birthday, he was a radio / announcer, presenter, singer and composer. Owner of an extensive and accurate vocabulary, besides the powerful voice, he began his career in 1942, in Rio de Janeiro, as speaker of the speaker system known at the time as "bell mouth". At this same period he recorded his first work as a singer. A 78 rpm disc with the songs "A Canção de Friburgo (The Song of Friburgo)", of Antônio Caetano, and "Palhaço da Vida (Life's Clown) ", of César Cruz. Since then, he recorded several discs, among 78 rotations, singles, double singles and CDs. Danilo played tangos, boleros and MPB classics with impressive mastery. He alone gave the impression that there was an orchestra on the stage. In 1957, the illustrious character moved to Governador Valadares, in the eastern part of Minas Gerais, where he worked on "Mundo Melhor", "Educadora" and "Ibituruna" (the only three AM stations in the city at the time). In these radio stations, nowadays practically dead, Danilo did everything: he was a helper, a janitor, a sound engineer, an advertising salesman, a presenter and a director. In his popular program, he had one of the largest audiences ever in the region. He began the presentation of the hour with phrases and verses of his own. Something like: "Beautiful girl / from my city / my love for you / I want your happiness / my love / my good will ...". In the early sixties he recorded in a compact of 78 rotations the Afro drum "Só o ôme", written by the Bahia composer Edenal Rodrigues, also played by Noriel Vilella, from the legendary group Nilo Amaro & the Ebony Singers. |

The permanent collection consists of works of art from classical antiquity and ancient Egypt, paintings, and sculptures from nearly all the European masters, and an extensive collection of American and modern art. The Met maintains extensive holdings of African, Asian, Oceanian, Byzantine, and Islamic art. It opened on February 20, 1872, and was originally located at 681 Fifth Avenue.

Search | Add | 4 | Southern Kartel | Southern Kartel is a group from Pine Bluff, AR. It consists of Smoke, Black Trump, K.O. and C-Rupt. As The World Goes Round is their debut album and it was released in 2001 on Black Trump Entertainment. Production on the album is smoothly done by Trump and Ace. The beats are a perfect example of southern fried funk at its finest. They contain various melodies mixed with jamming hooks and solid bass lines. The lyrics are excellent as well. All four members unquestionably shine on the mic. Their rhymes are deeply rooted and certainly eclectic. Guest appearances are made by Hawk of the Screwed Up Click, Playa Fly, Mo-Preme of Thug Life, Ronnie Spencer and Bobby Baller. Overall the record is a representation of timeless quality music. It is highly under rated and it does not get the credit it deserves. The group later separated over creative differences and this ended up being their only album. Members Smoke, Trump and K.O. have also released some solo albums as well

Joshua Medina & Paurl Walsh explore the intersection between contemporary folk, drone, ambient, noise and electronic music. The duo is seemingly a paradox unto itself: Medina, a self taught finger-style guitarist and Walsh, a sound artist, synth guru, and classically trained composer; their compositions reflect a dichotomy in style as well as sound, gentle serenity often leads to jarring dystopia.

He studied oboe and English horn at the "[l305416]", being at his 26 years soloist of both instruments in the "[a374006]" of Manchester, under the baton of [a561054]. He was a pioneer in the West composing serial and minimalist music, as well as inaugurating in 1965 one of the first private recording studios in his native London, where he composed experimental works for the [l1296998] ballet group. From that time he began to investigate music 1n arithmetic proportions, modal scales and enharmony, traveling through many countries of the East and residing in Greece, where I would study with an octogenarian [a102506], and in cities like Istanbul, Haifa and Bagdag where he would start building santures inspired by the Persian tetracordios of more than 2500 years old. In the mid 1970s he would return to Europe and in 1980 he would settle in Sitges, on the Mediterranean coast near Barcelona, where he founded in 1983 the "Camerata of Sitges". From that year he would meet the musician [a958259], who would have just founded his own label "[l193322]", with which he introduced new age music in Spain. Lloyd would participate as a guest in numerous concerts and recordings of Cazenave, at the same time to start producing most of the pieces together included in the album Parthenon finally published in 2004, in an attempt to achieve compositions and atmospheres of the ancient Mediterranean with the predominance of handcrafted instruments and tuned by Lloyd himself. Multi-instrumentalist, keyboardist, percussionist and all type the rare professional folk instruments player. Currently, Ronald Lloyd is currently retired in Surrey, in the south of England, writing his memoirs and a book on enharmonic music, which will include all his research and teachings.
