Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 05/01/2026
Found 619583 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

| Search | Add | 2 | Alberto Romagnoli | Alberto Romagnoli (born 4 October 1993 in Sansepolcro, Tuscany) is an Italian singer-songwriter. He released his first single Scintille in 2016. His debut EP Vinceremo ancora was released on June 20, 2016, a record full of sounds ranging from folk rock, to alternative up to 60s & 70s rock, with lyrics with strong songwriting connotations, but with the cutting immediacy of indie. Subsequently, on June 30, the music video of Scintille was released, directed by Low Party Prod. on a conceptual idea of Alberto himself. The video, with dark and dreamlike features, also made with the use of vintage films, creates a sort of inner chaos by depicting the words of the lyrics, touching on themes such as nostalgia, lack and pain. Alberto grew up listening to Bob Dylan. One of the first albums he listened to was Blonde On Blonde (1966). He also cites John Lennon, The Beatles, Tame Impala, Timber Timbre and Verdena as influences. | |

| Search | Add | 2 | Adolfo Doring | Adolfo Doring is an award-winning American documentary filmmaker and director of music videos. Doring came to New York City in the mid-eighties to study Sociology at Columbia University, then interned for Rock and Roll photographer Joel Brodsky. Doring began his film career in middle school when he started using Super 8 film to make small documentaries as a way to avoid term papers. The combination of his photographic skills and well-developed understanding of cinematic language led him to an early career in cinematography. Adolfo was Director of Photography for the classic grunge music videos for Pearl Jam, Alice in Chains, Republic of Loose, Screaming Trees, Stone Temple Pilots, while also flying back east to work in the hip hop world (Public Enemy, LL Cool J, Naz, Redman). Doring's first directing job for Atlantic Records was for heavy metal group Testament. It led to direct music videos for artists including Sting, Savage Garden, Bon Jovi, Vanessa Mae, Hootie and the Blowfish, Gin Blossoms, The Dixie Chicks, Diana Krall and Del Amitri amongst others. In 1994 Doring won an MTV Video Music Award for the Hootie and the Blowfish single, "Hold My Hand", and directed the video for the band's next single, "Let Her Cry", which was that year's most played video. He was nominated by the MVPA for Best Country Video for The Dixie Chicks' "You Were Mine". | |

Aalborg Musikkontor also acted as a concert and event organizer, e.g. "Sommerrock '83" at Skovdalen, and was co-organizer of the "Open Air" concerts in Mølleparken. Hubenig was replaced by Peter Von Althen around 1991. The band had a strong following locally, performing regularly at Zaphod Beeblebrox, Barrymores and The Downstairs Club, but never managed to gain popularity outside of Ottawa. Their timing may have been off as well, as their sound didn't fit with the emerging Grunge scene or the more playful acts like the Barenaked Ladies. The group disbanded in 1993 after Von Althen left to join The Skydiggers. Lefeuvre and Von Althen later worked together in the bands Starling and The Hundreds and Thousands.

[ENG] SADISTIK WARFARE was born from an idea by Nuno Santos, who is the guitarist in Amputate, to do something outside his comfort zone, since until today he had only played in Death and Black Metal bands he decided to do some Thrash Metal. After composing 3 songs he invites his friend and former Amputate drummer to take care of the drums and than invited two friends from the Algarve, to participate in this project, for bass, Hugo Conim (Dawrider, Dragon's Kiss, The Limit, etc.) and for vocals, Roberto Raposo (Sortilege). This Thrash Metal project was born from here, which has its biggest influences on the German Thrash of the 80s. Initially it was supposed to be an author's edition, but they decided to send the songs to publishers, the first label being Selvajaria Records who immediately said that he wanted to edit the demo, and as a result the band did not contact any more publishers. The band immediately started working on the artwork and design for the demo, which work was left to vocalist Roberto Raposo and the collective chose the title of one of the songs for the title of the demo, which is called Seeds Of Hate. The demo features three original songs and a cover of the Wild In The Streets song by Circle Jerks, which was part of the 1986 skateboarding film Thrashin'. The band is already working on new songs for what will be their first full-length, the sound identity will follow what was done in the demo. The band line up is composed by: Nuno Santos on guitars, Phillip Stengele on drums, Hugo Conim on bass and Roberto Raposo on vocals.
