Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 16/12/2025
Found 617983 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

| Search | Add | 3 | Eurago Arktur | The four musicians from Eurago Arktur are not at all unknown faces in the regional metal scene. Peter Danilov (vocals), Kai Schmidt (guitar), Rico Bartels (bass) and René Kaminsky (drums) can look back on many years of band and stage experience. In 2018, the four met for the first time to bring their diverse musical roots together under a new banner. The result should be a fresh style of its own within the divergent genre of metal. Progressive metal coupled with classical elements meets jazzy chords, orchestral sounds and djent. Intricate guitar riffs blur with catchy melodies and atmospheric soundscapes. Eurago Arktur create an impressive overall picture from a musical mosaic. With their debut album "The Maze Of Faith" the four musicians are not going astray, no, they are lyrically and musically guiding the listener along the obscure path of a man tormented by fate. In seven heavy songs, the listener accompanies the protagonist on his search for redemption ... | |

| Search | Add | 3 | AXL OTL | For AXL OTL, music was started in a fantastic explosion of distortion. But the young rock guitarist rapidly absorbed many other genres. He practiced his violin and classical composition skills at the conservatoire, studied Jazz, explored traditional musics and started to experiment with a computer. Keeping on and taking in, he was mesmerized by the masters: Refused, Maurice Ravel, Django Reinhardt, Modeselektor, James Holden... AXL OTL has lived in Paris, London, and Tokyo. Each time he learned to speak the language, making sure he was able to reach out to the local scene. But to fnd his very own sound, he had to redefne his goals. Putting an end to his long collaborations with the bands Monsieur Jacquet (Gypsy-Jazz) and SNA-FU Grand Desordre Orchestre (Hardcore), he moved to Berlin in order to focus on his take on electronic music. Fusing AXL OTL’s unique mix of infuences has been like putting a puzzle together using parts from different sets. But after some clean cuts and the forging of some new pieces to fll the gaps, a unique and colourful picture has emerged. One that fuses multiple styles with pristine melodies under the roof of a danceable, electronic groove. A perfect ft for Berlin's own GiveUsYourGOLD, the label for nonconformist music, under which founders Psycho & Plastic unite like minded genre-defying electronic artists. Light but deep. Complex but accessible. AXL OTL’s sound is conceptual, mythic and narrative. Pay attention and listen carefully. The music is speaking. | |

But, there are a lot of us, with a whole lot of different ideas, resulting in an eclectic sound that is at times gypsy, gospel, swing, R&B, folk, blues and rock. We are in love with the artform of creating and performing music, and we want to take our show on the road, baby! Fortunately, a little ol' fair in Alaska has asked us to come on up to share our tunes with folks there. We're ECSTATIC to actually be getting to see this very big dream become reality! Five of us will be piling into one van, making stops all the way up the west coast, arriving in Seattle, where we will leave the van, hop on a plane to Juneau, and another plane (or possibly ferry), to take us to the remote destination of Haines, AK to play the Southeast Alaska State Fair! After that adventure, we'll be relocating to Seattle, WA indefinitely to work on recording our next album with Carla Torgerson of The Walkabouts and Subpop record label. Check out our show dates, drop us a line, and hopefully we'll see you in the future! Cheers! | |

| Search | Add | 3 | One Lifeless Eye | James McCrea | One Lifeless Eye is the audio counterpart to the visual art of James McCrea. Each piece of music is a distinct narrative, the basic audio lexicon for which was developed through two year's worth of experimentation beginning with an unnamed demo recording in 2003 and culminating in the release of Shattered, under the name Narcotic Dreams, in 2005. The name Narcotic Dreams was dropped in lieu of One Lifeless Eye in 2007 when the project became more focused on nightmare visions and personal occurrences, with more emphasis on composition than experimentation. Live performances are automatic, using very little pre-conceived musical parts though still utilizing the basic lexicon used in the audio recordings. With each piece of music, whether created spontaneously during a live performance or meticulously arranged over time, there is always distinct imagery driving the formation of each sound. Enough space is left for the listener to interpret the events as they may, though the emotions at the core are often absolute. |

| Search | Add | 3 | Bódish András | Bódish András Zenei pályafutását a ’90-es évek elején kezdte. Részt vett több tehetségkutató és zenei fesztiválon a Soho zenekar énekeseként. A Hungaropop kiadó gondozásában megjelent a zenekar önálló albuma Refraction címen, melyhez videoklip is készült. A nagyobb szakmai elismeréseket a Filmslágerek magyarul 3 Magneoton kiadványán, a Házibuli folytatódik című film betétdalával szerezte. Ez a sláger a (Your eyes) magyar fordításban „Talán” címen került a lemezre. Ezután ismét szólóénekesként a Bohemian Alibi Club társulatának fellépő tagja lett. | |

| Search | Add | 3 | the trve Bapphoman | A collective of artists from Italy, writing music under aliases, active since 2002. The collective claim to be the musical branch of an esoteric order. Thematically, their lyrics are various degrees of satire targeting the Italian's and World's politics, popular culture and musical subcultures (especially Black Metal and Metal as a whole). The collective remained quite elusive, spreading some handmade demo compilations with dozens of songs of very different styles, until 2022, when it signed with Nycticorax Production. From there, The Trve Bapphoman started to publish official remastered compilations of new and old songs. | |

| Search | Add | 3 | HUMANITIES | Toronto art-damaged hardcore. Exploring some of the strange terrain in this world of techno-alienation, HUMANITIES' debut EP focuses on our all too familiar, yet strange relationships with things like social media and communicative labour, and our dependence on various technologies and institutions in sharing our experiences with others in the world. The imagery and themes are related to our collective efforts — and failures — at communication and community. It opens with the driving post-hardcore sound of “Century of the Selfie,” a bitter meditation on the false promises of social media and connectivity, and then moves through the claustrophobia of “Come Outside” formed from varying strands of punk and hardcore. The dystopic visions of work and leisure in “Belly Full of Fear” combine with noisy, dense guitars that shine with a dissonant melody. The EP concludes with the somewhat more optimistic, yet crushing dirge rock of “Your Dreams are My Dreams,” a song that finds a certain communicative and creative possibility in that apparently most solitary, and unproductive, activity: dreaming. Through dreams we find a shared energy that runs deeply into the individual, seeping into it and pushing out beyond it, into others and to the world.
