Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 05/01/2026
Found 619583 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

| Search | Add | 3 | Rysque | Dawn McGhee | When she’s not in the recording studio, acting, producing music, or directing films, Rysque plays an even bigger role. She’s mother, daughter, friend, activist and writer. Reared in Dallas, Texas and the youngest of 14 grandchildren; by age three, she had appeared in local commercials for ButterKrust Bread and Foremost Ice Cream. Being the daughter of southern pioneer actor and civil rights activist, she was motivated and participated in various activities. She earned a creative writing scholarship to University of Houston and was faced with many challenges. She continued to push through, graduating college early, earning a Master’s degree by age 22, all while participating in political and community affairs, in addition to learning the arts. "My varied background made me strong and is the reason I wear so many hats today." says Rysque. By hats, she consults indie companies, produces music and films, and does occasional acting. She has appeared in independent film releases. |

| Search | Add | 3 | Roger Scimé | Roger B. Scimé | Pianist and composer. Born c.1938. Died Aug 6, 1983. His name is pronounced SHEE-MAY. He won an Arthur Godfrey Talent Scouts program when he was eight years old. He was hailed at a young age as a child prodigy and appeared on radio and TV, playing with symphony orchestras. He was taught by Edward Weiss, the famed pupil of Busoni. He was called "rather self‐indulgent, emotional pianist, who likes sharp contrasts and much rubato" when he was a young player in 1964 but seven years later said he "has made significant progress, producing a mellow, quite lovely keyboard tone". He recorded for Columbia’s subsidiary Epic label. He issued a Gershwin album in 1959 but a car accident damaged his hands in the 1960's. He continued to play but in a diminished capacity. |

| Search | Add | 3 | Cicilia Kemezys | [From: https://music.cass.anu.edu.au/people/cicilia-kemezys] Australian flautist/vocalist/composer Cicilia Kemezys has been performing in a variety of genres from jazz, Latin through to Indian music since she graduated from the Canberra School of Music Jazz course in 1991. In the 1990s she performed in the popular Celtic Jazz group Straight Ahead as well as the Indian world music group Dya Singh. She went on many tours throughout Australia and internationally, taking her to jazz, folk and other festivals throughout Asia, Europe and Canada. In 1997, she toured France and Spain with an Australian indigenous dance group as part of the Folkloric Festival de Pyrenees. In 1998 she received a Canberra critics award as a member of Straight Ahead. In the late 90’s, she turned to her long time love of Brazilian music, forming a Brazilian jazz trio (and later a duo named Tico Tico) with jazz guitarist Stephen J Scott. This led to performances at the Brazilian Embassy in Canberra and in Brazil, performing and teaching jazz flute workshops in the northern state of Alagoas. In Rio de Janeiro she recorded an album Espirito Do Brasil with local Brazilian musicians followed by performances at the Thredbo Jazz Festival and Sydney’s Manly International Jazz Festival. In 2001, Cicilia travelled to the Middle East to work as a music teacher and later as a resident musician in several five star Hotels in Bahrain and Kuwait. In the mid 2000’s, Cicilia began performing with Alma Latin Voices and Rhythms directed by Chilean-Australian Marisol Pacheco. The choir performed in Cuba in 2005 at the annual Festival de Santiago. Most recently, Cicilia Kemezys has been living in Canberra, performing in both jazz and folk genres. She helped formed a group called PACHAMAMA with two Chilean born musician singers, Marisol Pacheco and Jorge Bontes, and longtime friend Tony Hunter (mandolin/ Bouzouki). They were scheduled to perform at Australia’s National Folk Festival at Easter in 2020 until the Covid-19 virus pandemic brought everything to halt. | |

| Search | Add | 3 | Gospel Choirs United | Minneapolis, Minnesota Gospel Choirs United (GCU) is a giant gospel music icon in Minnesota. Organized in 1974 by Phyllis Williams and the late Sam Davis, the choir continues to spread the good news of Jesus Christ. Over its 42-year history, the choir has electrified audiences with an unforgettable upbeat sound. Annual concerts are filled with traditional, contemporary and mainstream gospel selections that capture the essence of God's goodness. This choir has sung before sold-out audiences, from the local church to the Fitzgerald and Ordway theaters. This compelling choir is composed of the most talented singers in the Midwest. Not only is the choir fantastic but the band is terrific and sometimes, quite honestly, off the charts! With rhythmic grooves and intricate harmonies, the choir and band are an awesome combination. The choir has featured many national recording artists in concert such as Daryl Coley, Keith Pringle, Steven Roberts and Jeffrey LaValley, just to name a few. To it's credit, GCU has also been involved in theater. The choir continues to receive recognition for participation in the highly acclaimed run of "Gospel at Colonus," a Broadway Musical which has also had a run at Minneapolis' Guthrie Theatre. Other theater credentials include participation in the Christmas musical "Harlem Nutcracker" as the Northrop Auditorium, and participation in the Plymouth Music Series "Witness" production with James Earl Jones at the Minneapolis Convention Center. | |
