Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?

Þau óperuhlutverk sem Elín Ósk hefur sungið hér heima sem erlendis eru m.a. hlutverk Leonoru í Valdi örlaganna, Donnu Elviru í Don Giovanni, 2. dömu í Töfraflautunni, Dido í Dido og Aeneas, hlutverk Thoru í óperunni Fredkulla eftir M.A.Udbye en þar var um að ræða frumflutning á fyrstu óperu Norðmanna í Olavshallen í Þrándheimi. Elín Ósk tók einnig þátt í frumflutningi á óperu Jóns Ásgeirssonar, Galdra- Lofti, í Íslensku óperunni og söng þar dramatískt hlutverk Steinunnar. Síðast söng Elín Ósk titilhlutverkið í óperunni Aidu eftir Verdi á tónlistarhátíð í Bodö í Noregi. Elín Ósk hefur tekist á við ýmis önnur verkefni en óperur, bæði hér á landi og erlendis, svo sem óratóríur og messur. Hún hefur komið fram á fjölmörgum tónleikum, sem einsöngvari og með öðrum söngvurum og kórum. Elín Ósk hefur sungið inn á nokkra hljómdiska, en árið 1987 kom út fyrsta einsöngshljómplata hennar við undirleik Ólafs Vignis Albertssonar og 1998 kom út hljómdiskur Elínar Óskar, Söngperlur, við undirleik Hólmfríðar Sigurðardóttur píanóleikara. Hún hefur unnið sem kórstjóri í fjölmörg ár þ.á.m. hjá Kór Rangæingafélagsins í Reykjavík 1990-2000. Elín Ósk stofnaði Söngsveit Hafnarfjarðar haustið 2000 og er aðalstjórnandi hennar. Þá á Elín að baki verk eins og Lady Macbeth í óperunni Macbeth eftir Verdi í Íslensku óperunni í ársbyrjun 2003. Auk einsöngstónleikar í Salnum í október 2002, Jólaóratóría eftir John Speight í desember 2002, tónleikar ásamt Tríói Reykjavíkur í mars 2003, óratórían Eliah með Sinfóníuhljómsveit Íslands, einsöngvurum og Mótettukór Hallgrímskirkju á Kirkjulistahátíð í maí 2003. |

Her debut album, Smile, a year-long project, is a compilation of 11 original songs that Kelly Jo wrote over a period of four years. A modern story-book romance, the album has a beginning, middle and end that takes you on a emotional journey (Breathe Easy, Sun-Kissed Nose), and pushes down the walls of heartache and challenges social norms (Paper Cuts, Fallen), charges politically (Inside), and reminds the listener that amid the chaos, just Smile. Kelly Jo writes music because her mind would overflow with a useless jumble of words if she kept it in. Pounding the keys of her modest Yamaha P60 at odd hours of the night in hopes that her neighbors won't mind, she creates crafty and simple melodies. A style unto her own, Kelly Jo's fresh approach to mix smooth vocals with pop, folk and soul is anything but a fading genre. Kelly Jo Mitchell is based in Minneapolis, a city with elevated streets in the sky that more often than not confuse her. But she grew up in a small town in Wisconsin with no streetlights, no fast-food franchises and a great family. Listening to her dad harmonize to Eric Clapton classics and Perry Como's Catch a Falling Star on cassettes while riding on his lap in a beat-up blue station wagon is her first musical memory. Her father sang back-up vocals for a handful of Wisconsin folk singers. The long car rides were his rehearsals and Kelly Jo's nesting ground to hone in on her natural musical abilities. The oldest of four and the only alto, she and her two younger sisters began singing along with their father. This introduction to folk music pushed Kelly Jo toward a microphone. She took center stage for the first time after getting the leading role as Abigail Adams in her fifth-grade musical, Dear Abby. By 11, she and her father were singing the national anthem at local sporting events, county fairs, and community fundraisers. Her two younger sisters quickly joined the duo, and the Mitchell Girls--and their dad-- were singing regularly in three-part harmony a capella, and opening for country singers the Kinlay Sisters. Within a few years, Kelly Jo had already sung the National Anthem at a Milwaukee Brewer's Game televised nationwide on TBS. By her first year in high school, Kelly Jo ventured into songwriting. A self-proclaimed band nerd, she spent her lunch hours in practice rooms playing out-of-tune pianos writing songs and performing for her classmates. At 14, she wrote her first song, Heaven Filled With Gold, featured on her first acoustic six-track CD in 2004, for a band teacher who pushed her and inspired her to pursue music. She has been writing tirelessly since. Within the last four years, Kelly Jo has shared the stage with local favorites, Kid Dakota, Adam Levy, The Twilight Hours, Breanne Duren, Cancer, The Great Upset, Aria Souder, Art Vandalay and many more igniting fans with her quirky stage presence and personable demeanor. After graduating from [l203349], Dorle Jarmel worked as a journalist for several years before joining a prolific talent manager and [l=CBS] founder, Arthur Leon Judson (1881–1975). She became N.Y. Philharmonic's press manager in June 1929—months before it embarked on the historical European tour under the new maestro, [a=Arturo Toscanini]. (Essentially, Dorle was responsible for Toscanini's rapid growth to international superstardom). She worked for Judson's [url=https://discogs.com/artist/6621119]Columbia Artists Management[/url] until April 1953 and promoted many notable N.Y. Phil events, such as [a=Leonard Bernstein]'s debut 1943 appearance or the '51 European tour. In 1942, Dorle Jarmel married Dario Soria, an Italian entrepreneur who recently immigrated to the United States. An avid opera aficionado, Dario founded [l568902] label in 1948—perhaps, the first American record company to release full-length operas on LP. According to [url=https://discogs.com/artist/1651130]William F. Weaver[/url], one of the most authoritative Italian operatic translators, Dorle personally insisted on including complete librettos both in Italian and English with each Cetra-Soria album. (This layout subsequently became standard for all US opera labels.) In 1953, Dorle and Dario, who just sold Cetra-Soria to [l=Capitol Records], co-founded [l=Angel Records] in New York. [l=EMI] recently lost the North American distribution deal with [l=Columbia Records], so the major label hired Sorias to direct a brand-new USA classical outlet. For branding, Dorle and Dario settled on the once-legendary '[i]Recording Angel[/i]' label (initially used by [url=https://discogs.com/label/253617]Gramophone Company[/url] in the early XX-century). They produced almost 500 albums in less than five years, with critics praising Angel's essential repertoire and unprecedented quality. The label, indeed, set new standards for the industry: flawless imported UK pressings, comprehensive liner notes, eloquent libretto translations, booklets with splendid full-color reproductions (printed in Europe), etc. Dorle organized several high-profile events to promote the label's roaster, such as [a=Maria Callas] opera balls with [l372665] and [a4618521]. In 1958, after EMI merged Angel with [l=Capitol Records] and switched to domestic pressings, Sorias left. They assisted Italian composer [a2500093] in organizing the inaugural [i]Festival Dei Due Mondi[/i] in Spoleto and soon returned to the United States. That same year, Dorle and Dario launched a new [i][l380603][/i] for [l=RCA Victor]—essentially, an "ultra-deluxe" imprint within an already premium [i]Red Seal[/i] catalog. Dorle received two Grammy Awards nominations in 1963 for best classical albums cover for [a=Julian Bream]'s [i][m=628027][/i] and [a=Herbert Von Karajan]'s [i][m=269449][/i] 2xLP in this series. In the seventies, Dorle Soria predominantly focused on her journalistic career, regularly contributing to [a5291706], [a3007900], and [a4192162]. In March 1980, her husband Dario—who retired as the [l201156]'s managing director in '77 but still occasionally consulted MET Opera on historical recordings—succumbed to a heart attack working at the Lincoln Center's [url=https://discogs.com/label/1697715]Rodgers and Hammerstein Archives[/url].
