Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 05/01/2026
Found 619583 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

| Search | Add | 3 | Chartered Hurricane | Chartered Hurricane was a NWOBHM duo consisting of Phil and Mark Jones that gigged consistently and built up a large following in the Newport Gwent area of Wales in the early 80's. The band formed in 1981 and released this one very scarce single (originally housed in a stamped sleeve) in 1983. The A side "Cathy Come Home" is a great pop song while the B side, "All Smashed Up", is more appealing to NWOBHM collector types. The band eventually grew to a five piece adding Mike Ward on bass, Terry (TNT) Thomas on drums and Robert Millar on guitar. After several failed attempts to break it big in London they split in 1984. Phil Jones subsequently formed the band [a2051223]. In 2013, Mark and Phil began working together on new and original Chartered Hurricane songs with the potential of an eventual album release and performed live again on December 13th, 2014. The album 'Touch The Rocks' was released on 24 April 2021. Founding member [a3615255] died on 27th January 2019 (aged 59) and [a2051222] on 19th August 2020, shortly after completing his recordings for the album. | |

| Search | Add | 3 | Custódio Gonçalves | Custódio Gonçalves is a Portuguese singer and entertainer whose career spans both the physical and digital eras of popular music in Portugal. His earliest known release dates back to 1994 with the cassette album Alô, Alô, issued through Estúdios Gravisom, establishing him as an active recording artist during the 1990s. After years performing in popular music circuits, local events and community festivities, Custódio returned with a new series of recordings in 2019, marking a refreshed phase of his career. That year he released several digital singles through the Portuguese label Espacial, distributed via major streaming platforms. Among these works is the party-oriented track “Eu Gosto do Teu Cozido”, featured on the two-track digital single A Menina Dança (℗ 2019 Espacial), which also has an official audio/video presence online through The Orchard distribution. Often performing as “Custódio Gonçalves e as suas bailarinas”, he incorporates dancers into his live shows to enhance the festive and humorous character of his music — a style particularly associated with lively Portuguese popular music (“música popular”), aimed at social events, popular celebrations and diaspora audiences. Today, Custódio Gonçalves continues to be recognized for his contributions to contemporary Portuguese party music, sustaining a presence in local media, streaming platforms, and regional live entertainment. | |

| Search | Add | 3 | Los Tiernos | Los Tiernos | Los Tiernos were a venezuelan prefabricated boy band created by the Portuguese-Venezuelan producer Nino Acosta, who featured the solo voice of Hugo Aguilar, who later in the 90s became a salsa singer and recorded some albums of that genre under the Sonografica label. The only time they made their appearance as a boy band was doing playback during a performance on the defunct RCTV program "Fantático" singing the Spanish version of "Tarzan Boy" in 1985. After that nothing more was heard from them. Los Tiernos are also known as The Softers, because that is how it was printed in the Colombian edition of the single "Tarzan Boy". Acosta was later the one who discovered and produced the first singles for Jesús Enrique Montero "Divine" and Devorah Sasha, the latter including her first 1988 solo LP "Todo Mi Amor Es Para Ti". |

| Search | Add | 3 | Sacripolitical | Sacripolitical (1983 – 1993; 2019 - present) is a punk rock band from Marin County, CA. The name Sarcipolitical is a reference to the band members’ attitude toward politics. Just as a person who is sacrilegious is irreverent toward the sacred, Sacripolitical plays songs, like “Peace: Under our Supervision,” “The Nihilist Void,” and “Napalm Baby” that are politically and philosophically irreverent. During the 1980s, Sacripolitical played parties, underground shows in warehouses, in barns, and on the bill with other bands like Ludoviko Technique, The Pukes, Complete Disorder, Fang, Frightwig, and Camper Van Beethoven. In Marin they played at The Sleeping Lady, The Flashback, The Novato Theater, and The Warehouse. In San Francisco, they performed at the 6th St. Rendevous, Club Chameleon, Club Foot, and other venues. Some shows ended in philosophical conversation; some ended in near riots! They made a lot of friends, a lot of enemies, and had a lot of fun. In 2019, Sacripolitical reunited, playing parties and shows at College of Marin and The Makeout Room before the pandemic hit. They have used their shelter-in-place time to record new songs that are sure to annoy a whole new generation of listeners. | |

Born to Jewish parents in the Ukraine, his family fled for their lives from the communists in 1920, only to find themselves in Poland when Russia invaded in 1939. Bialoguski fled to Sydney, where, after a period in the army, he became a doctor, and made himself available to Australian intelligence services. He played a crucial role in the Petrov Affair, which culminated in 1954. As a violinist, he had been a member of the Sydney Symphony Orchestra, but held longstanding ambitions to be a conductor. Repeatedly rebuffed, he was eventually was accepted by the Accademia Musicale Chigiana in Siena, Italy, where he obtained his Masters Diploma in 1967 under the guidance of [a=Franco Ferrara]. But, unable to secure any regular conducting engagements in the UK, he spent his life savings to hire the [a=New Philharmonia Orchestra] for a single concert at the Royal Albert Hall on 29 April 1969, which he conducted, to lukewarm reviews. The concert included Beethoven's 4th Symphony and Chopin's Piano Concerto No. 2 with the pianist [a=Fou Ts'ong] as soloist. He also formed the Commonwealth Philharmonic Orchestra, which he conducted at the Albert Hall and in Westminster Abbey. He recorded two symphonies with the New Philharmonia - Martinů's 6th Symphony and Voříšek's Symphony in D - which were released on LP by Unicorn Records. | |

| Search | Add | 3 | FeedForward | The Dutch Progressive Metal band FeedForward has been since 2002, and found its own unique style. This style can best be defined as a mix between progressive rock and melodic metal. However, no classical voice parts, no bombastic choirs. Instead, recognizable vocals and subdued harmonies. Instrumentally, the melodic base is broadened by influences from progressive metal and symphonic rock. In spite of the high level of musicianship and sometimes complex song arrangements, the songs are accessible for a large audience. Key roll in this is female vocalist Bianca. With her clear voice she speaks to the attention of a lot of people, also those which are not familiar with the genre. Having released 3 demo's, FeedForward has managed to build up a considerable fanbase in the south of the Netherlands. This shows by the concerts, with the number of visitors steadily increasing every time. FeedForward played many gigs in the past years, with especially worth mentioning gigs in large venues like 013, the Effenaar, the Bosuil (support for Enchant), Todo (support for The Gathering), the Dynamo and at festivals like Paaspop Den Hout, Kempenerpop, All American Day and Cult & Tumult. FeedForward released a full length CD containing 10 songs in december 2006, titled "Barefoot & Naked". This CD shows the many sides of FeedFoward's music. "Barefoot & Naked" contains catchy rock songs, progressive pieces, pounding metal, but also epic songs and even a piano ballad. Two years later, singer Biejanka decides to move to Finland and leaves the band. Drummer Pi suffers an accident and cannot play for a while, but the band does not give up. After struggling to find a male singer, they run into Patrice and decide to go with a female vocalist again. This results in a new album, Upstream, released in December 2011. Feedforwards on-stage performance full of energy and intensity accentuates the power of the songs. The authenticity makes them credible..............A band appreciated for their music! | |
