Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 29/07/2025
Found 602638 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

Search | Add | 7 | Mike Okri | Mike Okri stormed the Nigerian music scene in 1988 with his chart-busting debut LP, Concert Fever. The singer who belonged to the Nigerian pop generation of Dizzy K Falola, Felyx and Mozyx, Alex O, Alex Zitto and Chris Mba, almost immediately changed the general tone of Nigerian pop music and was hailed as a fresh sound. The album produced by veteran Laolu Akins, spawned the evergreen hit singles Omoge – an ode to the ‘dangerous’ new breed of Lagos women – and Time Na Money, which preached the necessity of time management and planning. Other songs of the album include Orin Tun Tun, No more brother, Let your love show and Ayeme. Following the success of the album, Okri soon emerged the hottest new act of the 90s whose appeal cut across all tribes and age.

Search | Add | 7 | Veneice Fungchung | Veneice Fung-Chung | A'mari was born in St. Andrew, Jamaica and migrated to the United States in her late teens. Currently A'mari has gain tremendous popularity and causing a buzz in the industry after composing and recording her EP entitled, Vacation". A'mari wrote her first song, “Ghetto Child” when she was 10 years old and recorded it at age 15 at Dynamics Sounds Recording Studio. At age 17, A'mari recorded “Needing You”, another suave R&B single that she also wrote. For many years, A'mari focused on radio broadcasting. After being hospitalized in 2013, A'mari made a pact with God to return back to her music career. A'mari composed and recorded multiple hit singles such as “Don’t Wanna Lose You”, “It’s Your World” and “Goddess” Somehow a year later, A'mari and her family met in a serious accident; everyone escaped death. A'mari refers to this occurrence as “an intervention by God and a continuing journey towards total rebirth". A'mari then envisioned her purpose in life-to entertain and uplift her fans through her lyrics and music. She released “Rising Star”, "Adonai", "Epistles of Love" and more hit renditions. During a brief stay in Florida, A'mari spent time among friends in the reggae/dancehall and created hip-hop renditions on dancehall beats including "Hush"," Million Bucks", "Jungle Fever", "Wet n Wild" and "Cheater Girls". In early 2015, A'mari became the first artist to be recognized by dancehall music lovers as versatile and original. A'mari is always inspired by others; she wrote Kompa music, "I Like" after meeting people of different cultures. "Love has no barriers!" A'mari relates. Currently A'mari is promoting her "Vacation" album throughout the world. "Vacation" EP is a unique blend of lovers rock reggae music blended with a soft touch of R&B. Music lovers describes it as authentic, pulsating and enticing. The artist spent time in Jamaica and felt overwhelm by the demands of relatives, friends; she escaped into the realms of music and created "Set My Heart Free" single. While in the studio A'mari feels secure-she bonds with her musician and created "Vacation" single. After spending a night away in Ocho Rios, A'mari recorded "Magic Touch" and "Touch". The honeymoon was short-lived. However shortly after, she surrendered her soul to music and her fans in final rendition entitled, "Reach". A'mari continues to compose songs based on experience. She is also an advocate for children raped and molested and uses every opportunities to educate the public of this stigma and how to prevent children from being sexually abused. A'mari is pre-destined for great things. She looks forward to going on tour in the near future. A'mari's suave persona and intrinsic qualities has earned her love and admiration universally. Despite her revealing her most deepest and darkest secrets in her songs, there is something still quite mystical about A'mari's renditions. A'mari is not just another singer; she is an emblem of love. |

Search | Add | 7 | Inna Sense | Jimi Dred (lead vocals, keyboards), Prince Patrick (lead vocals, DJ), Icardo Richards (bass and vocals), Junior Richards (drums and vocals), Stevie Marco (Guitar). In 1987, using Philadelphia as a base, the band developed a nationwide following touring from California to New York with plenty of stops in between with occasional trips back home to Miami. By the mid 90's, they had established themselves as the hottest act in Philadelphia and broke the international scene with tours to Jamaica and Europe. Their recording "Always Something There To Remind Me" hit #5 on the Hawaiian charts and was soon followed by "Let Your Love Flow", "No Matter What Your Color", and "Book Of Rules" from their 1998 self-titled release. Although they continued to tour, the majority of their time was spent at home where they rocked SOBE crowds 5 nights a week on Ocean Drive at Mango's Tropical Cafe in Miami, Florida. Their third album "4:20 Rough" was released in 2000. In 2007 they released their fourth album titled "Anthology", which included the hit song "Top Of The Line". Through the rigors of touring, Inna Sense has not missed a beat since they started in 1987. Since 2007 Inna Sense has decided to transform their music with a new sound called "Rasta Rock". Playing for crowds up and down the east coast, the new genre has been a huge success.

Search | Add | 7 | מיסטר הרי | יוסי הרי | The beginning of Yossi Hari's career was in 1979 when "Triton" studios and the producer Solo Yurman held a project to discover young talents called "Solo Rishon". With the help of the best musicians and arrangers, a first chance was given to new singers and creators, who would not have had a chance to get to the recording studio in any other way. Most of these "young talents" remained unknown (their nickname among the professionals was "fish", that is, those who catch them, "make" some money on them, and nothing comes out of them), but there were a few whose "first solo" was a first step in their career, even if very late (among them, many years later, Pablo Rosenberg, then a writer and singer in the band Miktzav 33, broke through). Mister Harry was exceptional. He wrote and composed songs for himself and others in the "Solo Rishon" project (among them "The stars never shone for me" for Gil Ran) and was the only one of the "Solo Rishon" artists to complete the recording of an entire album in real-time. Everything happened thanks to the hit that came out on the radio in January 1980, "Don't forget us". Mr. Hari wrote, composed, and sang, Ilan Wirtzberg arranged and produced the music. The success of the song brought after it a series of other attempts in the charts, which did not have similar success: "The whole city is laughing at Me", "I Had to tell you" and "Sara Sara Blues". Although success was not guaranteed, the producer Solo Yurman decided to produce for Mister Hari an entire album with songs that Hari wrote and composed, including "I saw your eyes", "We followed the Sun" and "It Lasted for almost years". Ilan Wirtzberg arranged and produced musically (except for the song "Knock on the Door" which was arranged by David Kribushi) and the best musicians participated in the recordings. Among them are Haim Kario, Haim Romano, and Gil Dor on guitars, Miki Shabib and Moti Dichna on bass, Alona Toral and Avner Kaner on keyboards, Shlomo Hammi, Meir Israel and Alon Hillel on drums. At the end of 1981, the album "Don't Forget Us !!!" was released (the exclamation marks in the original) in a small record company ("Simphonia") that dealt only a little with Israeli music. Perhaps that is also why the sales promotion of the album was limited and its sales were limited. Mister Hari recorded several more songs, among which reached the charts until the beginning of 1984, songs such as "Olala", "Maybe Now Maybe You Decide", "When you are big", "What's Wrong with you baby" and "I had a lady", but these songs also did not win Attentively. At the end of the decade, he made another attempt, this time under his real name (with the mention of "Mister" in parentheses). He recorded "There's Always a Chance" arranged and produced by Molly Shay and "Ten Years (She Calling me Mizrahi)" arranged and produced by Gerry Eckstein. Even this round did not bring the hoped-for comeback and he disappeared from the media for a long time. In the '90s, with the revival of nostalgia for the '80s, "Don't forget us" also returned and appeared in various compilation albums. At the beginning of 2001, a new record by Mister Hari arrived on the radio: "A Soldier's Farewell Song". He wrote, composed, produced, and arranged with Ofer Yair. The inscription on the radio record promised: "From a new disc that will be released soon". |

Search | Add | 7 | Jonn Hawley | Jonn Hawley | House producer from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA. Music and dance have always been driving forces in Jonn Hawley's life. At age nine Hawley learned to play the saxophone, cello, and stand up bass. As a teenager music continued to shape the course of Hawley's life; in the late eighties he began break dancing. In 1991 Jonn started actively pursuing his love of music as a deejay. Hawley drew inspiration from the budding house and techno music scenes in Milwaukee, Chicago, and Detroit. His career as deejay was influenced by the sounds of brother Michael J and other deejays such as Derrick Carter, Ralphi Rosario, Mark Farina, Derrick May, and Green Velvet. Hawley's musical talents were quickly recognized. Along with playing at numerous raves he soon found himself playing at some of the most influential clubs in Chicago and Milwaukee. He was also named resident deejay at Milwaukees Summerfest in 1999. In 2000 Hawley decided to put together all the pieces of musical knowledge he had acquired throughout his life and dive into the world of production. In 2002 Hawley began releasing tracks using the aliases Under Origin and 5900 West. He also established Foundation 75, his production studio. Then in 2003 Hawley launched his label, Soul Fuel Recordings at the Winter Music Conference in Miami, Florida. Currently, Hawley is busy traveling to deejay, releasing tracks on his own, as the Sound Navigators, as Mr. Drobot, and as Organized Crime on various underground house labels and his own label Soul Fuel Recordings. Whether he is deejaying, producing, or running his label the one sure and unchanging characteristic of Hawley's style is this: He will never be ordinary... |

Search | Add | 7 | Carri-On | Unreleased: The Writings of Now - Full-length - 10 songs - Steve Berka on all instruments - 1996 (before relocating to California and changing direction of the band to more Psychedelic Hard Rock oriented sound). Their last album in the style of "Carri-On", "Symbol" and "Now Unveiled". 1. Generation Gone 2. Real Lies 3. The Writings 4. Took 'Em Out 5. Leningrad 6. Deceived 7. Dying Time 8. Voice of Love 9. Mystery Past 10. Tip of the Iceberg Carri-On was founded in 1989 by Steve Berka, in Danville, Kentucky. In 1990, after solidifying the 3-piece lineup of Steve, Wayne Reidinger, and Josh "Mosh" Howard, the band relocated to the city where Steve was born, Cleveland, Ohio. Once in Cleveland they moved into a 3-bedroom house and began building a home-studio. They soon combined their gear with that of sound engineer (and keyboardist) Dan Mace, and in August 1991 they recorded "Now Unveiled" in the home-studio, recorded and engineered by Mace. They also began playing live shows alongside numerous other bands from the Ohio Metal scene of the era, such as Winters Bane, Mystik, Advocate, Blessed Sickness, Hemlock, Sin-Eater, and several others. A few months after, Wayne then left to join the Military and the band recruited bassist Byron Baker. This lineup continued playing live and later recorded and released the "Carri-On" demo on cassette, and before the end of 1993 they brought the masters of "Carri-On" to Modern Recording Services to have it remixed and cleaned up. The result was the "Carri-On" album released on CD, with much higher production values then any release of theirs to date. In 1994 Josh Mosh moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, and Steve Berka later recorded a very rare EP and a second full-length of all-new material (Steve on all instruments), the EP called "Symbol" and the album called "The Writings of Now", which he reveres as Carri-On's best work. "The Writings of Now" also marked the first time Berka experimented with a deeper, raspy vocal style mixed with his normal singing style. "Symbol" was professionally pressed onto cassettes, although in extremely small quantities (only about 30 copies were printed). "The Writings...", however, was never released, and shortly after the 1996 recording Steve and Byron re-located to California and formed a new lineup. They also developed a new completely new style that was 70's-influenced Psychedelic/Hard Rock. This lineup released the album "Necessary Evils" in 2001.

Search | Add | 7 | Sebbers | Lee Sebestyen | maidstone, Britain (UK) Sebbers is a DJ, vocalist, Producer and Songwriter, hailing from Maidstone, Kent. After spending many years clubbing and taking in a huge variety of music he decided it was time to write, produce and recreate many of the styles he knew and loved. Without tuition, he learned guitar, how to sing and most importantly how to lay down huge beats with even bigger grooves! His house music career started with Russian label, Big Hug Records, signing his vocal bouncer 'Chocolate Clouds', which was remixed by notable Russian talent (Dan Moshu, Andre Zenkoff, Jose & Minola Ribera). Follow up track, 'Minimal Life' gained huge support and airplay in Europe. Sebbers soon connected with UK House legend, Nick Hook, one of the scene's stalwarts who has been around since the early days of House. His label Jeepers! has seen Sebbers' work recognised by the likes of Graham Gold, Jay Kay, Anna Kiss, So called scum bags, Jason chance, Danny chase, Hetto and 6" 7' and Martin Sharp. This success clinched him a DJ Residency at TechNoir, Brighton and interest from radio network, Ideal Club World.2013 saw his first EP for Arch44 Music, No Time for Worrying, new tracks for Jeepers! and Remixes due later in the year. |

Search | Add | 7 | Romark | Ronald Markham | Romark was born on July 31, 1926 in England as Ronald Markham. Romark was a fascinating hypno-therapist and in 1971 he allegedly hypnotised an audience of smokers and 1000 of them gave up smoking. Among some of his more colourful encounters is the curse he reputedly placed on the Crystal Palace football team and an attempt to hypnotise Muhummad Ali into losing to Yorkshire boxer Richard Dunn in 1976. He is reputedly the first man to "die'" on stage by hanging for nearly four minutes before bringing himself to life again. He holds five records in the Guiness Book of Records for the longest-running one-man show. Romark is also infamous for attempting to prove his psychic powers by driving a car blindfolded which resulted in a collision with a police car. He was also an actor, appearing in Mannix (1967), Flip (1970) and The Merv Griffin Show (1962). Romark died of a stroke in December 1982 in Torbay, Devon, England, not long after being released from prison where he served a 4 and a half month stretch for embezzling cash from his mother while she was ill in hospital. |

Search | Add | 7 | Scott Nussman | "The context of all art and sound I create is based on my beliefs, feelings, and visual perceptions at the moment it was created. The modern world is filled with too many people who take a variety of things at face value or interpret it in opposition for the sake of attention or a desire to control. Growing up in the 90s and seeing people holding demonstrations calling for the censorship of music during the same time as the Watts riots and Rodney King beating, I was dramatically impacted in regards to my feelings on censorship in general. Creative freedom through sound is one of the last bastions of free speech. Instead of placing blame on the influence of personal or group creative expression, the sickness in our society is what needs to be addressed. Much of my noise and music unapologetically puts forth the darkest aspects of society's underbelly and the impact it has had on me in order to both vent and express my disgust and disappointment. I especially use noise as my outlet for negativity so that I can go throughout life without reflecting that negativity on others or becoming a miserable person. I appreciate everyone who continues to support me. I realize how fortunate and blessed I am every single day. I have so much past and present music I will make available very soon. The newer music and noise that I have started making and have planned ranges in the type of sound. I am in the best place I have ever been in my life. Finally, my dreams are backed with the actions and plans to make them a reality. Sometimes, realizations and changes in habits take years as they did in my case. Every day I am grateful for the events, people, authors, and musicians who continue to inspire me to be better every day. I hope that the newer music I will be releasing later this year will be something that more people can relate to. My music has never had aspects of selflessness until this year. I have never felt the amount of joy and the chills from songwriting that I have experienced in just the past month." - Scott Nussman - 2/18/2022

Search | Add | 7 | Trick-C | Carmen | Trick-C. (DJ,organisator, producer) First lady of Slovenian techno has been firmly stuck behind turntables for over a decade. As a DJ and party organiser she has established herself within the international campaign Urban Divas attracting ladies devoted to dance electronics and their adherents of various artistic expressions. Lately she has also been succeeding with her original production which, just like her sets, feeds on deep underground. * * * * * * * * * * If it's true that regular change of environment is of key importance for artists, the “mother of Prlekija techno” is on a good path to be printed in bold in clubbing annals. A girl form Štajerska born in Germany was assigned a music career at birth. Her mother decided to call her Claudia, but in the maternity ward she was crying so beautifully and loud that nurses changed her name to Carmen with regard to the opera of the same name, as she only slept if she was given earphones to cover her ears. A bit more than a quarter of a century later she is known as Trick-C and she wouldn't swap her earphones and the adrenaline that she experiences when putting the player needle on vinyl records for anything in the world. To win the title “the mummy of Prlekija techno” she worked hard at the beginning of her career as she was cultivating the hills around Ljutomer with new electro sounds, and later, having moved to Maribor and then to Ljubljana her network of partners and adherents grew constantly. With her companion in life DJ Point she worked a lot in Croatia, they were among the organisers of the first techno parties, and even now Trick-C continues to foster the cultural exchange with neighbours as a soloist. At least as much as a DJ she is known as an organiser of parties in clubs, including Lipa, K4, Channel Zero, Trust, ex Fun Factory, Klub Kaos and SubSub. Urban Divas is the name of her parties and at the same time a socially engaged international campaign, within which she and her adherents wish to provide dance floors with additional female touch: "As it is always difficult for us to get opportunities for regular performances I try to gather as many good female DJ's under one roof as possible. I favour long-term cooperations as such evenings are easier to promote, yet I pay a lot of attention to less renowned girls to provide them with an opportunity that I often didn't have." Trick-C has devoted the past few years intensely to creating her own music. The same as when working behind a turntable, she doesn't pay much respect to fashion trends, but rather build her own music story, which was always fed on alternative music. She follows this music philosophy in her latest track DeTour, which is closer to pristine techno than the impersonal music matrices that have lately seduced the majority of old fighters. This recording was released officially by the Slovenian techno record label Vezotonik of international renown as an EP featuring six tracks of various authors (including Miličević,Kobaya,Veztax…) Some chosen - artist she worked with: Umek (SI), Misjah (NL), Kanzyani (SI), La Di Da (CZ), Joel Muel (SW), Veztax (SI), Kiki (HR), Mary (HR), Ian F.
