Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 05/01/2026
Found 619583 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

| Search | Add | 2 | Plasma2097 | Born in the 80s, raised in the 90s, and defined by the 2000s, PLASMA2097 emerged during the crossover from analog to digital. The name consists of two parts: “PLASMA” represents the ingenuity behind futuristic achievements in science and the love for science fiction TV shows and movies like Star Trek: The Next Generation, Stargate, Alien, and Back to the Future. “2097” symbolizes a homage to the PlayStation game WipE’Out’’2097, a key influence in his teen years that intensified his musical identity and connection to 90s sound. PLASMA2097’s first steps in music began at the age of 12, experimenting with DJing on a two-cassette-deck ghetto blaster. By the late 90s, he had progressed to spinning vinyl as an old-school bedroom DJ straight from his childhood room. By the time he was 18, technological advancements allowed him to record a small collection of stomping techno and trance tracks. Over time, his BPM count and musical style shifted, varied, and evolved into something he calls his own. When discussing musical influences, it's best to stick to genres, as naming all inspirations could turn this biography into a full-scale name-dropping apocalypse spanning from the late 90s to today. His influences stretch across genres such as Techno, Trance, Electro, House, Minimal, Dubstep, Hip-Hop, and R&B. Each track reflects his experimental approach, with a subtle pull toward mainstream appeal, all while staying true to his artistic individuality, where nostalgic beats meet futuristic soundscapes. Whether it’s the groove of a four-to-the-floor beat or the pulse of a spaced-out synth, every track he creates is an experiment designed to make both heart and mind move. At the core of PLASMA2097’s music is the desire to capture his emotions, momentary sensations, and current events through sound. His tracks often tend to tell stories, reflecting his environment and interests. Influenced by everything from the expansive atmospheres of sci-fi worlds, technology, utopian dreams, or dystopian realities, his music is never just sound — it’s an immersive experience. His creative process is shaped by a love for a broad spectrum of genres, including Hip-Hop and R&B, although these influences rarely make it into the final product. For PLASMA2097, music is a hobby and a creative outlet, with the ultimate goal of striving for “immortality” through his releases, leaving a lasting digital footprint — because, let’s be honest, the internet never forgets. A strong connection to graphic design also fuels his creative vision, blending the visual and auditory into a cohesive artistic output. While he doesn't perform live, PLASMA2097 occasionally streams short jam sessions on Twitch, offering a raw glimpse into his creative process. In these moments, his love for sonic experimentation shines through, revealing that for him, music is less about following strict rules or formulas and more about exploration. For him, the greatest reward is being heard and giving someone a good time. | |

A blend of rock, folk, funk, and blues permeate the wall of sound behind his deep bass vocal. Wade played his first gig at the age of thirteen, and hasn't looked back since. He studied song-writing, performance, and music business at the Berklee College of Music in Boston. A gifted storyteller and an outstanding musician, he plays the guitar, saxophone, piano, and percussion, along with his rich voice which pumps at the heart of his music. His eclectic roots shine through in his songs which range from hard rockin' anthems, to intimate, soul-full whispers. He eloquently blends his melodies with humor, angst, and raw passion into a plain 'ol groove everyone can understand. He has won the West Coast Songwriter's Association's "Best Performer" title twice, and "Best Song" for his song "Super Hero." He is currently performing up and down the California coast. | |
