Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 05/01/2026
Found 619583 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

| Search | Add | 3 | President Blair | John Myers | This alias of Jon 7's is kind of an in-joke. In one area of Eugene, Oregon, the streets are named after presidents, but on the streets where they would have had to duplicate a president's name, they've named the street something else. One of those streets is Blair Blvd., which stretches from the hearing center to the trainyards, and courses directly through tweekertown, also known as Whiteaker. On this street, Eugene's finest toothless hookers roam the streets at night, and young people who have no idea what they got themselves into jitter, jaw and jabber til sunrise. |

| Search | Add | 3 | Brishen | Canadian gypsy-jazz band. The Brishen line-up includes lead guitarist and leader Quinn Bachand with Richard Moody, a veteran of the Canadian folk music scene, on violin and viola, Reuben Wier on rhythm guitar and vocals and Joey Smith on upright bass. A lover of collaborative work, Quinn Bachand enjoys switching up the line up to keep it fluid, dynamic and exciting. Brishen may at times feature such artists as Connor Stewart on clarinet and saxophone, Tim Croft or Max Ridley on upright bass, Aaron Watson on rhythm guitar and accordion and soulful vocalists Maureen Washington or Emily Braden. Quinn Bachand's Brishen is much more than a Django-esque cover band. Brishen recreates the magic of Django Reinhardt, Stephane Grappelli and the Hot Club de France and in the process brings gypsy jazz into the 21st century and to a whole new generation of discerning music lovers. | |

| Search | Add | 3 | Deep Groove Soul | Erick Prudencio | One of the things that keeps this dude much hypnotized is overnight and those sounds that surround it. This has been one of the metaphors a bit strange since its beginnings in the world of music, since their backgrounds have been identified with the electronic music at an early age. It was so Erick gave life to one of their projects with the purpose of bringing more than dancing, something phenomenal that makes vibrate the feelings of the people. At 18 years of age he began to produce with different styles of music influenced by Techno and House music, bringing a constant practice that would lead him to do more things than he could have it thought. It was at this time, when it began with a second new project (since having a first draft in progress), and due to the influences of Soul, Funk, Disco music, as well as the music of the 80s and 90s was created in what has been called Deep Groove Soul. |

| Search | Add | 3 | Lourdes Pita | Lourdes Pita, of Hispanic heritage, picked up the guitar when she was nine years old. Her mother, the internationally acclaimed Cuban poet in exile, Juana Rosa Pita, taught her how to play the guitar and to sing Spanish and English folk songs. Lourdes studied classical music throughout elementary school and high school and played with the orchestra as second chair flute. It wasn’t until her last year of high school that she realized writing songs and performing was her true passion. Playing flute, bass and guitar, she performed with several bands in the Miami area before she set out on her own in 1986. Lourdes went from her first full time gig in a small pub in Stuart Florida to the streets of New England and has since appeared on television for an After School Special episode where she played bass in an all girl high school band, and opened up for such big name acts as Livingston Taylor and Patty Larkin. Sinking deep roots into the New England soil and the streets of Boston, she acquired numerous devoted fans. Since arriving in Boston, Lourdes has released three self-produced cassettes, which have all sold out and received favorable reviews from music critics. Now is the Time, the title track from her first CD in 1994, received extensive airplay from local college radio stations. It was also very well received in Spain, where it got regular airplay in Barcelona. It was also aired in Prague, and has gotten continuous airplay alongside Gloria Estefan’s “Reach” in the Czech Republic. With her second CD, In Control released in November of 2001, Lourdes plays all the acoustic guitars, a lot of the electric guitars and writes, produces and arranges all the songs. Her CD release concerts were a huge success and the CD received critical acclaim as well. In 2005 Now is the Time; (the anthem title track to her first CD) was chosen for a compilation CD out of Canada entitled “Peace Songs For a Better World Volume II”. It was released in February of 2006 and is currently getting worldwide airplay. Lourdes Pita’s album Seize the Dream, released in 2006, featured 13 new songs intended to capture the spirit of life in all of us. This collection of original songs was meant to help remind listeners how important it is never to give up and always keep dreams alive. As with the two preceding albums, Lourdes once again inspired listeners with themes of hope, love and peace. In the spring of 2010 Lourdes released her most ambitious and eclectic album to date, House of Light/Casa de Luz. In late 2022 Lourdes released her debut all Spanish language album Lamento Cubano | |

| Search | Add | 3 | Spam Animals | Spam Animals is really only a convenient header for a series of ad-hoc collaborations which were done during 1986 & 1987. A lot of the material produced by this pairing was very much "tongue in cheek" and, to a certain extent, this puts the work in the category of a "fuck band" in that it was often about indulging in private jokes rather than trying to produce anything too serious. | |

| Search | Add | 3 | Frank Lini | Frank Starks | Frank Starks (born JULY,07 1982 in Fort Myers, Florida) is a southern style rap artist. He is best known as a ghetto poet who delivers his lyrics from deep with-in his soul. Frank began developing his sharp tongue and penetrating voice at the age 14 years old when he fell into rap. His first mixtape struck a cord in his local fans, which in return gave him the title “Lee County Lini” and “The City”. Frank Lini first mixtape was nominated for underground album of the year. Frank has been featured in multiple magazine publications for his musical talents such as Hood, Ozone, Voice, and 239 Hip-Hop. Frank Lini makes music that has real feel to it, that taps into the emotions of his listeners. Born Frank Starks in Ft. Myers, Fla., Frank has been fighting to survive the wretched city streets of “Lil Pakistan” for the vast majority of his life. Hustling since he was a youngster, he was constantly in and out of trouble and spent his adolescent years revolving through juvenile corrections facilities. His life began to change, however, when he began making homemade rap tapes with friend. He adopted his stage name “Lini” to pay homage to his native Lee County. “When I first started rapping, it was a way for me to channel all of my frustrations into music,” Lini remembers. “It was so easy because I just let that voice inside of me speak.” While recording his debut album I’m All In in the summer of 2006, he was arrested and began a three-year legal battle which resulted in jail time and probation. Although that run-in with the law was a major setback, which killed the conversations between him a Major record labels. it also provided him with an opportunity to reach even deeper into the streets and even further solidify a strong fan base in Florida. The "ALL IN" album was released in December 2007 on independent label Tohilh Music Group and quickly became the streets’ Bible. Frank’s gritty delivery and pain-filled lyrics on runaway singles “I Ain’t Friendly” and “I’m All In” prompted the streets to rally around him as unofficial mayor of Ft. Myers. By the time of the follow-up album Green Light dropped, Frank gained the attention of industry heavyweights like Rick Ross, Mayback Music Group and Akon, Konvict Music. He had been nominated by Hood magazine as the 2007 Underground Album of the Year and secured a feature appearance on Triple Cs 2009 album Custom Cars & Cycles on single “Throw Em In the Sky,” which was also featured on AllHipHop.com. He was also selected to be featured in Ozone magazine’s Patiently Waiting section and received a Duval Diamond Award for his relentless grind. Now, Frank Lini is back like he never left. He has been steadily gaining new fans and keeping the streets duly satisfied with his latest single “Pressure”. “My ultimate goal is to take over this rap game,” says Lini. “I won’t follow the beaten path. I’m a trailblazer so instead of following anybody, I choose to hold out and wait for the world to catch up to what I’m doing down here in Florida. Better opportunities are on the horizon.” |
