Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 30/03/2026
Found 621899 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

| Search | Add | 3 | Rescator | Roger Hågensen | Roger Hågensen (born March 23rd, 1974) Rescator has been making music since early 1990's, mostly for himself but sometimes for others or various projects. Some commercial work was done then as well, but sadly none of the games reached completion as the game developer folded! The music is alternative or experimental but ranges across the full spectrum of music styles, sometimes within the very same song, whatever the styles it's certainly not your typical mainstream music. |

| Search | Add | 3 | Evil Farm Children | Taking their name from a synopsis of the B-grade, horror flick, Blood on Satan’s Claw, EVIL FARM CHILDREN is a raw and raunchy trio from Canada’s capital with a reputation for intense stage shows. Their sound is real rock’n’roll, with a roots-rock flavour. The band can easily do a rocking surf instrumental with the fervor of Dick Dale, and, in a heartbeat, shift gears to roll right into a rockin’ rockabilly rave up, or a Stooges influenced, feedback infused, pounding rock’n’roll song. Formed in the summer of 2005, this trio was regularly playing many of Ottawa’s live music venues, as well as traveling to play various clubs in Toronto, Montreal, London, Hamilton, Peterborough, and several other towns in Southern Ontario. They performed at the 2008 Ottawa Blues Festival, one of the most popular music festivals in North America. Their original material, as captured in their recordings (see below) matters most, but for their live shows, the band likes to have fun by whipping out some heavily “Evil-ized” versions of songs by the likes of Max Webster, Dick Dale, Black Sabbath, Tom Waits, Deke Dickerson, Link Wray, The Cramps, and The Runaways. | |

| Search | Add | 3 | Mr Mora | Mr Mora | Born in 1974 in Rabat (capital of Morocco). DJ Mora, grew up in Marrakech, city where the worldwide cultures mix with the Moroccan traditions giving it a worldwide single character. In 1991, Mr Mora obtains his Bachelor diploma and 10 years afterwards, he obtains his PhD in environmental sciences. Since he was a youngster, Mr Mora listened to all kinds of music, from classical ones to the darkest passing through the Blues, Jazz, R'n'B, Pop, Funky, Rap, Hip Hop, Arabic. His passion for music pushes him to organize and plays in parties where he could bewith his friends, and it is there that he discovers his talent of being a producer. To make his friends feel the tracks differently, Mora, still amateur DJ, acquired a computer, dating from prehistory and some audio softwares to be able to compile his tracks. And there, it happens! The desire for producing his own tracks took possession of Mora. Y2K! An era where things are moving fastly, new technologies are developed and EDM takes seat among the music of rising generation. Thus Mr Mora falls in love with EDM. Being of nature independent, he wants to be identified with a kind of music which shows at the same time his origins and involves them in this new era where we live. |

They were from Galena, MO and began playing professionally as a vaudeville-style duo ("The Original Ozarks Hillbillies") while still in their teens. Their first appearance was at the Gillioz Theater in Springfield, MO in the early 1930s. Missouri artist Thomas Hart Benton first met the boys in 1931, and used them as models for his 1931 Missouri Musicians painting. In the 1940s, the brothers shifted their act to a more evangelical approach, appearing at numerous churches and tent revivals, but continued to include a mix of country/bluegrass music, novelty music (played on cheeks and head, broom, etc.), and magic tricks.

| Search | Add | 3 | Aisha Eisa | Aisha Eisa, alias AE, is a singer, record producer, actress, dancer and visual artist. This enterprising artist recently signed with the Vienna indie label, Urban Legends Records, which specializes in soul, hip hop and electronic music. Her in-house produced debut album Starchild was released on July 18, 2015. AE was responsible for everything for this album: from the composition of the songs including texts and vocals to the visual design and video production. In addition to an in-depth study acting at the Bruckner University in Linz, the young artist took lessons in singing, public speaking, music theory, piano and guitar. After that, she completed a three-year dance training, resulting in engagements at the Landestheater in Linz and Berlin. She later immersed herself in the independent film sector. AE produced her first artistic videos and short films. At the age of 19, AE moved to Vienna to study theater and musicals. In addition to her acting work in various theater projects, she had already dedicated herself in full to music. She studied classical singing and began to compose her own songs. During this time, AE met and began cooperation with the cooperation with the brilliant music producer, Wolfgang Schlögl alias I-Wolf, the founding member of the Sofa Surfers. Through this cooperation, AE also meets fellow singer and label owner, Nomadee. As I-Wolf & The Chain Reactions together with AE release two albums on the successful indie label, Seayou Records and playing numerous gigs at home and abroad., AE continues to work in parallel on her own album, working with various musicians such as Tosca, Lee Scratch Perry or Markus Kienzl. AE worked in cooperation with numerous musicians over a period of three years to fine tune the subtleties of the album. The musical spectrum ranges from breakbeats, soul and jazz elements to classical instruments such as piano, violin and harp and includes beatbox. | |

| Search | Add | 3 | Reversio | What could the Lithuanian birbynė / reed-pipe (an original Lithuanian woodwind instrument) and Renaissance and Baroque music of Western Europe have in common? The answer lies in this specially composed chamber music ensemble Reversio (founded by Darius Klišys in 2004) which features birbynė players accompanied by organ/harpsichord and viola da gamba. The idea behind the ensemble - to play early European music using authentic Lithuanian instruments - became their mark of originality: the expressive and contrasting sounds of the birbynė are surprisingly similar to early wind instruments such as the cornett, recorder, oboe, and chalumeau. Performing the early music, the birbynė reveals nuances and colours unheard, highlights the flexibility of compositions, and offers a new look at the early music as well as other musical genres, be it classical or contemporary. Musicians of the Reversio ensemble change according to the programmes, from three to seven musicians playing together. The main repertoire of the ensembles covers those written in the 16th and 17th centuries in Lithuanian and Polish territories. There is also a strong focus on early Italian Baroque. | |

| Search | Add | 3 | Trainwreck Ghost | Trainwreck Ghost aka Trainwreck Ghosts (in the early years) is the project of singer-songwriter, musician and producer Roger Prescott. They were based originally in Los Angeles and later in Austin,Texas. Original members included Eddie Munoz of The Plimsouls, Tim Henderson of The Pop, Robert Williams and Kent Houseman. Trainwreck Ghost played hundreds of shows in both cities as well as touring the USA. They have released three albums and one cassette of original material so far as Trainwreck Ghost. The band also performed acoustically as The Holy Boys, playing a mash-up of Appalachian, Cajun, and Country, often doing left-field covers of songs such as "Love Will Tear Us Apart by Joy Division and "A House Is Not A Motel" by Authur Lee & Love. The Holy Boys released one CD of live performances and studio recordings in 1998. A little more about Trainwreck Ghost: Originally based in Los Angeles and later in Austin Texas. Trainwreck Ghost played constantly in L.A. at Raji's, Club Lingerie, The Central, (now the Viper Room), Al's Bar, The Gaslight, The Anti-Club, Madame Wong's, The Music Machine, Club 88, The Coconut Teaser and many other venues up and down the West Coast. They recorded a number of early tracks at the famous Venice Beach studio Radio Tokyo and on a trusty Teac 4-track deck in a home garage studio dubbed "Piss Bucket" (for it's lack of bathroom facilities.) After moving to Austin they were regulars at The Continental Club, Liberty Lunch, The Hole in the Wall, and The Steamboat among others. They added the late-great bluesman Alex Napier (from early Stevie Ray Vaughn band, The Cobras, and Will and The Kill featuring Will Sexton) on bass guitar soon after the move to Austin. Trainwreck Ghosts recorded an EP, "The Phantom Tapes" and their 1st LP, "The Blood Won't Wash Out" with Aaron White at Austin's 6th Street Studios and rehearsed at the legendary hangout and rehearsal space ARC in South Austin. Members of various line-ups of Trainwreck Ghost were songwriter-guitarist Roger Prescott, guitarist Eddie Munoz (from The Plimsouls), drummer, percussionist & dobro player Robert Williams, bass players Tim Henderson, Jaime Carter and Alex Napier, and guitarist and sometimes bass player Kent Earl Housman. | |

For the Dance Orchestra, please use [a982252]. For the Variety Orchestra, please use [a6691355]. For the Symphonic Orchestra, please use [a1008862]. In 1950 Hungarian Radio formed its own gypsy orchestra. The 15 members were selected by the director of music, [url=https://www.discogs.com/artist/3737694-R%C3%A1cz-Zsigmond]Zsigmond Rácz[/url], and applications were invited for the post of conductor. The job was won by [a962433], then 25 years old, and he conducted the orchestra until 1955, when it disbanded. The Radio Gypsy Orchestra presented a number of works which had never been performed before in arrangements for gypsy orchestra. Their playing was marked principally by an effort towards stylistic unity. Their success was exemplified by the folk-music grand prix of the Charles Cross Academy of Paris, which the orchestra won in 1952, against 51 other competitors. [a962433], a Master of Folk Art, was also awarded the Liszt Prize for his artistic accomplishments.

Her recording of Everything's Alright was used nationally to promote Jesus Christ Superstar and was nominated for Best Female Vocal Single at the Australian Record Awards, in 1972. Colleen Hewitt won with Carry That Weight). She released her second and last single Summer Song in 1973. She then Ryall worked in newsrooms at Sydney radio stations 2WS and Triple M and sang in Sydney venues, solo and in groups, including a stint at Sydney's Comedy Store in the 1980s. She trained as a primary teacher in the late 70s, lived in London for a while, married, and raised two children. As a music teacher, she delivered a schools program for Musica Viva in the 90s. | Search | Add | 3 | Twolslide | Twolslide is a five piece rock band with glam and sleaze influences from Helsinki, Finland. Twolslide was originally formed in 2002 after June and Bad Dean had had enough of their previous projects. They recorded a few demos and an EP called Suicide Lane (2009) and played gigs around Finland with various different line ups through the years. In the fall of 2009 Twolslide broke up because of their singer at the time had a serious drinking problem. In the summer of 2011 June met Cesti and they started to write songs together in order to form a new band. ShyBoy - who had played in Twolslide for a few years - grabbed the bass and was in the line up soon followed by Ancy on the drums. The guys realized that the musical direction of the new songs was close to what Twolslide used to be. After that there was no doubt; Twolslide was born again. The rest of the year went by writing new material and looking for a singer to match the rest of the band. Finally Jone was found and Twolslide was complete! The current line-up consists of: Jone - Vocals Cesti - Guitar June Stacy - Guitar Shyboy - Bass Ancy - Drums

| Search | Add | 3 | Mascara Quartet | Mascara Quartet | Polona Udovič (voice, violin), Timi Krajnc (guitar), Vojko Vešligaj (guitar) Mitja Režman (bass guitar) About Mascara Quartet Polona Udovič (voice, violin), Timi Krajnc (guitar), Vojko Vešligaj (guitar) and Mitja Režman (bass guitar) are classically trained musicians, acclaimed at home and abroad. The Quartet is a reflection of their valuable musical experiences and their deep understanding of music, their artistic careers and their intensive work with numerous artists, chamber groups, orchestras, ensembles, in concert halls and at festivals around the world. The storm of passion and the peace of the ocean, which rests somewhere amid the Iberian Peninsula, South America and their rich folklore, is the musical muse that connects Polona, Timi, Vojko and Mitja. Mascara explores the space inside and outside of the field of classical music; cautiously, respectfully, it colors over the line with a brush of tense strings and the warmth of human voice. Their music expresses so powerfully, so directly and so concisely that poignant longing captured on the streets of Montevideo, Buenos Aires, Lisbon... halfway between bordellos and milongas... joy and a sad melancholy feeling...amongst merchants, sailors and African immigrants...it's the music played at night when all kinds of masks are allowed (mascara - Spanish word for mask), the music which comes with moonshine and dies down at daybreak... Musicians are brought together by a historical crossroads and it is here that they meet every night - those who are still around and those who have long since passed away...On a street corner there is still Mascara Cafe...If you get closer, you will here the music of Mariza, Dulce Pontes, Astor Piazzolla and of many others... of those who have escaped salon parquet floors and cliches. |
