Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 05/01/2026
Found 619583 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

| Search | Add | 2 | Bedlam Opera | The over-documentation of the '90s' obsession with all things popular and British disregards what was well-known to those in the know at the time: that there lurked in the cracks, underneath the floorboards, in between the bits of peeling plaster, down the back of the radiators and on the tops of shelves long since abandoned by those fake feather dusters on sticks, some things that were neither (entirely) British nor popular. And then there was Bedlam Opera, the illegitimate IVF-spurned child of London poet jack beckett, finally forging a giggable line up after several abortive attempts at procreating with a Swiss man, a South African and an Aussie in 1996. The Aussie was Matt Cole, a virtuosic pianist from Melbourne, who brought his love of Debussy, [a=Leonard Cohen] and the [a=Dirty Three] to bear on beckett's attempt to revolutionise the rock lyric with a hybrid of surrealism, romanticism and lyric poetry to create a songwriting partnership that produced material that was part Cave/Waits/Staples/Brel/Curtis, part [a=Patti Smith], part [a=Mogwai], part sea shanty and part lots of other things on the fringes of the rock-pop-folk axis. Cole loved The Go-Betweens, beckett loved Baudelaire and krautrock. Losing Miguel Pedro to his native South Africa after their first gig in 1997, Cole and beckett added Sheffield-raised [a=Joe Murphy (11)] on accordion; Murphy gave life to the swashbuckling sailor songs and depth to their more tender moments with a Pogueish edge. Aylesbury's [a=Matt Dolphin], a fine folksy finger-picker, replaced Pedro on guitar, and the line up was completed by Anglophile Frenchman [a=Thibault De Montfort] on oboe, MBV-obsessed American drummer [a=Tom Wenzel] and Southampton-born cellist, and sometime member of The [a=Tindersticks]' orchestra, [a=Will Byers] (appearing as [a=Will Burrows] on Tindersticks’ releases). After a year or so earning their dues in the toilets of north London, developing a live show that was a little more than just a gig, and writing meandering melodic masterpieces like Nadja and Red Wine Song, Cole and Dolphin announced their intentions to quit. The 'classic' BO line up played their last gig at their first and only record launch [a 7" vinyl-only double A-side featuring Effervescent Architecture and When It's so Familiar] in February 1998. A year or so later beckett and Murphy played a handful of shows, now a trio with [a=Chris T-T] on guitar and piano, with a raft of new material in an attempt to keep the Opera fire burning, but they didn't manage to recapture the artistic heights of the Cole-driven 1997 version of the band. Being truly international, and not in the slightest bit popular, Bedlam Opera were possibly harder to grasp than some of their more generic, more rock-rooted contemporaries like Penthouse and [a=Dream City Film Club]; in truth, they died before their time had come. Murphy went on to make a considerable success of his main project [a=Sergeant Buzfuz] and Dolphin is still recording and performing as a solo artist. Byers played with Kid and Wenzel flaunted his not-inconsiderable skills on a European tour with Breed. Matt Cole's decision to return to Melbourne had tragic consequences when in 2005 he was killed by a hit and run driver who knocked him off his bike; his new band, Luzon, thereby hit the thankless trail of obscurity that had befallen Bedlam Opera several years before. | |

| Search | Add | 2 | Kyle LaLone | Los Angeles based guitarist, singer, songwriter Kyle LaLone. Kyle LaLone was born in Watertown, NY and started playing guitar at age 9. He spent his formative years taking guitar lessons, participating in his high school’s jazz band and chorus programs, and playing shows around the Northeast. After high school Kyle attended Berklee College of Music on scholarship and graduated in 2008 with a B.M. in Professional Music. He then stayed in Boston for another 3 years playing and recording with several different artists and bands, fronting his own band, and teaching private lessons. In 2011 he moved to Brooklyn and quickly made a name for himself as a go to sideman and session guitarist in many styles both on stage and in the studio. During his time there he performed regularly in the NYC area along with doing tours of the Northeast, Midwest, Canada, Bermuda, and the UK. Currently based in Los Angeles, Kyle is pursuing a career as a solo artist while continuing to work as a session guitarist and instructor. He released an instrumental EP in 2016 and just released ‘Somewhere In Between,’ a collection of country/Americana songs that showcase his singing, guitar playing, and songwriting at their most honest and authentic. | |

| Search | Add | 2 | Left Brain Heart | We are the kids of a tossed around generation here in Chicago. We’ve been in bands, we’ve toured with [a210521], we’ve grown up under the white Midwest sky, we’ve been in school, we’ve slept on the El, we’ve howled at the moon later than we were supposed too, and when we washed up we realized that we were in a band called Left Brain Heart. In the years bouncing around the clubs, we’ve gathered a great group of collaborators and conspirators, for instance we released our first CD together in 2008; “[r=5087126],” that was produced by [a596214] of Local H and [a775563] of [l323508] ([a132066], [a398014], [a954884], Local H). Recently, we went in a more progressive direction for 2010's "[r=5087046]" also guided through the magical hands/powers of Andy Gerber. BOOM! LBH | |

| Search | Add | 2 | Lue Kane | It is said that the eyes are the window to a man's soul. If you look into the eyes of Lue Kane, AKA Mr. Everythang you will see a soul that far surpasses that of most men. To many Lue Kane could be deemed as a typical rapper trying to make it, but there is nothing typical about this young man. Lue Kane raps with heart and passion about his experiences and growing up in the streets. At the age of 14, Lue Kane began rapping as a means of expression. He saw everyone in his neighborhood rapping and he thought that it was easy and he could do it. The problem was that when Lue Kane began, he felt that he wasn't as good as everyone else. Forced to elevate himself and determined to be great, Lue Kane began to develop his own style. It is that style that set him apart and that has helped to create the swag that he has today. The day before Lue Kane entered into a juvenile program, he recorded his first song, "All I Know", with Big Love, Cinnamon, Lil-A and KingPen. After spending 6 months in a juvenile program, Lue Kane came out ready and focused. With the direction of his cousin Jit, Lue Kane began rapping about things that others were not talking about. The studio became his second home, so much that Jit built a studio specifically for Lue Kane in his backyard. Yetti, CEO of Woop Something Records, took Lue Kane under his wing and began working with him. Hurricane Lue, another nickname, began ripping thru the streets of Pensacola. He began writing more and performing more. As both the momentum and impact of Hurricane Lue began to increase, the storms truly began to come. Left and right everyone began being sent to prison or even worse, dying. Lue Kane knew that he had to make it out of the streets of Pensacola. Lue Kane teamed with Yetti and Jit and made a song called "Major Moves". A week later, both Yetti and Jit were arrested and our currently spending time in a Federal Prison. Although Lue Kane had finished his album, he had no one helping him to put it out. Lue Kane began doing mixtapes with other area artist, such as Big Love of RedDott Entertainment. The streets were loving him. His song "50 Deep", originally "Throw Em Up" has been deemed one of the hottest tracks out of Pensacola. Nic at Nite of 93BLX has been playing it for nearly two years. One day, Lue Kane thanked him and Nic replied, "I don't need a thank you. I play good music. 50 Deep is good music." Lue Kane just released his long awaited debut album, The Ride On My Way To The Trap, which includes "50 Deep" with Pastor Troy, "Bounce Back" with Blood Raw and the club banger "Money In Da Bank" with Mike Bless. The album is available both in stores and online. Many artist spend half of their lives in the studio recording good music for everyone in the studio to hear. Many artist are content with being hometown celebrities, but just like his style, Mr. Everythang is not typical. It is his drive and determination that makes Lue Kane focused on the world hearing him. Pensacola is just the beginning. Be on the lookout for Hurricane Lue to come thru to a city near you. Show your support by BUYING the new album The Ride On My Way To The Trap. If you can't afford to buy the album, download a ringtone. | |

| Search | Add | 2 | Chris Grabher | Chris Grabher | Bio .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. Chris Fuentes started his musical career as a classically trained pianist. At the age of 7 he started to play the piano. After the regular 5 years of classical music he studied another 5 years of jazz and composition. Coming from a conservative family, raised in a monastery school, he soon began to "abuse" Steinway pianos playing weird acid hooklines. The monks were shocked! .... Although he admits to love jazz music, he was more inspired by songs like "Rock it" and "19" as he cherished electro from its very beginning. Later, already 16 years old he played synthesizers in funk-jazz bands. Playing in bands, composing and producing original music suddenly took over. When he was asked to do music for a movie he didn’t hesitate and produced and composed the complete soundtrack and score for “J-Cam”, a critically acclaimed movie of director Hans Weingartner “The Edukators”. That was his ticket for the music industry and since then he was involved in many artistically challenging projects in electronic music. .... His first international release was the record „Easy Atmosphere EP“ which he produced with the vocals of Lady Kier, the fabulous singer of Deee-Lite („Groove is in the heart“). It was released in 1995 on the pioneer house record label „Le Garage Records“ under the name „Chris Grabher“ feat. Lady Kier like his baptismal name, as Chris Fuentes is his artist name. Furthermore he produced tracks and remixes for Jaydee („Plastic Dreams“) and Yello „How How“. As a producer and songwriter he worked for Victoria Newton (Strike), Woody Thompson, Queen Yahna, James Prince to name a few and produced records for electronic bands like Koenig Balthasar (Freiraum), Mikromops, Preen, Michel Lazara which were on rotation on music television viva in Europe. .... Chris Fuentes seems to be a real studio alchemist. His productions are sonically extremely well balanced so you can feel the vibes of a true and passionate perfectionist at work. “You have to be in love with every knob and fader you touch” he says asking him about his production methods. Growing up in the 80ies, his idol was Trevor Horn. “He was the first producer who deserved the merits of being a producer and not only an engineer”. .... Between his studio work he was always performing in clubs. Although he is playing records like a dj, his performance is more like a live show, as his keyboards travel with him so he has his studio companions to play on stage too. .... In 2005 after doing music for fashion shows he went to New York. His love for underground electronic music flamed up again and he bought a Virus keyboard and some gear to produce new tracks. After releases on Thompsonic Recordings (NYC) and Monster Bang Music (NYC), the leading dance label of Dubai (Raisani) licensed the track "Stay" for their popular Ibiza installment "Eivissa Sessions 07". .. In 2007 Chris Fuentes was signed by Karmarouge Noir (Germany) and Subuse (Belgium). In November 2007 he started touring Europe and the US again, starting with the ReSolute party in New York City..... .. |

Beginning as an instrumental duo in 2010, the band has evolved with each release adding infectious vocal hooks, shredding drum syncopation, intriguing bass lines, and hilariously morbid skits. If you want a simple band with no substance singing about new shoes and lost love, this is not the band for you. If you want help to transcend the illusion of daily life on your imminent path to touch tips with the universal beings, follow The Prophet Nathan into the light. | Search | Add | 2 | Bradley Lehman | Bradley P Lehman | Bradley Lehman (b. 1964, Indiana) is an American musicologist, composer, arranger, organist, and harpsichordist based in Dayton, Virginia. He co-founded [a=The Hodel-Lehman Duo] with trumpeter and flugelhorn player, [a=Martin Hodel], and performs as a church organist. Lehman is best known as a creator of "Bach/Lehman 1722" temperament, his novel interpretation of J. S. Bach's elusive harpsichord/clavichord tunings based on "deciphering" the frontispiece ornament atop the Well-Tempered Clavier's title page. (While Lehman is not the first musicologist to pursue this hypothesis, his tuning system saw the widest adoption.) Bradley's research was outlined in a two-part 2005 article in Oxford's Early Music journal and subsequent publications in Clavichord International, BACH: Journal of the Riemenschneider Institute, and other academic outlets; he also launched LaripS.com private imprint to promote the "Bach/Lehman 1722" temperament. Besides the music career, Bradley Lehman is a technical writer and former app developer/designer; since April 2020, he has served as a part-time IT consultant at [l=Eastern Mennonite University]. Lehman began his education at the [l=Goshen College] (1982 to 1986), double majoring and earning a Bachelor's in Music and Mathematics. In 1989, he enrolled at [l=The University Of Michigan], receiving two Master's in 1992 — M.M. in Early Keyboard Instruments from [l=The University Of Michigan School Of Music] and A.M. in Musicology from UM's Rackham School of Graduate Studies. In 1994, Bradley earned his Doctor of Musical Arts (A.Mus.D) degree in Harpsichord Performance. His primary research topic, "Bach temperament," is one of the cornerstones of Western musicology since the 18th century, because [a=Johann Sebastian Bach] never left explicit instructions on how to tune harpsichords and clavichords for the interpretation of his "magnum opus," the Well-Tempered Clavier (BWV 846–893). Since the publication of C.P.E. Bach's 1753 manuscript, Versuch über die wahre Art das Clavier zu spielen ("Essay on the True Way to play Fortepiano"), multiple scholars attempted to rediscover Bach's intended tuning system; most notably, the composer's pupil J. P. Kirnberger, who proposed three temperaments in his 1771 treatise, Die Kunst des reinen Satzes in der Musik ("The Art of Pure Composition in Music"). In the 20th century, German musicologist and composer [a=Herbert Kelletat] (1907—2007) was the leading proponent of "Kirnberger III" as the closest approximation. Music theorists began to analyze visual aspects of the composer's autographs in the 1970s, pioneered by [a=Herbert A. Kellner] (1936—2003), who suggested that Bach's 1722 seal contained a mnemonic rule for tuning within its pattern (akin to "Guidonian hand" or the "Circle of fifths"). In 1998, German mathematician Andreas Sparschuh from [l=Technische Universität Darmstadt], who was studying Baroque organ tunings, noted Bach's decorative outline atop the Das Wohltemperirte Clavier's first book. Sparschuh presented a paper at the 1999 German Mathematical Society Annual Conference, arguing that each loop in the vignette represented ⅕ in the sequence, starting from the A note; he devised a recursive tuning algorithm (similar to Collatz conjecture) by subtracting one beat per second for each "non-empty" loop in Bach's drawing. Lehman based his research on those same decorative curls above Das Wohltemperirte Clavier title, similarly claiming that Bach purposefully drew such an asymmetrical and irregular pattern; Bradley suggested how to devise a direct, practical diagram for tuning keyboards by ear from this spiraling figure. Lehman's theory was outlined in a two-part article Bach's Extraordinary Temperament: Our Rosetta Stone in the Early Music journal (Vol. 33, Nos. 1&2, February/May 2005, [l=Oxford University Press]). Shortly after the publication, Bradley launched his LaripS.com website, making subsequent publications and addendum materials easily accessible. Lehman also produced several CD albums, solo and with [a=The Hodel-Lehman Duo], to demonstrate practical application of the "Bach/Lehman 1722" temperament. Many other harpsichordists, arrangers, and composers have subsequently adopted Lehman's tuning, including: 🇬🇧 [a=Richard Egarr], with his 2006 [r=8200990] 2×CD on [l=Harmonia Mundi] 🇦🇺 [a=Peter Watchorn], who presented [r=23201357] 2×CD on [l=Musica Omnia] 🇳🇱 [a=Ronald Brautigam], performing on [a=Paul McNulty]'s "Walter-style" fortepiano tuned to Bach/Lehman 🇨🇦 [a=Luc Beauséjour] 🇦🇺 [a8216870] with her son, "boy soprano" [a8174724] 🇳🇱 Harpsichordists [a=Menno Van Delft], [a=Pieter-Jan Belder], and [a=Siebe Henstra], who released [r=11228043] 2×CD on [l=Brilliant Classics] 🇬🇧 [a=The Purcell Quartet] 🇺🇸 [a1289185] 🇺🇸 [a=The Bach Sinfonia] conducted by [a7583566] 🇭🇺 [a=Zsolt Kaltenecker], who played solo "Clavitar" (a guitar-shaped synthesizer that's similar to "electrical clavichord") on his 2007 jazz album, [r=4515659] CD on [l=R & V Records] 🇳🇱 Photographer and sound artist [a=Dave Krooshof] designed a Raspberry Pi device for his synth rack, which processes all MIDI data through a custom Pd patch, routing each note to a separate channel with pitch bend info and tuning the whole rack to Lehman/Bach's "on-the-fly" 🇺🇸 James Pressler at Frog Music Press, a US supplier of songbooks for Rodgers & Roland church organs, produced a MIDI-compatible pipe organ sample package |

| Search | Add | 2 | UNSTAK | UNSTAK | UNSTAK was meant to be a funk cover band. But we had so much love for heavy, straight forward rock songs, that it didn’t take long before we started to play our own tunes. All this ended up with a smart mix between Rage Against The Machine, Tool or Pearl Jam. Back to basics. Our songs are raw, honest and often ambitious. Our lyrics are about love, anxiety, the will to achieve something meaningful in our crazy world and hope. |
