Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 16/12/2025
Found 617983 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

| Search | Add | 7 | P.P. Nikt | Dejan Vlaisavljević | P.P. Nikt stands for Plastično Pozorište Nikt (Plastic Theatre Nikt) and was a brainchild of Dejan Vlaisavljević. While his activities were primarily associated with filmmaking, Dejan Vlaisavljević also composed soundtracks for his films and theatre plays. In the beginning, around 1987, he was the only member of the group, performing live several times as a one man band and occasionally with the help of video/sound artist Petar Milić. The concerts combined video and film screenings, live instrumental music and spoken word. During that time P.P. Nikt recorded the four cassettes. In 1989 Mirko Mikulić and Dragan Ve Ignjatović joined in making P.P. Nikt a trio that performed several times in Belgrade and Warsaw. Later on, in 1990 Dejan dropped the 'P.P.' in the band name as well as the two other band members, teamed up with longtime friend and a colleague [a=Igor Toholj] and produced an album called Amazing Flight Stories. Soon, in the wake of war in Yugoslavia, he relocated to Amsterdam where he remains until today, making movies and just occasionally composing music. |

| Search | Add | 7 | Don Conreaux | Master of masters and father of Gong ,Don Conreaux is known not only as an exceptional artist and musician, but also as a pioneer in the field of sound therapy. Don studied theater, was the main teacher and director of teacher training for Kundalini. Having 55 years of experience in yoga and sound, he teaches his own method called Gong Yoga, which is a set of regeneration and strengthening exercises. He is the creator of La Voie du Gong. Wandering around the world, he discovers for others the wonderful properties of the gong, which by its holistic resonance has a huge impact on the body, mind and soul. The sound therapies used to improve health, reduce stress and internal changes are currently disseminated by many participants in its seminars and workshops. The artist is also known for his peace activities. Each year, it organizes a concert of the Artists of the World. He describes his music as free and spiritual jazz. He is the founder and leader of the music group Mysterious Tremendum. In concert, in addition to gongs, he uses voice, shruti, shells and other ethnic instruments. The concerts - like the one presented on the album - are attended by guest musicians who accompany Don in musical improvisation. Don is also the initiator of the Bell Garden for Peace. These are areas of peace and calm in which space is organized according to ancient geomancy and geometry. | |

He started writing music in 1994. First efforts were made on a big variety of old analogue synthesizers. Stagnating in this genres limited possibilities, MODO AZUL completely switched to computer generated music in 1999. Since then the music areas he covers vary from Acid Jazz, Lounge, Drum and Bass, Break and Bossa, Down Tempo and Ambient. Generally, the music you can listen to on MODO AZUL reflects his personal view of his mostly appreciated styles. MODO AZUL neither wants to imitate nor to sound like something new. All tracks were written absolutely intuitional, without consciously targeting any particular areas of todays popular dance, electronic and listening music. |

She went to Stockholm the following year to try her luck; worked as a housekeeper with Karl Gerhard, took singing lessons and participated in Stockholm's Lucia train in 1953. Sang with Karl-Olof Finnberg's and Thore Svanerud's orchestras, but returned to Borås in 1955. Birgitta then sang first a season with Leif Holmbergs and then one with Bosse Lidén's orchestras in Borås - her husband Torgny Nilsson also played for a short time with Bosse Lidén, then with Kettil Ohlson's and Leif Kronlund's orchestras in the capital . Trumpeter King Arne Lamberth heard Birgitta during a rehearsal and the result was a contract with the record company Joker and an extensive folk park tour in the summer of 1960. She was a military field artist in 1962 and then sang for Hans Wahlgren's orchestra. Lived in Sandared for many years, married Bengt Nyman.

Started back in 2014 in London by sound artists Anssi Alhopuro and Pär Carlsson. Brought together by shared interests in experimental electronic music, programming and improvisation.

| Search | Add | 7 | Last Day with My Garbage | While initial contact of this filthy duo dates back to as early as 2012, K. Geiger & J. Nielsen would not begin experimenting with improvised electronics until the COVID-19 pandemic ravaged the world in 2020. Early configurations of these jams were fluid in terms of members coming in and out of the fold, and it would not be until one fateful Garbage Day Eve in August 2021 that the core duo would officially adopt the name "Last Day with My Garbage." Perhaps it was a cosmic connection to the filth of the world; an absurdist way to discuss mankind's uncertain future at the time. Maybe it was just too much San Luca's that influenced the choice. Ever since that day though, recordings and performances have been centered around garbage of the mind, body and soul. Confusion will light the way to understanding. The listener contributes just as much as the performer. "All of it is filth" is not just a throwaway line; it is the Mantra of Garbage; Gogmer lives inside all of us. In 2025, Last Day with My Garbage, on behalf of Garbage for America, LLC (a subdivision of the Sisters Corporation), launched their grassroots campaign, entitled "When They Take Your Garbage." The campaign's main focus is to raise awareness on the yearly decrease of municipal waste output across the United States of America, exposing the AFSCME as the sole benefactor in the secret war on trash. | |

| Search | Add | 7 | Cosmo Fraser | Cosmo Fraser is not your typical reggae singer/recording artist. From Westmoreland, a Jamaican Parish near Negril Beach, Cosmo's route to recording reggae came via a totally different route than most of the island's historic artists. It began like the careers of American soul artists: Stevie Wonder, Carl Carlton, Darrow Fletcher, Lucky Peterson, Gladys Knight, Michael Jackson, and other child prodigies, which Fraser most definitely was, but neither he nor his parents pursued or pushed him towards music. Though he won amateur contests all over the island as a child and had the goods of an exciting entertainer, he instead, at the age of 19, came to America to further his education. He holds multiple bachelor degrees from Columbia University and a medical degree from the State University of New York -- not your typical reggae singer by any stretch of the imagination; and he's not just sitting on the med. degree, he's a professor of medicine at the University of California, San Francisco, and Chief of Geriatric Nephrology at the VA Medical Center in the Bay Area, and makes all encompassing reggae music as well -- again, not your typical reggae singer. The renown biomedical researcher, a.k.a. the Singing Doctor, has found the time to cut two albums to date: Reggae Music Man (a compilation done with fellow doctors) on Daktari Records (1995) and Fire This Time, his solo debut for Ruff Stuff Records (originally on Ginger Girl) released in 1998. Like any significant reggae singer, songs of social justice and injustice are a part of his repertoire, yet it's hard to picture Fraser leading a rebellion. He performs all over California and different venues and on reggae television specials; he travels to Canada to be part of their lauded Urban Fests and garners other choice gigs -- when you're not starving you can be picky. An enthusiastic entertainer, Fraser often jumps off the stage and boogies with the audience; his most popular opening number is a dancehall version of "Mission Impossible." In addition to singing, Fraser's an accomplished songwriter and writes most of his material. | |

| Search | Add | 7 | Luis Nieva | Luis Nieva | A main character in modeling Argentina's electronic music scene during the 90s, Luis Nieva is a versatile artist who stands out through his wide-criterion musical selection and accurate technique. His first approach to turntables in the mid 80s was heavily influenced by many styles such as disco, soul, funk, Chicago house, synthpop, new beat and acid house. Techno from Germany and Detroit joined the list a couple of years later when Luis started a few club residencies around Buenos Aires. The foundation of mythical Urban Groove Djs collective in 1994 was a relevant milestone in his career. With highlights producing the first massive rave parties in the country and running experimental after hours Club K-Dos, they stimulated an eager, growing electronic music audience. As a member of Urban Groove Luis opened the prodigy and Kraftwerks shows, held memorable 7 turntables sessions and shared the dj booth with the likes of Daniel Bell, Ricardo Villalobos and DJ Hell. | Search | Add | 7 | The Silent Senders | Maurizio Duka Moroni (music and electronics) and Paolo “Dr. Phibes” Caucci (guitars) are The Silent Senders. This is an original musical project (produced by Audiosfera for exMachina Records), proposing a powerful mix of electronic and alternative rock music, that becomes almost a commentary to short, imaginary movies: TSS’ music is charming, sincere, an utter soundtrack, creating the right atmosphere for a surreal story with few introductive notes. On the ground oh TSS’ music is a choice of non-conformity with any trendy music genre or commercial law; in this way avoiding to wink at the mass market, the two musicians obtain to express themselves exclusively accordingly to their musical preferences. Synths, samplers, beat machines and guitars merge harmoniously in complex, multilayer sonorities, with raids in structured electronics or in acoustic manipulation. The audience is carried away to new musical scenes and surrounded by rich sound environments creatd by imaginary dialogues, micro-sonorities and irregular, pressing rhytmics. The tracks included in TSS’ albums are, consciously, very different from one another: electro-acoustic, industrial, progressive rock or musique concrete, with pop, folk, jazz, even metal contaminations. TSS build a clever music using every one of these musical kind as bricks: it’s not an easy listening, but the audience is thus stimulated by ever new feelings. | |

Manager of the Marquee club from 1968 1970, John Gee is one of key figures of the club who turned the focus of the club to new music styles. Often described as a Frank Sinatra freak who had no appreciation for new styles of music, John Gee was in fact a man completely committed to the development of jazz music in the UK and was the one who bid for it's fusion with new forms of music. Under the banner of "New Paths", Gee gave an opportunity to bands like Jethro Tull , Circus and King Crimson on the Sunday nights of 1969. The figure of John Gee is also associated with the birth of the rhythm and blues days in London. Gee became secretary of the club in 1968 and a year later, under his influence, the club had extended it's offer from Thursdays to a three night schedule (Monday, Thursday and Sunday).
