Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 16/12/2025
Found 617983 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

The band prides itself in delivering lively shows with catchy melodies and clever lyrics from lead vocalist Katherine Brown. Later that year, September Moon signed a record deal with Mesquite Street Records for their second album set for a 2024 release. September Moon has played throughout Texas, the Midwest and Tennessee at noteable venues and festivals such as Americana Fest and SXSW. | Search | Add | 2 | Mariano Marovatto | Mariano Marovatto | Mariano Marovatto is a writer, musician, and cultural researcher. He is the author of A guerra invisível de Oswald de Andrade (The Invisible War of Oswald de Andrade, Todavia, 2023), as well as Estirâncio (2019), Inclusive, aliás (2015), Casa, and Vinte e cinco poemas (Twenty-Five Poems, co-authored with Chico Alvim). As a musician, he has released the albums Selvagem (2016), Praia (2013), and Aquele amor nem me fale (2010), among other recordings, all available on streaming platforms. His work with literature also involves genetic criticism, the organization of literary archives, and the editing of previously unpublished works. He curated the archive of poet and songwriter Cacaso at the Fundação Casa de Rui Barbosa, and conducted the research for unreleased material and textual establishment of Poética by Ana Cristina Cesar. He also edited Os fantasmas inquilinos by Daniel Jonas, Doutor Caneta by Cacaso, and the Brazilian edition of Silence by John Cage. In 2022, he recovered Dia garimpo, a poetic work by Julieta Barbara, published by Círculo de Poemas. In his musical research, genetic criticism merges with music criticism, as explored in his book Legião Urbana: As quatro estações. His work also includes the study of sound archives and audiovisual production: from 2009 to 2016, he wrote and hosted the music television program Segue o Som (Follow the Beat) on TV Brasil. His complete body of work is available at marovatto.org. |

| Search | Add | 2 | Moritz Majce | Moritz Majce | An artist born in Vienna, living and working in Berlin and Vienna. While studying art and philosophy he began exploring the potentials of a dynamisation of the relationship of artwork and viewer. He developed the ”solo action”, a format between exhibition and performance, in which the spectator perspective as being opposite is dissolved into a point of view that is itself part of the artwork. With reference to ancient beginnings of the viewing dispositive of European art and theatre and a related partitioning of space that is still effective today, he pursues his research on sight and space with various means, from installation to sculpture, over performance and dance to photography and video. Together with Sandra Man he is working on an artistic practice that is based on the conception of space as happening, which incorporates the bodies and senses of the audience. |

Together they brought in [a1071058] on keys and Trajik on guitar, spending most of their time focusing on performing live. The group made one release - a demo EP produced by [a30479] of Meat Beat Manifesto in 2005. In May the same year Trajik left the band, leading to him being replaced by [a594624]. However, Mark went MIA in 2006 and Onyx took some time off performing, which meant The_Gun finding new members in Kitt Thompson (Drums) & [a1906417] (Bass) where the trio would change their style to a heavier less electronic feel. Plans were in place around that time to record more material, but none emerged.

In 1951, as part owner of WTAQ, he lamented that “most smaller stations in Chicago were catering to foreign language groups, each in its own language. Listeners had to switch from one to the other to hear their own particular ethnic group.” Russ’ idea was “to be the first INTERNATIONAL station in the Chicago area. We would not broadcast a single foreign word, everything would be in English, even words to the music.” That April, Russ launched a program of “nationality” music, calling it “Ole Tyme Jamboree.” The show was a popular and financial success for seven years, and Russ used the same approach and name for the record label he established around 1956. Over some three dozen issues, the “Ole Tyme Jamboree” label featured mostly dance music, with polkas, waltzes, pop standards and the occasional foreign word.

| Search | Add | 2 | Mobili Trignani | Italian indie-pop band (Pop, Indie, Minimalist, Spontaneous) from Abruzzo, Italy Members: Nicola (Bass, Ukulele, Suitcase Drum, Vocals, and Synthesizer) Edoardo (Drums and Percussion) Fabrizio Trignani (Guitars and Vocals) Active Years: 2016–present Mobili Trignani is an Italian indie-pop band formed by Fabrizio Trignani alongside his lifelong friends Nicola and Edoardo. Fabrizio, an Abruzzese singer-songwriter, began crafting songs in 2012, drawing inspiration from everyday catastrophes yet never veering into sadness. His affinity for pop is likely rooted in a profound love for humanity, nurtured within the walls of his family home in Arsita (TE). In 2016, the trio decided to consolidate their musical and lifelong experiences under the name Mobili Trignani. They made their debut with a nationwide tour in the summer of 2017, "In Consegna," showcasing Fabrizio's first album "Diario di un Menestrello." The following year, they doubled their performance count and simultaneously excited and worried their families with the duo tour "Aperto anche la Domenica." In 2019, they launched a crowdfunding campaign to finance and release their first album under the Mobili Trignani moniker, with the support of Casetta Records. Their style is characterized by a blend of quirky pop, minimalist arrangements, and a dash of spontaneous lightness, underscored by unconventional instrumentation. During the challenging year of 2020, the trio remained creative and active by working remotely (Trieste, Teramo, Arsita). They produced videos, social media content, stream concerts, and planned tours through Sardinia and Abruzzo, as well as other performances with artists from the Italian independent scene. 2021 kicked off with a new single release, sent as a Christmas greeting, and a collaboration with the Consorzio Musicale Abruzzese for the song "Uatelilive." This track heralds their latest album and two EPs set for release in 2022. Mobili Trignani uniquely blends pop sensibility with profound, often humorous lyrics. Their music is a tribute to life in all its facets, wrapped in catchy melodies and unconventional sounds. Their approach is marked by attention to detail, playful handling of musical instruments, and a deep connection to Italian culture. "It's rare not to remember Mobili Trignani while taking a shower!" – A phrase that aptly summarizes the lasting impact of their music on the everyday lives of their listeners. With each performance and release, Mobili Trignani solidifies their place in the Italian and international music scene as a band that delights audiences with both lightness and depth. | |

| Search | Add | 2 | Skelecorps | From the minds of two rabid fans and collectors, comes the most unique musical parody you are likely to ever hear. Based on the now cult classic 80's cartoon "He Man and The Masters Of The Universe" For The Fans By The Fans LLC proudly presents "SKELECORPS" In another dimension on a planet called Eternia. The Supreme Overlord Of Evil, Skeletor and his elite forces have suffered yet another humiliating defeat at the hands of He-Man and The Masters. Finally accepting they cant defeat him head on. Skeletor & Evil Lyn plot to search other dimensions for strong but weak minded soldiers to do his bidding and help him conquer Eternia. Through Evil Lyn's crystal ball they witness a metal concert and people violently smashing each other over mere music. He then decides that using the humans primal reaction to music along with hypnotic magic and brainwashing he will crush He-Man and King Randor by sheer numbers and force, But not even Skeletor could fathom the stomache curling brutality of the human condition and what follows is a tale of action packed campy dark comedy and madness. | Search | Add | 2 | India Alba | Two Indian classical musicians and two Scottish traditional musicians combine their influences to play music which shows that there are no boundaries between them. Starting with their debut album 'Reels and Ragas' they have developed, over the past few years, a sound which reflects the broad common ground between their traditions. Many raga gats (themes), particularly those from the borders of the Himalayas, have close relatives in the melodies of the Scottish highlands and islands, and for both of them the drone sounds of the bagpipes or the tampura play an important part in the music. | |
