Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?

Then Swrab split up. In april of 2014 Janek plays one show with session bassist and of course with drum machine, he also recorded some single tracks. In 1961 he joined the Novella Jazz Band, then Gabie Jazz, Vendetta Jazz from 1962 to 1966, and then he was in [a7766115], Safari Nkoyi, African Fiesta with Dr Nico and Maquis du Zaire. He left the Maquis in July 1979. He met Hugo Kisima who founded a new OSS band. Beyond the 1970's, Mpango was active in both the Tanzanian and Zairian (DRC) music scenes producing numerous hits through the 80's and 90's. He continued performing into the 2000's and remained active until his last recording in 2020. Mpango emigrated to Tanzania in 1977 where he spent the remainer of his life. He passed away following a long battle with cancer on November 15, 2024. | |

Olivier Schreuder studied Musictechnology at the HKU (University of the Arts Utrecht) in the Netherlands where he graduated with a MA with honors in 2013. His graduation project was nominated for the HKU Award 2013 as most innovative and enterprising sound design project, and got selected for the Hot 100 as one of the most talented graduates of 2013 in e-culture. His compositions have been performed on the Gaudeamus Muziekweek (Utrecht, NL), ICMC, TodaysArt Festival (The Hague, NL), the Đương Đại Contemporary Music Festival (Saigon, Vietnam), Lasalle University of the Arts & School of the Arts in Singapore, the Isan Creative Festival in Khon Kaen and the Jai Thep Festival in Chiang Mai (Thailand) amongst others. The music he composed for Apichat Pakwan also made its way to exhibtions like 'Re-Connect. Art and Conflict in Brotherland' in the MdbK museum in Leipzig, 'In Nobody's Service' at Galerie Wedding in Berlin, and into Mike White's TV serie The White Lotus on HBO in 2025 (Ep.8 S3). Olivier Schreuder's musical foundation is in playing the piano, saxophone and jazz. In his teenage years he played the alto saxophone in Dutch ska-band the Tiny Tones, with whom he toured throughout the Netherlands. His interest shifted somewhat to turntablism in this time, and a collaboration with Tiny Tones saxophonist Roeland Hollander followed with the foundation of hiphop-jazz ensemble HSS, which later changed to Djazz, in 1998. As DJ Phaze he has played in many clubs and festivals in and around the Netherlands. His mixtape-series Present Revival of Futuristic Classics features local rap heroes like Osdorp Posse's Def P & Oscar X. With MC Oscar X and producer Werner Urban he releases an EP called Hollands Licht and performs live around the Netherlands with a classic DJ-MC live show. Starting out as a turntablist and organizer with roots in hiphopculture, he also organizes many events in and around the Netherlands like the legendary Hiphopcafe 4 Elementz in Amsterdam, and a tribute to John Coltrane for the Kindred Spirits recordlabel. As a composer, sound designer and performer he is part of several (live) music projects. Currently these include Thai-Dutch collective Apichat Pakwan, Hiss Sound and The Lucid Voyages. A native of Maranhão, Melk began his work with contemporary Christian music during the 1980s. He worked, to a large extent, with Pentecostal and country music niche artists. He produced several albums by country duo Rayssa & Ravel and singer Shirley Carvalhaes during the 1990s and, in the early 2000s, he was responsible for Cristina Mel's Pentecostal phase albums. In 2006, the album Eu e Jesus, by the duo Daniel & Samuel, produced by Melk, won the Talento Trophy. In 2009, he won again with the production of the album Em Todo Tempo Louve, by Robinson Monteiro, in the Best Pentecostal Album category. Instrumentation runs a spectrum from flutes, saxophones, bass clarinet and recorders to the yidaki (Australian aboriginal didjeridu), shakuhachi (Japanese bamboo flute), and kangling or Tibetan thighbone trumpet. Harmonium, bowed psaltery, percussion, and digital/analog electronic elements further enrich the palette.\\ \\ Ferrara Brain Pan's checkered musical career includes early collaborations with noise music pioneer Boyd Rice aka NON (1970s), the mercifully short-lived goth-damage fiasco Bad Alchemy (80s), ambient dub project 23 Degrees (early 90s), and a fortuitous uncredited appearance on 1994's Rien by Krautrock legends Faust (produced by Jim O'Rourke). It was conformed by the brothers Román, Rosario and Juan Alvarado. In a certain sense, stringed music, with the special use of the guitar, opened the way for Latin American Pentecostals to meet their faith with their own culture. The guitar had great influence on music, which extended to the liturgy and Pentecostal theology. Family history: Pascual and Dolores Alvarado, emigrated to the United States from northern Mexico, in the first decade of the Mexican Revolution. Pascual had fought in the ranks of Pancho Villa and Venustiano Carranza. The couple had seven children, who were born in Texas, Arizona and California. The parents and grandparents of Los Hermanos Alvarado, belonged to the first generation of Pentecostal converts of the name of Jesus Christ Hispanic in Bakersfield, California (being baptized in the name of Jesus in 1916). The Alvarado children had their religious formation under this Pentecostal community. Later they would adhere to the Apostolic Assembly of the Faith in Christ Jesus, which is the oldest Spanish-speaking group of Pentecostals of the Name of Jesus Christ, and which was founded in 1925 and incorporated in California (USA) on March 15, 1930. |

Son of music producer Carlos González, he began singing on "Seriatrux" on Avenida Colón and his first stage name was Andy Bravo. Under this pseudonym, he recorded his first album in 1992. He also performed the songs for the TVN program Hugo and the soap operas Marrón Glacé, el regreso (1996) (under the pseudonym Andy Bravo) and Playa Salvaje (1997), both on Channel 13. In the summer of 1997, on the recommendation of singer Fernando Ubiergo, he was invited by the Chilean Communications Company to audition for its new radio project, and was selected to join the broadcasting team of the nascent Radio Corazón. The name Willy Sabor itself emerged when he joined this radio station; the name was suggested by comedian Fernando Alarcón taking cues from the style he wanted to imbue radio to reach audiences. The radio station became a chart-topping hit, and his popularity soared to new heights. He released his second album, now under his new name, Willy Sabor y la Sabor Band, on the Warner Music label. This album featured songs such as "El León" and "Más Rica que Tú." He later released his third album, on the Universal Music label, featuring his hit "Pobre Pollo." He served on the jury of the Viña del Mar Festival in 2003, where he also presented his greatest hits. From 2005 to 2012, he won the Copihue de Oro for both Best Radio Host and Best Radio Program, earning 10 consecutive trophies, demonstrating his strong popularity on the radio. He hosted the programs El Sabor de la Noche (2000) and Sabor: El Show de Willy Sabor (2002) on Chilevisión and also participated in the programs Pase lo que pase (1999-2000) on TVN, Morandé con compañía (2001, 2002-2017) and Humor a la carta (2013), both on Mega, and La noche es nuestra (2018-2019) and Viva la pipol (2019) on Chilevisión. In May 2008, he released the album Lo maravilloso de Willy Sabor, a compilation of covers, including "No me sabes" (You Don't Know Me) by Ray Charles, "Juístete" (Juístete) by Edmundo "Bigote" Arrocet, "Lo maravilloso de ti" (The Wonder of You) by Elvis Presley, "En Mejillones yo tuvo un amor" (In Mejillones I Had a Love) by Gamelín Guerra, and even "Cumpleaños Feliz," among others. In 2011, he recorded his latest album, El Sabor de los 60 (The Taste of the 60s). From March 2012 to October 2020, he was a host on Radio Candela FM, owned by Mega; It is worth mentioning that he was able to use the pseudonym "Willy Sabor" because it was registered in his name after the 2011 incident. He was the only host who remained on the radio station from its first to its last day of broadcast, opening and closing the program.
