Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 16/12/2025
Found 617983 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

| Search | Add | 2 | Christopher Pegis | Christopher Pegis comes from a family of string players. At five he began instruction on the piano, joined by cello a few years later. At eighteen, while at the Eastman School of Music, he became the youngest player ever to join the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra, and three years later joined the Delaware and Lancaster Symphonies while attending the New School of Music in Philadelphia. His performance in his family string quartet led to being offered a full scholarship to Hartt College, where he won several awards on his way to completing his B.SA. in music. Upon graduation he was appointed to the faculty, where a solo performance with the orchestra brought him to the attention of Peter Wortman, who asked him to complete the group [a=Montage (15)]. | |

| Search | Add | 2 | Ned's Acoustic Dustbin | [a680608] - vocals [a680611] - acoustic guitar Encouraged by [a222841] to perform some songs acoustically, Ned's Acoustic Dustbin was born in 2017. Featuring Jonn ([a680608]) and Rat ([a680611]), the duo released the album Ned's Acoustic Dustbin in 2019 which featured versions of such tracks as "Intact" and "All I Ask of Myself Is That I Hold Together" without drums or bass. The duo toured in support of the release. In September 2017, Ned's Atomic Dustbin were about to announce their first UK tour for 28 years with Stourbridge mates The Wonder Stuff. Miles and Erica from The Wonder Stuff were ready to play acoustically for a live Facebook broadcast to make the announcement, so Miles suggested that Neds play a couple of their songs acoustically too. Miles convinced them into recording 14 songs in 4 days at the foot of the Long Mynd. | |

| Search | Add | 2 | (un)SAID | Hailing from Colorado, this all-original alt-metal band was formed in 2004 by Danny (guitar) and Golf (drums). Dedicated to writing interesting and thought-provoking music, the duo worked tirelessly and eventually recorded a 13-song instrumental demo. After going through several failed auditions, the band stumbled upon Jeremy online and during the first song of his audition, it was easy for all to see that he was a perfect match. Jeremy brought menacing, honest, and intelligent lyrics to the table and was equally strong at melody and brutality. Soon after, the band released their "Scars Resurfaced" 4-song demo. With the bass duty help of friend Nick Cirullo, (un)SAID hit the Denver bar scene hard and the band's confidence, musicianship, and stage performances continued to improve. Since moving to Florida in October 2005, the band had been through mulitple member changes. In September '07 (un)SAID saw the return of Nick to the lineup as he made the move from Colorado to Orlando to become a permanent member in the group. (un)SAID completed the team by acquiring Don Cadman (Holotype) on drums and Josh Gorsch (3rd Limb, Nilmorta) as a second guitarist. With the current lineup (un)SAID now continues to be a proven unified force. Hoping to gain national exposure and add to their growing fanbase, (un)SAID's goal is to write the best music possible and to maintain integrity by following their own artistic vision. | |

| Search | Add | 2 | Brad DeHart | American blues musician, born on New Year's Eve in the musically rich city of New Orleans and grew up in Lafayette, Louisiana, the heart of the Cajun country. From a very early age, he had a definite love for music and enjoyed listening to his father's records on an old hi-fidelity system. Brad began his musical career in the late 60's playing in a rock and roll band called The Persian Market which featured Keith Thibodeaux (Little Ricky of 'I Love Lucy' fame) on drums. The band enjoyed regional popularity in Louisiana, Texas and Mississippi. In 1969, Brad became a solo act and exited the decade with a performance at Luxembourg Gardens in Paris, France. Performing has taken Brad from his roots in Louisiana to cities in Europe, and these musical experiences have given him new ways to let people hear and feel where he's coming from. Other than jamming occasionally with family and friends, Brad left his music behind in 1973 to pursue a different career and raise a family. | |

He achieved worldwide popularity due to his radical, avantgarde art concepts as well as large-scale projects featuring serial sculptures in public spaces, based on his distinctive definition of sculpture as an organisational principle. He is considered an "offensive and direct strategist campaigning for a new type of public art“ and the most successful artist creating multiples, implementing his vision of art for everyone and promoting the democratisation of sculpture like no other so far. "As an artist, I have to develop an idea that goes beyond just setting a little mould down somewhere. The idea must attempt to put contemporary thinking into a nutshell and people can start building their own personal structure from there."

| Search | Add | 2 | Arne B. Larson | Born into a musical family on a southern Minnesota farm in 1904, Arne B. Larson began playing a clarinet of Spanish-American War vintage at the age of five. During the Great Depression in the 1930's, he worked his way through the Minneapolis College of Music. He taught first in Little Falls, MN, and then in International Falls, MN. In 1943 he became band and orchestra director at Brookings High School. After World War II, he would take the train on Saturdays to Arlington, Lake Preston, and other nearby towns in South Dakota, to tune pianos all day long. He used this hard-earned money to send tea and spam to British collectors in exchange for antique musical instruments. Later, Larson drove for many years around South Dakota, Iowa, and Minnesota, presenting his program for schools, churches, and service clubs, during which he played 50 different instruments. He also traveled around the country for the American Scandinavian Association in Washington, D.C., and made national public television appearances on the popular children' program, a "Mr. Rogers'Neighborhood." In 1966, Larson was hired as Professor of Music at the University of South Dakota (USD) in Vermillion, bringing his collection of more than 2,500 rare musical instruments from around the world along. He later donated them, along with the family farm, to help establish the National Music Museum in 1973. Arne Larson also founded and directed "The Golden Age of Bands 1860-1915," an ensemble that played American band music from the Civil War ere to World War I on original instruments from that time period. Today, the National Music Museum is the preeminent institution of its kind. Its collections of more than 13,500 American, European, and non-Western instruments, dating from the 16th century to the present, make USD the leading center in the world for scholarly study of the history of musical instruments. | |

| Search | Add | 2 | Delaytanten | Austrian: Retired band dad & jack-of-all-trades Toni Pichler was informed in writing after refusing the pleasure tax by municipal letter that “amateurs would have to pay a pleasure tax in any case”. That gave him the idea to look for fellow sufferers and fellows. So he moved through the then still manageable town of Bad Leonfelden and asked all "dilettantes" known to him to form up and play amateurish music with each other at irregular intervals (1st appearance of the DELAYTANTS: August 15, 1996 at the "dumpling table" - how appropriate ...). Over the years, the loose original idea was discarded and a “real” band was formed - with a special feature: every member HAD to sing, main and choir parts! This is how the DELAYTANTEN trademark, which has been preserved to this day, came about ... The combo was formed to actively keep the pop music legacy of the previous century alive! In the meantime, more than 20 years have passed since this band was founded and, as if by a miracle, both former and current members of the band survived this long period of time noticeably undamaged despite excessive rock'n'roll existence. | |

Tony Sánchez has been in various Ourense formations since 1999 (Gracias a Nada, Overher, Blurbs, Rooibos, Morphina...) always in charge of vocal duties. After some time in the dry dock he returns to show us the songs he has been building throughout this time and that had no place in the various bands he has been in. "Songs I never forgot" is therefore a collection of 11 songs that have stood the test of time and that make up the first GEMINI INSIDE album.

In 2009 she and all the new members she recruited were fired by the founders and were not allowed to use the name Rednex anymore. Rednex continued with different members, and Annika renamed her group into 'The Cotton Eye Joe Show'. Annika and the Rednex founders had several court fights over the name, which eventually lead to the shortened name 'CEJ'. Initially the group consisted of Annika, her husband [a=Jens Sylsjö] and [a=Anders Lundström], but after the namechange from 'Rednex' to 'The Cotton Eye Joe Show' Anders left and was replaced by [a=Fredrik Järnberg].
