Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 29/07/2025
Found 602638 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

Search | Add | 3 | Wellew | Mike Kukin | Wellew - is a Russia (Moscow) based DJ,producer, promoter and head rndm.club. Russia's apocalyptic WelleW, jumped on the techno scene's map and immediately stole the whole show with his phenomenal ''Want U Back EP'', a double production that will definitely be in the history books, graced by the signature of Barcelona's prolific and pioneer, Devotion Records. To spice things up, the ultimate techno legends Ben Long and Spiros Kaloumenos were invited for a remix, reworking those brilliant originals with their own each unique sound which conquers the dancefloors for a couple of decades, and last but not least, label boss Lucas Freire couldn't miss the chance to throw a remix as well, and offered another stunning rework, alongside with the very talented label's resident, Dante Pippi. A package that will make every dancefloor, every clubber, every monitor shout ''Want U Back'' to those tracks. The author of the experimental project Lilly Fox. Member of music bands "NewTone" & "SilverStone" (2010-2014) |

Search | Add | 3 | Spacedays | Spacedays are a rock band from Singapore. Founded in 2009, their compositions bear close associations to the late 1960s psychedelic music subcultures. Audiences have also drawn close parallels to American garage rock bands. Although, their sonic affinities lie with music subcultures abroad, lyrically, Rahmat "Mamat" Suliman (vocals/keyboards/guitar) writes about daily experiences and relationships in the urban confines of Singapore. “Some days we just need some space to observe and to reflect,” he muses. Having released the debut psychedelic garage rock LP, Is It In The Circle?, as a two-piece alongside co-founder and long time collaborator, Shakir "Shaks" Samat (drums) in January 2013, Mamat roped in Zaki Shariff (keyboards) and Mohamed Hanis (bass) to expand their repertoire and explore their self-proclaimed “psychedelic groove rock” genre characterized by a guitar-driven sonic space complemented by the added textures of the “cosmic” upper registers of the keyboards. The band released Moondust, the band's second EP, in February 2014 as part of a collaboration project with Lomography Blue Hour Sessions, The Rockstar Collective (RSC), graphic designer Djohan Hanapi and visual projection artist Wu Jun Han. The EP was launched to a crowded Home Club audience on 21 Feb 2014.

Search | Add | 3 | ABADDON. | Mylo Messiket | "ABADDON." to clarify, this is a different artist, unrelated to the earlier metal band "Abaddon" This ABADDON. introduced itself to the public, January 1st, 2014A.D. in Minneapolis, Minnesota with a dark tribal track, "Mother(War Call)" This became officially released on "Messiket Liturgy Vol. 1" on November 20th, 2014, along with Vol. 2. Midway 2014, the genre ABADDON. refers to as "Ritualistik Textures" evolved into a small unique record label, also based in Minneapolis, in which the Messiket Liturgy series has been released on.(RT001-RT002) This uneasy energy ABADDON. portrays, has become more defined and rooted over the course of the albums. Since the series consists of a wide variety of genres & bpm, most loosely fall under heavy-bass experimental. Majority of the tracks are instrumental, but seems to use vintage vocals from 1950's & 60's television anthropology series such as, Rod Serling's Night Gallery, The Twilight Zone, One Step Beyond, ect. Since 2015 ABADDON. has been previewing "MLV3; Aspects of Death(AoD)" --the longest of the three albums-- which is said to be released 6/16/2015A.D. If it follows the other two volumes it will be released on Ritualistik Textures as (RT003), but until further notice this is unconfirmed. Messiket Liturgy Vol. 1 was pressed to a single dubplate with full artwork in South London. This later became the album art for Vol. 2. While MLV1 & MLV3;AoD have each their own cover/sleeve art. Along with each track on MLV3;AoD, features individual clip art. A Deluxe Edition of The Messiket Liturgy Collecktion, Including three to four unreleased tracks has also been mentioned, but also currently unconfirmed. To find more info on upcoming releases & more follow the official ABADDON. on Soundcloud @ http://soundcloud.com/abbadon-3 All booking & contact for ABADDON. is via Ritualistik Textures @ http://facebook.com/Ritualistik.Textures |

Born into a musical gypsy family in Moscow. He began his singing career in 1916, at the age of 30, as part of a family ensemble - the famous Gypsy choir led by his uncles [a=Егор Поляков] and [a=Дмитрий Поляков], who worked in the famous Moscow restaurant "Yar" and invited his young nephew to sing there. Soon after the revolution, in 1920, he emigrated to Constantinople, where he lived for about four years. In February 1923, the Polyakov family left Constantinople, and in the fall of the same year they settled in Paris, re-organizing the family ensemble. In the 20s - early 30s, the Polyakovs' ensemble was widely popular among the Russian emigration in Paris. For many years, the Polyakovs' family Gypsy "clan" performed in famous Parisian restaurants among the emigration. He lived in Paris all his life, where he died in 1985. In the mid-30s, Volodya Polyakov married the gypsy singer [a=Valia Dimitrievitch], the sister of the famous performer [a=Aliosha Dimitrievitch]. He was friends in [a=Владимир Высоцкий]. |

Search | Add | 3 | The Gongs | From 2002 bio: The Gongs on themselves We formed in early September of 2001. We started off playing musical games using a trio of three lutes called "guys" and recorded the singles "you think i'm a terris", and "i smell..." When we found our first set of steel gongs near the train tracks, they taught us how to imitate the sounds that animals hear, as can be heard in "the bat", and "an old man talks to his dog". Now we always play with our set of amplified gongs. Originally, we were a threesome, Pete, Clara, and Stefan. When he heard us one night, Grisha became attracted to the sound of the gongs' microtones and drones, which he describes in "Evergreens [in Darkest Night]". He became the Gongs' fourth member, playing reeds (a retuned harmonium) and chucky (a super-long electric sliding stringed instrument). He discovered some splendid new techniques for playing the Chucky, such as "creating a cast relationship w/ the stratosphere", and others you can hear on our website. From the beginning, we had been in contact with "th' Man w/ the Red Steam"; we sang a few songs about him and soon realized we needed a better tool to communicate with. In January, we built this out of a collection of electronic rhythm circuits. Ever since then "th'Man w/the Red Steam" (or more correctly, "th'monument to th'Man with the Red Steam") has been helping to complete our sound. Back in October, (hal'ween to be exact) the gongs made first contact with artist/composer/producer/???, Momus, and began work on a cd for release on his label American Patchwork. We also just finished a little 45 rpm record, with 2-step, 5-step, and 7-step dances on it. Both the cd and the record will be with us on tour this summer, so come check us out.

Search | Add | 3 | Eurago Arktur | The four musicians from Eurago Arktur are not at all unknown faces in the regional metal scene. Peter Danilov (vocals), Kai Schmidt (guitar), Rico Bartels (bass) and René Kaminsky (drums) can look back on many years of band and stage experience. In 2018, the four met for the first time to bring their diverse musical roots together under a new banner. The result should be a fresh style of its own within the divergent genre of metal. Progressive metal coupled with classical elements meets jazzy chords, orchestral sounds and djent. Intricate guitar riffs blur with catchy melodies and atmospheric soundscapes. Eurago Arktur create an impressive overall picture from a musical mosaic. With their debut album "The Maze Of Faith" the four musicians are not going astray, no, they are lyrically and musically guiding the listener along the obscure path of a man tormented by fate. In seven heavy songs, the listener accompanies the protagonist on his search for redemption ...

But, there are a lot of us, with a whole lot of different ideas, resulting in an eclectic sound that is at times gypsy, gospel, swing, R&B, folk, blues and rock. We are in love with the artform of creating and performing music, and we want to take our show on the road, baby! Fortunately, a little ol' fair in Alaska has asked us to come on up to share our tunes with folks there. We're ECSTATIC to actually be getting to see this very big dream become reality! Five of us will be piling into one van, making stops all the way up the west coast, arriving in Seattle, where we will leave the van, hop on a plane to Juneau, and another plane (or possibly ferry), to take us to the remote destination of Haines, AK to play the Southeast Alaska State Fair! After that adventure, we'll be relocating to Seattle, WA indefinitely to work on recording our next album with Carla Torgerson of The Walkabouts and Subpop record label. Check out our show dates, drop us a line, and hopefully we'll see you in the future! Cheers!
