Report created based on data in MusicBrainz as of 05/01/2026
Found 619583 artists, we show 1000 artists per page.
The report is not continually updated so may not reflect the current data within MusicBrainz and or Discogs databases.
These are Discogs artists not currently linked to a MusicBrainz artist, and we have been unable to find a potential link for either.
Many of these artists probably are in MusicBrainz in some form but they are not currently linked, the list is ordered so that Discogs artists with the most number of single artists releases are listed first on the basis that these artists would be of more interest.
Some problems will just be due to deficiencies in the Discogs to Musicbrainz artist matching algorithm employed by Albunack.
There are also timing issues as this report is not updated immediately so will not reflect recent modifications and additions to MusicBrainz and Discogs.
One issue in Discogs is they handle artist credits differently so a Discogs name consisting of multiple people is probably represented on MusicBrainz as two individuals, but we try to filter these out of this report
We have also omitted artists that are not unique in both MusicBrainz and Discogs because these artists are probably not missing just more difficult to match up.
Another issue is that some Discogs artists have multiple ids with one id just redirecting to the other, this is the case with Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, do we add both links to MusicBrainz ?
Limited report to artists with at least two single artist releases for now.

| Search | Add | 2 | Brandon Kellum | Brandon Kellum | Brandon Kellum (born November 1, 1985), is an American musician, author and philanthropist from Phoenix, Arizona best known as the vocalist of the metalcore band American Standards. He is characterized for his charismatic live performances and philosophical lyrical content. He is an advocate for local artists, businesses and charitable causes. Early life and education Kellum was born in Phoenix, Arizona. He attended Trevor G. Browne High School and later Arizona State University. He works as a business consultant for a fortune 500 company. Musical career Vera Lynne/Movie script ending He began his musical career in 2002 as the guitarist for the post hardcore band Vera Lynne which originally performed under the name Movie Script Ending. American Standards was when Kellum started incorporating sociopolitical views into his lyrics which included satire and social commentary. This quality found him as a guest on several media outlets. American Standards has label backing and distribution through Victory Records and has shared the stage with several bands that Kellum has cited as influences, such as; Every Time I Die, Zao, The Chariot, Refused, Comeback Kid, Atreyu and Emery. VHOD is essentially a merging of Chris's past projects [a=Godcursed], [a=Morbid Darkness] and WORMS OF THE BIRTH. Though those projects are now defunct and will no longer be active, VHOD will continue the musical and conceptual itinerary of those projects as well as introduce newer and more progressive elements. Because the sum of its parts would suggest a few different styles, both musically and vocally, VHOD will be a blending of those different styles and technically will be considered an Experimental Death Metal act. | |

| Search | Add | 2 | Хор Махарадзевской Школы | The Choir of the Makharadze (now Ozurgeti) school for the restoration and study of Gurian folk songs was founded as a 4-year school by Giorgi Salukvadze ([a=გიორგი სალუქვაძე (2)]) in 1968. The ensemble Iadoni was formed from graduates of this school in 1972. A second stream of students were taught in 1980-1985. On September 1, 1968, at the initiative of the late Giorgi Salukvadze, a four-year school for the restoration and study of Gurian folk songs was opened in Ozurgeti. This was the first such event in Georgia. Giorgi Salukvadze himself was the inspirer, director and teacher of songs with chonguri of this school. Famous singers Vladimer Erqomaishvili and Domenti Karchava were invited to teach hymns and folk songs, and likewise composer Shalva Lortkipanidze taught notation systems, and Vasil Kutateladze taught conducting. The school enrolled 42 young people, 12 women and 30 men. On July 15, 1972, the training ended, and most of the students were awarded the title of Lotbar of Folk Songs, and awarded a diploma, and most of them were assigned to be heads of ensembles in schools or collectives. Also, on July 16, 1972, the folk ensemble "Iadoni" (conducted by G. Salukvadze, with musicians Oleg Mamaladze and Akaki Kakhiani) was formed from the best listeners. The ensemble consisted of 17 young people: 4 women and 13 men: Rusudan Aroshidze, Guguli Chelidze, Liana Shavishvili and Nana Tughushi. Second voices: Dimitri Khomeriki, Bidzina Mzhavia, Mikheil Chabua, Giorgi Nikolaishvili, Nodari Roqva, Guri Lominadze, Tengiz Molarishvili, Iakob Khemeriki; third voices Gurami Chelidze, Giorgi Chanuqvadze, Karlo Khomeriki, Valter Sarishvili and Tamaz Tavdumadze. In 1972, the Gramophone Records Commission of the Ministry of Culture of the USSR "Melodia" recorded a sequence of 15 Gurian folk song performances by the students of the school onto a record and released it for sale. | |

| Search | Add | 2 | Land Of Distraction | Land of Distraction | Land of Distraction were an 80's band formed by brothers Fitzjames and Sean Wood. Formed in Tottenham, North London. The brothers had moved to London from Lichfield, Staffordshire. As children they had lived in Africa (Kenya), Aden, (Yemen) and Berlin, Germany at the height of the cold war however although their songwriting drew on these experiences ('Steamer Point' the title of an an early song, is a location in Aden) their musical inspiration was mainly post punk. They had a polished pop sound sometimes wrongly described as 'funk' it lent itself more to synth pop. They were left wing in their political leanings. After some interest shown by publishing and record companies the band struggled to get recognition. Sean was encouraged by a friend to submit a demo tape to a newly formed record label New England Records. The brainchild of Mark Melton, New England Records signed the duo and Melton took on management duties. The song 'Distraction' was distributed by Strike Back who funded an accompanying video in 1986. Fitzjames the main songwriter and musician of the two always maintained the track was an album filler and sited 'Lovebearer' and 'It's a Lovely Day' as more likely to be hits. After some strong disputes about the way the video was produced the brothers felt they were not retaining enough artistic control. The follow up single 'Call My Name' was not finished in the studio (recorded at Woodbine studios in Leamington Spa under the production of John Rivers). Although Melton was keen to continue working with the band Fitzjames Wood opted to leave the industry and concentrate on full time bible ministry. The song 'Distraction' was written as a critique of the tabloid consumerist culture and Thatcherite Britain of the 80's. The band have put up some previously unreleased tracks on Youtube.
